    Very nice, quiet hotel with quality. Quality of room (suite) excellent in terms of bedding, bathroom, air conditioning ....etc. Dinner in the evening at Louis of excellent quality, both in terms of food and serving. Including the service of the drink. The breakfast (curiously composed by ourselves at the hotel's request) of excellent quality both in food and quantity. The people at the reception, in the rooms and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Odds even better than 12/10!!!!!

    Can not fault the hotel and bedroom styling and decor and comfort - very much 4 star - just the comfort we needed in between two long drives - and the welcome was very good too. May be this was my mistake but my issue is with the positioning of the food offering. I have no doubt that the gastronomic experience is fantastic and Michelin star quality. But your bistro / brassiere is in my opinion not what is required. No kids menu - a €28 three course meal is not a kids menu - but you did kindly offer to do some off menu frites. I expect the bistro to give me what the gastronomic restaurant doesn’t - a well priced and sufficient meal. What we got for our one course €28 steak and chips was a noveau cuisine sized meal of the smallest slither of meat and a pitiful amount of fries - yes it was delicious but it was utterly insufficient and therefore not good value for money. I think commercially you’d be much better off giving a different bistro offering and making it differential to the gastronomic experience thereby enabling you to serve and dually satisfy two different markets/needs much better. Breakfast could have been better. We requested two crepes. We arrived at our table with a plate of cold crepes there - unsure if this was one (plate) or two (crepes) servings. Much later on a warm crepe arrived - so why the cold one at the start? No butter as requested and had to take this from someone else’s table as no staff visibly present. I alas won’t be using it as a stop over hotel again.

    Hôtel et chambre très bien. Literie au top! Jardin paysagé magnifique.
    Bon diner à la brasserie le vendredi soir.
    Expérience très décevante au restaurant gastronomique le samedi soir.
    Le rapport qualité-prix n'y était pas. Beaucoup de remplacements à la carte, erreur dans les plats, cuisson du tournedos de boeuf totalement ratée, présentation beaucoup moins soignée que la veille à la brasserie...!
    Aucun geste commercial malgré notre mécontentement appuyé pour une assiette facturée 50€.
    De plates excuses de la part du maître d'hôtel qui comprend mais ne propose rien.
    C'est vraiment dommage, ce restaurant "gastronomique" n'a pas été à la hauteur du reste de l'établissement!
    Le petit déjeuné servi en room service était très bien le samedi matin, beaucoup moins bien le dimanche matin.
    Le ressenti final est donc très mitigé sur la partie restauration.
