The hotel is a really lovely place to stay.The staff are welcoming. Hotel is always clean. Good sized bedrooms.
Our 7 year old son was amazed with the light/ceiling fan.

A warm and friendly welcome.The hotel is situated in a historic village with walks to stretch legs after ra long journey. We're staying in one of the lodges. Spacious room, excellent bedding.

The restaurant serves good gourmet food; had the best Baba au Rhum of my life! Worth stopping there just for that!
The staff here are always very welcoming, the restaurant is excellent and the rooms very comfortable. As a result this is always our first and last stop on any continental trip.
I wish we could have stayed longer but we arrived quite late in the evening and continued our journey south the next day after an excellent breakfast! The room was excellent, comfortable bed, and good shower.
La Sapinière is a comfortable hotel on the edge of the village of Wisques. It has an excellent restaurant and is an ideal place to stay 30-40 minutes by car from the Channel Tunnel.

Really very good overall, but the room heating was weak and the coffee maker didn't work. There was also a slight water leak under the toilet, which wasn't pleasant to walk through at night.

Calm and very pleasant
Sapiniere is a firm favourite and we return every time we are in the area; not frequently but loyally.
The rooms are clean, in good condition and warm. The ground floor apartment style rooms are excellent.
Great hotel and restaurant.
This is one of our favourite French hotels. The setting is beautiful surrounded by trees with a view from the restaurant across the valley for many kilometres. It's always comfortable and the staff have that lovely balance of professionalism with a welcome as if you are friends coming to stay.
For the first time, it is impossible to choose half-board on the Logis de France website!
Good food and decent room
We love La Sapaniere and return frequently. It would be even better with tea making possible in the room on arrival

Great hotel and excellent food, have stayed here many times
Such a convenient location with superb food which seems to be getting better. Very nice large room, with plenty of wardrobe space (number 2). However, there was no shelf or drawer space. You can't really hang socks in a wardrobe, so they spent our stay on the mantlepiece. There seemed to be a spare chest of drawers in the corridor, or, alternatively the wardrobe was big enough for a few shelves to be added.
A great discovery close to home, the wooded setting is very pleasant, the view from the restaurant is magnificent! The meal is quality!

Very welcoming and helpful staff, which for a woman travelling alone is important. I had a very lively young dog with me and they were more than accommodating with her. Excellent.
Cannot be faulted
Great location, great staff, room and restaurant.
The hotel is very conveniently placed near to Eurotunnel, and although very near to the motorway it is very quiet and peaceful during the day, with lovely view from the garden, and also at night, so we slept very well. The food in the restaurant is excellent and breakfast is also good and plentiful. We hope to stay again next year.
A very nice hotel, well-maintained and clean, in a beautiful setting, but the experience was spoiled by a rigid, unfriendly staff, a cramped room worthy of a Campanile hotel with no wardrobe, a tiny and poorly placed television, and incomprehensible sound. In the restaurant, the chairs were too low, and the food was mediocre, like something you'd find in a cafeteria. The staff had a tendency to push drinks on the customer. At breakfast, the croissants were reheated and frozen—nothing like a bakery croissant. All of this was overpriced.

Really convenient location in a country setting for channel tunnel. Great restaurant and staff, and super buffet breakfast. Room lacking a few facilities such as a kettle and was rather warm, especially with a heavy duvet! Excellent bathroom.

Very nice Stay with lovely food friendly staff and good value for money.
It’s our third stay at là Sapiniere and we were as always very happy with everything. The attention to detail in our room is excellent- good quality towels, proper glasses (a big plus for me I hate the paper cups), touch light mirror in the bathroom, coffee machine in the bedroom. And the staff are delightful and very helpful and efficient. My only query would be could we have a lighter bed cover (couette) as it was very hot!

This was our first time at this hotel and we were really so glad we found it. Situated on a hillside overlooking tranquil farm land and just so peaceful. The room was in a separate wooden lodge, one of 3 or 4 and up a flight of stairs. Sadly there's no view from the window but we went straight to the terrace to make the most of a cold beer and the stunning views. The room was well appointed. TV showing English channels and Nespresso machine. Good shower room but the shower cubicle was a bit small. Separate WC which was ok if you have small legs but a bit difficult to close the door if your legs are a bit long! What is needed in this room is an electric fan because, even with the window wide open it was really hot during the night so one of us didn't sleep well.
Dinner was very good, back on the terrace again. And breakfast was very substantial and self service . Amazing orange juice and the coffee was good too.
We will definitely be back.

Very welcoming friendly and helpful staff - comfy rooms - lovely food - easy parking - wish we could have stayed another day or two.
A lovely setting only half an hour from the eurotunnel. We had a nice, old fashioned, high-ceilinged room with a modern en suite. Dinner was excellent and served up looking onto a great view from the conservatory. Staff were friendly and professional. It was a treat for our last night in France which enabled us to take a morning train the next day and avoid the worst of the M20/M25 combination. Something we will do again.

Beautiful hotel on a splendid location. We stayed in a spacious chalet in the garden. The dinner was truly excellent, as was the breakfast. Staff was very service-oriented.
We did stay before in this hotel and find the whole setting very pleasant. The manager is very professional and helped us very good solving a problem.
Bedrooms need a/c
Nice hotel with great view from the terrace. We had very good dinner and the Breakfast was good too. The rooms were somewhat outdated but comfortable. We had two rooms and the ones outside the hotel was good, the one inside was somewhat small and not very cool. It was very nice that we could bring our dog and the garden and surroundings are beautiful.

faultless, the whole team were friendly, welcoming, helpful . Room was spacious, clean ,very large bed , extremely comfortable mattress and quiet nights .
The food was excellent, service impeccable, nothing was to much trouble, drinks service every element

Good old fashioned service, quality, and a sense of
hospitality , sadly missing in many establishments, BUT NOT THIS ONE !!!
