The owners are very concerned and do everything they can to resolve any problems you may have immediately. For example, on the evening of November 11th, all the restaurants in the city center were closed, and they were very concerned about finding solutions.
A very good place to stay. A very warm welcome. A generous breakfast served in a bright space with a view of the Beurdin mountain. Parking right outside the hotel. Highly recommended.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful in recommending a good restaurant nearby. The breakfast was excellent, including cold cuts, cheese, dried fruit, yogurt, jams, cereals, chocolate, coffee, and tea. The room was very clean with a lovely walk-in shower. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Nice and cozy accommodation right in the center. The hosts were friendly and had adequate space to store bikes. Just a small detail in the bathroom—a hanging shower curtain—would make for more comfort and prevent water spills. Thank you.

Hotel in the heart of the medieval town of Bourbon-Lancy. Hotel with lots of charm and authenticity, yet modern (loft-style room). It feels very comfortable and the bedding is high-quality. The services are excellent. I highly recommend it and will return. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. Excellent value for money. Perfect for an overnight stay during a stay in the region with a visit to the Parc du Pal (less than 30 minutes by car). Free parking in front of the hotel.
Breakfast is expensive. The rooms have a character that blends in very well with Old Bourbon.
Very nice building, very nice room. But a lot of noise, I slept badly both nights because of the noise, it is very poorly soundproofed. Average breakfast, no pain au chocolat, average quality bread. Not enough space to accommodate everyone at breakfast and we are pressured about it.

Thank you. We stayed there for a week and were very happy. I missed espresso coffee; for example, a Nespresso machine in the small lounge would be great. But we're nitpicking... Breakfast is good.

Quiet hotel, on a pedestrian street, very well located, the bedding is good quality, it's clean, just the floorboards creak when you walk. The breakfast is royal, my children enjoyed themselves even though they never eat breakfast but there was a lot of choice. The people are very friendly and welcoming.

Very nice, quiet and cozy hotel located in the heart of the city. Very neat decoration and very pleasant team. Spacious family room largely adapted to a family with 2 children. Although I would have appreciated finding eggs in addition to the savory dishes, the breakfast buffet is complete, and taking it on the terrace was very enjoyable! A hotel that I recommend, 35 minutes from Le PAL park, which was on the program of our stay. We will come back without batting an eyelid if the opportunity arises!

Nice hotel in a historic building. You shouldn't mind the creaking floorboards though. Very nice breakfast room with winter garden and terrace. The only criticism is that the bed was very narrow (estimated to be 1.40 m wide), almost too small for two and very low. The mattress was saggy in my opinion.
