Hello, I had booked a night stay package. When I called the hotel to ask if they had a car charging station, the manager informed me that the restaurant was closed, an hour and a half before my arrival, and that I would have to go out again for dinner. I requested breakfast for 7:30 am, which was confirmed by the manager upon my arrival. I think if I hadn't called the hotel at 7:40 am, the manager would still be asleep! As a result, no dinner, no breakfast (the Senseo coffee is rather meager for a hotel). It's extremely rare to see such amateurishness (a complete lack of concern) for an establishment associated with Logis de France. Sincerely.

A haven of tranquility in the middle of the Drôme countryside. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed, and the owner is extremely kind. Cleanliness is hard to beat.

Booking sold us services that did not exist: no indoor pool (it is out of service), no room with a terrace but with a 50cm wide window located 1.5m from the ground and a view of the underside of the roof, massages for which you have to contact an external person and not in the hotel and the "pompom" no cleaning in the room !!!!!!!! here you make your bed, you clean your bathroom and you keep your towel wet for 3 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course we didn't know anything about it, otherwise we would have booked elsewhere! We who came to de-stress in front of the view of the Drôme Provençale, it was a real failure, and for the shower after golf, luckily we had the bath towels provided for the non-existent swimming pool! In short, apart from friendly employees who are not responsible for anything, this reservation was a disaster!

No more restaurant despite it still being listed in the description... average cleanliness, breakfast the same, no possibility to serve yourself coffee...

A very warm welcome from our host. A small drawback: the lack of restaurants can put off customers. But around 10 and 20 km away, you'll find some very good restaurants.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel, located in a small village in Drôme Provençale, very beautiful surroundings and easy walks from the hotel, professional and warm welcome, spacious room and all comfort. Too bad the restaurant was closed, but our host recommended one to us in a neighboring village and we had a very nice evening there.

Very quiet hotel with a very pleasant hostess

We learned on site that the restaurant is permanently closed, the swimming pool is also closed. The building is for sale. We were the only occupants. Not occupied at night (from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.) by the operator or an attendant! Breakfast was okay but nothing more, not many local products except apricots and still not ripe! We could hope for better in such a place! I think its rating needs to be reviewed.

We had two pleasant nights at the hotel. The room was stylishly furnished, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the pool. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed.

Hotel is very remote. The receptionist speaks little or no English, so if you don't speak French it will be quite an undertaking. In addition, I am surprised that a reception closes at 7 pm and that this is only announced in the confirmation email. If you travel alone like me, you will only see this email when it is (almost) too late. Upon arrival, the restaurant also appeared to be closed. This was also not indicated.

We came because of the spa and bath area, but it was closed without previous notice. Very disappointing. Other wise the rest of the stay was wonderful. We specially enjoyed the architecture and decoration.

After two weeks campinglife we were so happy with this beautiful room, super bed, shower and delicious food in a beautiful environment. Too bad the weather was not so good otherwise we would have stayed another day.

Beautiful, quiet hotel

Everything was great, only the room smelled a bit musty. Good location as a stopover on the trip to Spain, restaurant with good food and a lot of atmosphere in the rooms. This was our fifth night here.

Friendly staff, small downside at the time of the shower where we only had cold water as well as the window which had a view onto the terrace of the restaurant, too bad we had to close the curtains to have privacy for everything else perfect!

Overall a little disappointed because I thought, given the photos and the price, a higher quality level. The whole thing is pleasant, welcome from the owner, bare minimum, not very warm. Good point for the very helpful employee. Spacious and pleasant room, rough towels (not soft at all) and slightly moldy shower floor. Pillowcases and duvet covers also rough, not very pleasant. Kettle on a table but no socket nearby. No tea, only coffee pods. Otherwise clean and very nice old style room. Indoor pool moderately clean (pieces of plastic at the bottom of the water, some impurities floating around), cold water, you don't want to linger there (for me, quick dip and just the feet, total shower time obligatory included: 10 minutes). Friendly restaurant, very welcoming from the waiter. Tasty dishes but expensive for what was on the plate. Given the rating on the site and the comments, I expected much better. I won't go back there.

Even though we arrived a day earlier than the reservation made, they welcomed us very warmly and immediately checked to see if there was any room vacant. That turned out to be the case: we ended up in a beautiful, new chalet with a swimming pool next to us. In the evening we had dinner in the restaurant and the next morning we had breakfast. both delicious. This stay is highly recommended

This hotel was a gem in a quite peaceful part of France. All the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.

As we'd flown in late to Marseille they also accommodated a much later than usual check in time. The staff were very gracious with my brief attempt at speaking French but were kind enough to speak with me in English during our stay.

The room itself was clean, comfortable and spacious with en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities. The food at breakfast was great, with a mix of different options to choose from.

We would definitely stay here again. It's a lovely hotel, in a lovely part of the country.
