Great hotel, very warm welcome, the owners are very attentive, I highly recommend it. The hotel is very clean and the grounds are very pleasant.

The dining room lacks air conditioning. The bedroom temperature was acceptable.

The new owners are certainly not responsible, but they should consider replacing the bathtub with a shower, installing air conditioning, and providing a double bed (especially in room 10). Unfortunately, the prices reflect the proximity to Puy du Fou... which is particularly excessive considering the quality of the service. Breakfast is quite good.

The service was adequate, nothing more. The housekeeping was very average; towels weren't even removed. We were very disappointed with the restaurant compared to our previous stay. The food was very basic compared to the gourmet restaurant that delighted us last year.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Swimming pool not cleaned. No garden furniture installed.

We spent two nights at this establishment and received a warm welcome. The owners were a professional and welcoming couple. The breakfast was superb, beautifully presented, and the sandwiches ordered the day before were excellent and generous. The room and bathroom were comfortable and accessible for people with reduced mobility.

This is not a 3-star hotel. No air conditioning, unbelievable! The grounds are poorly maintained. Ants and insects in the shower and bedroom. A lot of work will be needed to restore this charming hotel, which is set in a lovely garden.

A very warm welcome, excellent cleanliness, and great peace and quiet despite its proximity to a main road. Very good amenities, particularly for reducing the ambient heat in the rooms. The restaurant offered a very good and varied menu. The only downside was the full sun exposure, which made the terrace a little too hot in the evenings, but the staff did everything they could to minimize this. However, the cool morning air for breakfast was much appreciated. The beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel and the swimming pool were enjoyed by many guests.

It met our expectations

Very pleasant stay and a very friendly owner

The hotel photos are not representative of reality. The rooms are smaller and darker (housekeeping is poor), the restaurant terrace is tiny and unusable when it's hot...

Okay, first the positives. The welcome and staff were perfect. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. There's a large parking lot. The breakfast terrace overlooks a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Now for the downsides: a small, damp room on the basement level, with all the smells that go with it! Ants, cobwebs with their architects... The toilet door has to be left open like an accordion, otherwise your knees will get scraped. The bathroom is for Lilliputians, and the shower requires a degree in plumbing to adjust the temperature. And don't even get me started on the disgusting grout. As for the dust, it's ancient and has never been cleaned. The mattress is new but damp due to the dampness of the room, which, as a result, doesn't need air conditioning. In short, avoid rooms 1 and 2, which are on the basement level. Oh yes, don't expect any soundproofing; that's a word that should be banished from this room... Close to Puy du Fou, but that's about it. Next time we'll get an Ibis; it's ugly on the outside but so peaceful inside ;-)

We need more parking spaces and air conditioning in the rooms.

One small drawback: we didn't have air conditioning in the room, and the first very hot night was a bit difficult. The dinner was disgusting. As a result, the price for the overnight stay was exorbitant. I won't be going back! Definitely not!!! Luckily, the receptionist was very nice.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel manager are much appreciated, and the breakfast and dinner restaurant offer a varied and very good menu. The room, despite the very comfortable bedding, is definitely in need of renovation. There's no ventilation system in either the room or the bathroom (resulting in condensation on the windows), and the decor is old-fashioned and lacks charm. There's a lack of attention to daily cleanliness; the bed is made every day, but the ashtray isn't emptied, the table on the balcony isn't cleaned, the bathroom bin isn't emptied, and there are no refills of glasses or coffee... It's a shame, because the managers are dedicated and very committed. This hotel doesn't live up to its advertised 3-star rating.

During our call, we got along very well with the manager. She impressed us with the rooms she offered: we were a group. We booked a room for 2 or 4 people. We were definitely not disappointed. The staff was friendly, clean, and the welcome was fantastic! The price was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious. I made the right choice in selecting this hotel.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The owner was kind enough to upgrade us to a room on the park side so our dog could walk around peacefully.

Very unique and a very warm welcome. The cleanliness of the premises reflects the professionalism of this establishment.

I'm very disappointed because this hotel-restaurant recently changed ownership, and the food is no longer the same quality I used to know. For the overnight stay, it's a canteen-style menu with a buffet of starters and desserts (the simplest of options: sliced sausage, tabbouleh, tuna rice salad, etc.). Desserts include fruit, small plates, and ice cream. The main course is fish, pasta, and a few salad leaves. It's canteen food! As a result, the value for money is poor, and having enjoyed the delicious dishes of the previous chef, it's quite a shock!

A €115 overnight stay, we expected better in terms of the meal (starter buffet with limited choices), and the room was outdated.

Lack of insulation ++ (you can hear the sound of footsteps and the shower from above, as well as the conversation and the sound of doors from the neighbors next door). Also missing is the presence of a privacy screen between each balcony to promote privacy. On the other hand, the room is clean and comfortable.

Disappointing stay. Upon arrival, we noticed the presence of old cobwebs in the room, then three large spiders, ants everywhere, even in the kettle that was provided, as well as dead flies that did not move during our stay. The window did not close and the wooden front door did not close properly either. Such negligence in the maintenance of the rooms is unacceptable. Disappointing

Very beautiful property with park and swimming pool, well located to go to Puy du Fou but disappointed by room No. 1 in the basement, very narrow, not clean floor, bathroom from another age, a corridor with a shower at the back not very accessible and with very dirty joints. We had the impression of sleeping in a cellar!! What is particularly disappointing is that when booking by consulting the hotel website and various sites describing the rooms of this establishment, this type of room and bathroom does not appear in photos: we are therefore deceived! And 95 E for one night for this type of room is very expensive. A few days later, we slept in another hotel about 80 km further for 85 E and it was very comfortable: large room and large bathroom with large shower, all very clean and very comfortable with insulated glazing in a magnificent park, swimming pool etc... We also suffered another disappointment at the restaurant when we arrived at 7:30 p.m., the unfriendly waitress did not want to seat us on the terrace, telling us curtly that she had seated us in the dining room and that was it! There was already one person on the terrace and when the manager arrived she left the customers the choice of sitting in the dining room or on the terrace. The meal and breakfast were good.

Very clean hotel, very comfortable bedding with slightly dated decor but there is very poor soundproofing. You can hear all the noises from the other rooms despite the thick doors and especially from the bathroom faucets.
