A good hotel, typically French. Too bad they modernized it. The style has been lost. Ugly room doors, as well as parts of the furniture. Beautifully situated in a park. The terrace furniture could have been more stylish.

My biggest disappointment was the shower cabine in the bathroom. Claustrofobic experience !!
Shower floor space: 38,5 x 54 cm with a plastic seat which is not foldable and cheap plastic walls which aren't robust.
The bathroom offers more than enough space for a 'classic shower space with tiles. Spacious, robust an nice looking.
What is installed now is not fitting to the charm this hotel wants to express ( and charges you)

Breakfast ok but an alternative to milk based products e.g. like soja based would definitely improve the overall experience of this breakfast offering by many with food intoleranties.

A very pleasant little stop.
The hotel is very nice, classy, a very well-maintained old building. The only problem is breakfast time, there were exactly 10 of us this morning waiting in front of the breakfast room door, it is served from 7:30 a.m. I admit that for salespeople on an evening stopover it is a bit limited, I would hesitate to come back just for that, my first client is often 20 or 30 minutes away and the first meeting is often at 8:00 a.m. which does not leave us time to enjoy breakfast. On the other hand, the evening stopover menu was excellent, let's not talk about the dessert, a well-stocked trolley was presented to us to choose the dessert that made our mouths water the most, it is a very good idea and very appreciated by all the customers last night.
The Residence is a magnificent period building, located in a quiet green park. However, our room could really do with some updating.... The restaurant is TOP, with excellent and inventive cuisine.

Very dirty room! Dust not cleaned, mold all around the bathtub, mattress covered in black crusts under a kind of mattress protector. Chewing gum stuck under the door handle. Very nice hotel. The staff is welcoming. The room on the second floor was very beautiful and well decorated. The "Terroir" menu served at the hotel restaurant was delicious! The swimming pool was not functional during our stay and we were therefore able to choose a room with a bathtub. The staff was receptive to our request. I recommend!!

We had a very good stay. All the staff were attentive, smiling, very friendly. Comfortable rooms (if we have to find a small downside, it is the soundproofing between the rooms), perfect setting with the park which is very well kept. We were also able to relax in the sauna and in the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our meal at the restaurant, both for what we had on the plate and for the decoration of this room.
The fact of not staying at the reserve changed everything. Less good insulation, shower cubicles in poorer condition, less neat finishes which does not detract from the quality of the table and the staff

Warned that the swimming pool was out of order but not that it had been put back into service the day after our arrival.
The catering service is top of the top. Average breakfast, lack of pastries, choice of cereals, bread. The room is clean but austere, lacks various services compared to other lodgings in France: no possibility of making coffee, no water bottle, lack of space.

In fact, everything was very good! The only problem encountered (not the least) was the temperature in the room (a little too high)! We did not sleep well. We reported it (recurring problem) and apparently work will be carried out soon with, among other things, the installation of air conditioning. Welcome good and staff very good. Restaurant and dishes very good. Room needs a refresh wallpaper that is peeling balcony full of leaves. Quite an unlikely place compared to the somewhat isolated location, on the other hand a very high level of services, if the room was very correct but without excess, the perfect cleanliness and good bedding. As for the staff at reception and in the dining room, great! Kindness, helpfulness, professionalism and despite a large number to serve in the dining room, everything went perfectly. As for the dining room, superb, and as for the menu, excellent. Bravo! The setting is also magnificent.
Hotel with good value for money. The staff is welcoming, the swimming pool very good with towels available. Very quiet environment. The mattress is starting to deform and could be changed this year. The door of the master bedroom is deformed which hinders the closing of the door.

Not a warm welcome, not the slightest word of welcome upon our arrival. Following a call to indicate a 5-minute delay upon our arrival at 8:35 p.m. (dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in summer) and given the standing (price of dinner) we would have expected more professionalism (not very discreet message to the waitress: "it's room 31, only the menu"). Quality dinner but at a very high price (perhaps due to the absence of catering less than 20 minutes away) à la carte as on the menu. No lunch on the terrace (confirmed by the staff) in the middle of summer or for dinner, despite the information on booking swimming pool not uncovered in summer (over the 3 days) Check the room assigned to you because the photo on the site suggests that the beautiful residence accommodates all the rooms. we stayed in a room in the annex which is quite ordinary (view of the roof of the swimming pool, ventilation noise (summer), very buying floor (creaks) but excellent insulation between the rooms. Despite our expectations linked to the building which suggested a certain standing, we were disappointed. Renovated restaurant room without personality When we left, no questions about our stay were asked. The young staff during the day were very pleasant and helpful. Customer satisfaction did not seem to be the priority of the establishment and yet once again, the quality of the relationship is the essential element in business!

We hadden het tuinhuisje gehuurd, no need beseft dat sanitair apart was. Water in the house was er niet, heb ik gevraagd of het geregeld kon worden, werd ja gezegd, nee gedaan. Er lag een dode muis voor deur, mss tip check ff het verblijf van te voren. Verder had ik bij boeking aangegeven in het hotel te willen eten, oké was op base van beschikbaarheid, maar bij aankomst werd gezegd dat er geen tafel was, maar dat we in een restaurant in het dorp terecht konden. Maar mss wist of collega die om 1900 kwam of er een tafel was, om 1900 werd gemeld dat er geen tafel was in werd nogmaals restaurant in het dorp aangeraden. You will have to wait until now. Unbeatable!
As an evening stopover, it was a great discovery, at a more than reasonable price, especially when you discover, after a long day of work, the restaurant with its discreet and attentive service, the quality of the dishes,... Regarding the room: very spacious, good bedding, quiet, environment,.. Only small downside, my neighbor upstairs who had a very heavy foot, but that in no way spoiled my stay. And the weather which did not allow us to enjoy the outdoors. I will definitely return there as soon as I am in this area again.
