First of all, congratulations to the owners of this very welcoming place, done with great taste! Warm welcome, kindness and sympathy. 💐 !! Very nice room with a very large bed! Everything for comfort with a few little touches like the little tray with tea, coffee, still water, sparkling water and without forgetting the little biscuit 🍪The gargantuan breakfast, there is a choice for all tastes! 🥐☕🫖On our next visit to Saint Malo we will definitely return to the Hotel La Grassinais! Yes, we recommend this beautiful place to our friends. !

Very warm welcome from Christophe who takes the time to explain and settle his guests. Very good service at breakfast which is complete to start the day well. Small hotel located in a commercial area but very quiet and allows access to the various fast roads to go to St Malo, Dinard, Dinan etc... it is a very good base I will come back with pleasure :)
We made a short stopover in St. Malo on our way back from vacation. We felt very comfortable here. The convenient parking right in the courtyard was also important to us.
We stayed at this hotel recently after our sailing trip and felt very comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area. We slept very well. The breakfast is of very good quality. We especially liked the warm welcome and the staff's willingness to do everything to make our stay a pleasant one. You can tell they enjoy working there. That's quite rare these days.

Everything was perfect. Welcome, cleanliness, amenities, and decor. In a manor house, admittedly with a strange location, but sheltered from the noise. Like a cocoon. Extraordinary breakfast.
The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and we had an excellent two-night stay as a family, on the way back to the ferry, but with some time to explore St Malo and the surrounding area.
Overall I think I was robbed on the service The room does not correspond at all to what is described on booking ... where is the bathtub? Where are the chocolates? 3 nights on site 3 mornings to have the towels and sheets at the foot of the room ... too bad I can't attach a photo.. but what hotel throws the laundry on the floor while waiting to make the rooms? Breakfast? 14€? But you don't have to be diabetic ... and the little no. Sweet is fatty fatty fatty and of lower quality .. the ham? I won't give that to my children ... 14€ is shameful !!! Change the tray of rusks they are soft ... no one on the staff is worried about not seeing this tray evolve ... the egg cooking machine ... ridiculous! When I see your staff on their cell phones at reception have them make some homemade granola !! The reception let's talk about it Overall not nice. First breakfast was nice even if criticizing other customers in front of us was almost abnormal...second breakfast no hello from the gentleman even though the day before was super nice. On the website it says snack and bar. Answer: if you have what it takes, no worries, sit on the terrace!!! Because what is noted on the website is for business customers! At the price of the tiny room, are we worth less than business customers? But who is saying this??? We arrive after 8:00 on the road it would have been ideal and since it was noted we didn't stress out. I chose this hotel because of the comments but in the end it was just hot air. If Logis and hotels have to go back there they will be very surprised...
Don't the vast majority of our customers' reviews reflect a certain appreciation of their stay and would they all be incompetent compared to your judgment? Allow me to doubt it?
Why did you stay in a place that didn't suit you?
All the daily work of an entire team and all the significant investments made each year are, a priori, not enough to satisfy you, fortunately we meet people every day who realize this and for whom we are delighted to do this wonderful job of human contact.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the port and the rooms are very comfortable. The beds are wonderful and with the air conditioning we always get a good nights sleep. The car park is right outside and the staff are always lovely. The water is very useful as are the tea and coffee facilities. Only negative is that it is more expensive than a lot of other accommodation.
We will happily return to this hotel, and as soon as we return to Saint Malo it will be our one and only address. The location, the location close to the city center, the room and above all the kindness of Christophe and his team, thank you and see you soon.

Expensive hotel night for a room upstairs without elevator and without air conditioning with supplement requested for a baby bed. Warm welcome. Help with luggage. No snacks as advertised on the website.

Excellent, from the ease of booking, value for money and excellent friendly and efficient service. Especially appreciated as we arrived after 10.15pm due to a late ferry. Room was very comfortable and well equipped (air con just installed). Quiet location in the centre of St Malo with onsite parking. Breakfast buffet good value for money also.

Very warm welcome..with Ulyss our little dog.. The bathroom a little small as far as the toilet is concerned to sit on.. Having experience and working in 4 Star hotels 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, it's very clean nothing to say..there was a small fan to cool us down great.. We will come back..

Good hotel and facilities, convenient for ferry port, interesting old building although in middle of a retail park. Registration quick and easy, despite an early arrival, and Christophe was extremely attentive and helpful in setting up the Logis app for loyalty points on our phone for us.
Upgraded room was very clean and well equipped.

We had not realised there was no restaurant either at the hotel or within walking distance. There was no bar although we were able to have a drink. We asked for a recommendation for dinner from reception and requested at 5pm help to book a taxi to depart at 7pm. At 7pm no taxi had been booked or restaurant booking made. We were told there was no need to book the restaurant as it would not be busy and parking was easy. We wasted about half an hour waiting. The hotel had no maps available. We did manage to find our way but the restaurant was fully booked. So we went into the old town and had a pleasant meal in another restaurant. Reception could have been much more helpful. When we returned to the hotel the car park was full - there were lots of commercial vehicles parked - we just managed to squeeze our little old cars into a space and moved them first thing in the morning. That part of our stay was disappointing - especially as it was our last night in France. The room and decor were v pleasant and comfortable.

Very warm welcome with good advice to make the most of our stay. Very nice room with a very large bed, we were upgraded. The hotel is located in a commercial area, which can be worrying, but ultimately it is extremely quiet in the evening.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. The setting is very rustic, with tasteful decor. The rooms are pleasant and spotless. A special thank you to Christophe, who took great care of us, with extreme kindness (which is often lacking these days).

This was one of the smaller double rooms; which we knew about. However, I would say that it would probably be more suitable for single occupancy; mainly because there is a large table that takes up more space than it needs to and, instead of a bedside table and lights for each side of the bed there is just one with a chair on the opposite side. We only use the hotel as a place to stay until the morning ferry but I wouldn't like to stay in this room for a longer period. Other than that the hotel is superb (this was our fourth stay with at least two more booked for this year.
It’s not every time you stay at a hotel the manager comes out to your car, shakes your hand and says ‘welcome back’ - just a warm feeling from the moment you arrive until when you leave. LOVE! Clean, comfortable, welcoming - highly recommend (But please bring back the old showers! )
A wonderful family stay at this hotel, with a more than warm welcome from Nathalie, her husband, and their daughter. The breakfast and the bedding were a big plus. I would say the least, the size of the bathtub, which is quite small.

Absolutely delighted that we have found this gem. So much more satisfactory than the usual modern buildings calling themselves hotels. But please don't spread the news too widely!
We stayed for 2 nights ahead of catching a ferry to UK. In spite of being next to a very busy road the hotel is very quiet (at least the rooms to the rear are). Our room had a recently updated shower and the large double bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good at 14Euros each. The hotel does not serve evening meals and there is not too much choice of restaurants within easy walking distance.
Although we checked in late afternoon it did take a while to attract the attention of the reception staff.

Hotel good overall very good value for money, small areas for possible improvement insulation (noise of footsteps with heels on the room above our room, rolling of suitcases in the corridor, coming and going of the entrance door) being in a premium room and 2nd area for improvement the fact that there are sockets next to the bed but are not accessible because of the headboard which in this place has only a decorative purpose it is a bit of a shame

Clean room with very good quality bedding, although the bathroom is a bit small. The whole establishment is slightly outdated. However, the stopover package was disappointing: there was no restaurant, and the meal was limited to dishes served in jars, information that was not specified on the website. If this had been clearly indicated, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Accustomed to Logis hotels, for us this hotel does not have the criteria to be labeled "elegance" Cossy would be more appropriate because of its location in the middle of a commercial area, which neither the Logis website nor the hotel website suggests. How disappointed we were when we arrived Noisy hotel, poorly soundproofed room, lack of bellboy at the entrance door which slams constantly. As for breakfast, only cheap industrial products How can we trust Logis when such an establishment has the same "Elegance" label as an establishment like the Domaine de Beaulieu in Auch, in the middle of nature with great services
Great find for the aquarium and ferry, not to mention the chinese buffet. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was well presented, clean and with attractive decor. There is tea and coffee making facilities as well as the added advantage of being able to get filtered water, from the reception area. The bed was very comfy, I have a terrible back and slept incredibly well. The TV is set up so the audio can be changed to english on a good up to date selection of movies. Our daughters room, however, had a fully modernised shower and air con. Ours did not, and the bathroom lacked an extractor fan. Despite this i still had a perfectly adequate shower. We chose to have the breakfast, which had a selection of juices, pastries, bread, cereals and even eggs and was perfect start for a day at the aquarium and St Malo. The gentleman 'running' breakfast was very friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay, we would come again

The location of the hotel tends to confuse when using the Sat Nav or Google Map systems as the “ you have arrived at your destination “ comment fails to advise that the actual hotel cannot be seen from the adjacent main road, and this can be very confusing when arriving late evening

The hotel is family-run, the welcome is very warm in a charming setting (old farm restaurant). The inner courtyard allows you to have lunch on the outdoor terrace of the establishment. The breakfast is friendly "enlivened" by the humorous boss!! The staff is attentive. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Saint-Malo in a commercial zone, isolated from noise.

This our hotel of choice when staying in Saint Malo before a ferry crossing. It is convenient for the road system but not too close for sightseeing.
We were looking for a one night stay before boarding the ferry so booked at this attractive Logis. The Manager apologised that the parking was reserved for the Porsche-owners Club. We parked close by, a small price to pay to drool over 20+ Porsches. Our room was immaculate and I made special mention to the Manager of the sparkling bathroom. We were surprised they did not serve an evening meal but found plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very friendly and accommodating reception when we arrived. Very comfortable room and bed with an exceptionally good TV - we were able to watch the semi-finals in tennis at Queens in the UK with a commentary (in French) and a movie (in English with French subtitles!). A 10 minute run to the ferry terminal.

We arrived late at night from the ferry and managed to get into the hotel very easily. The room itself was very comfortable and luxurious and the staff in the morning could not have been more helpful. Close to the ferry port and local amenities were good, a fabulous food shop a few minutes walk away and super easy parking. Would highly recommend.
