Beautiful hotel very well located. Room with lots of charm and calm. Beautiful modern bathroom in a renovated old room. Very good breakfast and very welcoming, pleasant, smiling and accommodating staff!

We chose the room not realising it was this small. The bed is only 140 wide and the room tiny. Our mistake but I feel it should not be rent out to two but only to one person.
It's okay for a one night stopover. But no more.
Excellent welcome, rooms properly equipped but which could do with a little refreshing, like the bathroom. Good location in an area close to the marina.
Improvements to be made for a 3 star level. Waterproofing of the shower seal (holes and black stains). Cleanliness of the radiator at the toilet bowl (splashes from the dried toilet). Unstable chairs. (Legs that move). Lack of storage for clothes (or put more hangers). These small defects are compensated by the welcome and the kindness of the staff.

Decent hotel, disappointing experience. However, the staff is very friendly. Very well located but remember to take earplugs to sleep because the hotel is very poorly insulated between the rooms. I think that major work on the insulation and a rejuvenation of the shower room (including storage or shelf/shelf) would be welcome. Without this, we will not return.

Very comfortable establishment, quiet and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Very varied breakfast, mainly composed of ''homemade'' products. Very friendly owner. And to make matters worse, the prices are very competitive. To advice.

Friendly welcome. Free upgrade for staying 4 nights. Big room. Very good bedding. Good breakfast. Central location in Rochefort. A hotel we would happily return to. Only one small downside: no elevator, which is a little inconvenient for older people.....but hey, it's not insurmountable!!
Hotel well located in the city center. Visiting for an evening, I particularly appreciated the comfort of the bedding and the well-stocked and well-kept breakfast buffet. and neat.

Warm welcome and quality service in a good mood
The hotel is very well located on a quiet street. The rooms are decorated with care, it's a shame there is so much dust and cobwebs. The breakfast room is decorated on the theme of the young ladies of Rochefort with music that goes well. There is a huge choice and all the products are fresh.

Small family-run hotel in a very old, charming house in a perfect city center location. Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity (safe parking as the police station is directly opposite. :-). Very nice welcome, room as booked. Very good mattresses, perfect giant duvet. Despite the city center location, no noise with the window open. Bathroom small, but sufficient size. We booked breakfast despite the bakery being nearby. Excellent breakfast with home-made crepes and home-made bread, eggs, juices, sausage, cheese, yoghurt and quark. Excellent homemade jam (we had rhubarb-raspberry and apricot-almond. Beignets and cakes. Coffee and tea in variations. The breakfast room is very lovingly decorated in the style of the 60s. We felt very comfortable!

No air conditioning so difficult night. Extremely weak WiFi signal therefore unusable, forced to switch to connection sharing on my phone. Really cramped bathroom space
Old hotel without amenities too expensive ns we canceled lunch because the price was too high for choice of products ns we were chartreuse in cahors day before it was cheaper with services and quality of the room 10 times superior vs should vs go there for inspection
Everything is perfect we had a very good stay
We got the last room in this hotel. Quadruple room on the second floor without lift. A single window on the kind of small inner courtyard. A little gloomy. Clean shower room but no light in the shower. With the other window on the.same.courtyard. very nice staff and good breakfast. It would be necessary to warn for the room.

Attentive welcome and very helpful staff. Hotel well located in the center of Rochefort. The rooms are functional and nothing is missing.
When you enter a hotel room and the windows are ajar, it raises questions. The perceived smell, perhaps due to humidity or dust, confirms the question. I informed the management team of the discharge suffered at breakfast time, after a night spent at the hotel. I heard apologies, which I appreciate. I also understand that the windows in this room were held open while waiting for an occupant. As a result, a manager contacted me, telling me of the following arguments and which I allow myself to comment on after each of them. The room I had chosen is a "single", at a modest cost. How can the modest cost mentioned justify what I believe to be a prejudice? I should have told the front desk person. Is a customer required to ensure that the room chosen is in good condition and that the equipment therein operates properly? The service staff did not inform the manager of the difficulties finally observed. Is the client responsible for the internal communication of an establishment? All this reveals, in my opinion, a process of attribution of the type: it is not my fault, it is that of the other, of others. It's just if I'm not held responsible for the misadventure I experienced. Apologies were offered, by telephone, as an echo of those heard during breakfast. I heard them, favorably received. However, I don't think this is enough to solve the problem I raised since the service rendered was, I believe, not up to the level expected and paid for. Hotel La Fayette here we are? Of course not, I won't be caught again.

Despite a late arrival everything was in place. In the morning a very warm welcome.
A beautiful hotel with charm. A comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom. The narrow stairs make it difficult to get to the room with a suitcase and computer to carry and the wifi was not stable, I had great difficulty completing my work.
