An enthusiastic management team dedicated to customer service
A very well-located hotel, right in the city center, next to the Pont-Aven Museum. Very welcoming staff, able to advise us on the parking problem in the blue zone. Comfortable room, very nice bedding and a generous breakfast! We are very satisfied with our short one-night stay, no complaints!
Pleasant and perfect stay. Difficulty parking and putting down luggage... The parking lot is a 10-minute walk away!
We were completely satisfied with the hotel part, less so with the restaurant, it's a shame not to warn about what's missing from the menu, before ordering. Order taken, the aperitif barely served, we were served our hot dishes. We asked for them to go back to the kitchen to be kept under a bell or lamps. Service a little chaotic, for a small dozen customers, so no "rush". Very friendly waiter, but lack of professionalism, to have you taste the wine before the aperitif is served...

Very pleasant hotel located in the heart of Pont Aven. Clean room of a decent size. The bed and sheets are very comfortable. Nothing to say about the bathroom. Breakfast is complete and very good. Small detail not practical. The hotel does not have parking.
The girl at the reception was a little rude both when we checked in and the following morning at breakfast.
The terrace and service areas around it are not keep clean, wehad dinner sorrounded by flyes and other bugs, you should clean and fumigate the area, take care of the plants, do not leave the ashtrays used by your staff justlying there with a hundred cigarrette buts in it. The smell is terrible. They also shout all the time, we could hear them in our room, very late at night, have to shut down the windows and try to sleep in a sauna hot rrom with no ventilation. Terrible.
A wonderful place, the hotel evokes the atmosphere of 19th-century painters. One point worth re-evaluating is the excellent breakfast, but the desserts are not very varied.

Very well-located hotel in the city center. Good breakfast, comfortable room although small. Shower a little cramped.
Nice room (it seems to be the one occupied in his time by Paul Gauguin) but the shower is a bit cramped, as is the space around the bed.

The hotel is very well located on the square of Pont-Aven. However, the room under the roof was hot; the window did not have shutters but a thick curtain that did not allow it to be opened without being confronted with noise and light. It was also necessary to be careful when moving around to avoid bumping into the sloping ceiling.

Room size a little small
A great location in the heart of this lovely town, staff are friendly and helpful, although the barman was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our room was comfortable and well equipped and continental breakfast was very good. Parking is tricky in Pont Aven, but we were able to drop off luggage and the find free parking along the river with directions from the hotel. We would certainly stay here again.

A pleasant hotel right in the center of Pont Aven, allowing you to walk around the village whenever you want.
Welcoming and clean structure. Perfect room, bathroom and shower. Excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Kind and helpful staff. Central location and easy parking.
The room is large and clean. As is the bathroom. It is appreciated to have two different pillows. The breakfast is good with a wide choice of sweet and savory. The restaurant is excellent.

A completely renovated hotel right in the center of Pont-Aven, next to the museum. The decor is understated and aesthetically pleasing. A very nice hotel, although we didn't try the restaurant. The welcome was simple and friendly. There's a short parking space next to the hotel, but you have to go a little further to park your car. No problem in the off-season.
