We have Stayed here many time's when traveling in the area.
1st class experience, beautiful hotel and fabulous staff.
What a very comfortable hotel, and 2 different cosy restaurants, complemented with a car charging station on the parking of the hotel. For us, the perfect combination.
Passing through for an overnight stay. Upon arrival, I was told that I had been upgraded because there were no more standard rooms reserved for overnight stays. The room was very nice, large with very comfortable bedding and a kettle for coffee or tea. However, the bottle of water was chargeable... How mean! For the restaurant, presented as gourmet, nothing extraordinary. The room is beautiful. For the overnight stay, it's starter/main course or main course/dessert. Good meal but not extraordinary. For an establishment of this class, this is not serious. Same for the service, not at all up to standard. Breakfast must be chosen the day before, no buffet. Again, it's good but not extraordinary. All for an overnight stay rate of €163 + €9 for the dessert supplement without drinks. It's really excessive. This establishment offers poor value for money for an overnight stay.

The hotel is generally good. BUT very bad welcome from the owner who threatens upon arrival of a possible surcharge of 50€ per hour if you return the keys after 11:00 a.m. This same owner yells at her employees in front of the customers!!! The other people are professional and smiling Very good meal. I think it's a 3 star and no more...no soul, too bad
This is not a hotel. It’s a restaurant trying to be a hotel. The doors were locked during the day (on some days) which as a hotel guest, is not something I’ve ever experienced before. So when we arrived in the afternoon one day, we couldn’t get into the hotel! It makes you feel very unwelcome as a patron. Staffing levels were very poor. Breakfast was basic and relatively expensive.

I agree with Sébastien's review of March 6, which I saw a little late. Given the price charged for a one-night stopover and the presentation of the gourmet restaurant, we expect a certain level of service. One-night stopover at 155 euros, dinner starter/main course or main course dessert with basic dishes. Being vegetarian, I only had scrambled eggs as a main course. In the room, the small bottle of water is 4€. The breakfast must be chosen the day before, with a limited choice for the price. I stay at many places throughout France, and this establishment displays a price that is far too high for these services. I will not return.
Friendly staff. Hotel and bars were particularly tidy. As were the gardens. Food in restaurant was good value for money
This was our second time staying at the hotel, and it was another very relaxing stay with extremely attentive and friendly staff and a large, very clean room. This time, we went to the brasserie for dinner (after our excellent meal in the restaurant the first time). The food and service there were also outstanding; a real treat. Our special requests for food intolerances were also handled impeccably. Thank you again. It was also very nice that we were able to use the credit from the ETIK program directly during our second stay.
The room was very clean, very big and quiet! Top. Also Bathroom. A barg tube with great shower. Of course a separate shower would bei perfekt, but it worked Well. WE Had great diner in the Restaurant. Service was great, and they took care of all my Special requests,based one intolerances. Thanks a lot for this!!! The Restaurant was very quiet,nice decorated,well done. We Had our Dog with us,and it was nö Problem to let him sleep unser our table while we Had Dinner. And I was very Happy,when my Special Wish ... some Pommes Frites was also Made possibly,although they had to brought it from the Brasserie Kirchen, because in the Restaurant normally Not available.
Only the breakfast was Not so perfekt for fruit lovers. Of course there was a Long list from where you could choose from for breakfast with big variety! But I eat only fruits in the morning. And therefore Order three fruits salads from the list, the evening before. The fruits salads contained 90%Apples. Not so perfekt. But Overall very pleasant stay.
Catering not at all up to standard, stay in an evening stopover. Excessive price for both dinner and breakfast, lunch in a trucker was more efficient. Evening meal: Fish brandade (common hash) and fromage blanc with coulis, not worthy of a restaurant that claims to be gastronomic (only the quantities were there for the gastro). Breakfast: no buffet but no suggestion on the cheese and cold meats sheet, although all the tables were stocked with them, at my request obviously the kitchens were devoid of them!!! Even the water in the room was chargeable €4, which shows the sense of service of the owners... With a Badoit during the meal and a coffee the evening stopover was billed to me €179!!! Many logis establishments offer superior services with more reasonable prices.
Superb address, excellent cuisine, attentive team.
Very good but 2 drawbacks: the waiting time for dinner with more than 1h30 for a starter and a main course. And the breakfast served at the table without choice. I prefer breakfasts in the form of a buffet.
Prima hotel
We are very satisfied, the staff is really caring and very pleasant.
Divine discovery. Arrived at 1:30 p.m., I am welcomed by accepting to have lunch and all this with the smile of each member of the young and efficient staff. During this time they get down to preparing my room while it is specified that the reception is from 3:00 p.m. The meals are sincerely of high quality and served with a kindness and simplicity that is a pleasure to see. Nothing is forced. I will definitely go back and I will even make a detour to go there. WELL DONE and THANK YOU Go there with your eyes closed; you will be enchanted

Staff were exceptional- polite, welcoming and professional. Our server at dinner recognised us from a one night stay a year ago and was very kind in speaking English with us when we struggled with our French. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
For a 4 star hotel the room is poorly maintained. Door to bathroom squicks. Hanger on bathroomdoor is broken. Bathroom shower doesn’t stay up. Bathwall is broken and never replaced. We weer in room 11. In restaurant my chicken dish was undercooked. It was just too many things that were just wrong.
The small lady at the reception and in the brasserie is very arrogant. She needs to learn what customer orientation is.
Very good hotel, we stayed for a stopover during our journey to the southwest. Not disappointed, the night was perfect even with a one year old baby for whom the hotel had prepared a pretty and comfortable travel cot. In short, I recommend.
Excellent quality and service
Beautiful, quiet establishment in Essonne. Very recently built hotel, modern, cozy and warm. Huge and very well laid out parking lot. A welcome that was both professional and charming was reserved for me, with the pleasant surprise of having been upgraded to a beautiful and large room, quiet, although all of the rooms seem to be located far from the few noise nuisances of the main road. closer.
