Hotel very well located, friendly welcome, room with mountain view, convenient parking. Just missing a hot dish for breakfast.

This is a very comfortable, very clean, quiet hotel with fine amenities in an excellent location midway between the Cirque de Gavarnie trailhead and Luz St. Sauveur. We had an excellent dinner and the breakfast buffet is so comprehensive, it suits every dietary restriction and so filling that we did not need lunch. 10/10 would gladly return. The service people are English speakers.

Lovely quality hotel and restaurant. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, delicious food and a car park on site. The owners and their staff were charming and friendly. The location was ideal for our plan to visit Cirque du Gavarnie.
The only thing to note is the portion sizes were large. If we were to return we would not choose both a starter and a main course from the a la carte menu

A comfortable hotel at the foot of the Pyrenean cirques. An elegant decoration. Delicious food and a perfect breakfast. Several stays made, never disappointed.!
All hosts and staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Despite the ease of obtaining hot and cold drinks at the bar, the only thing we would have liked to see was a kettle and tea making equipment in our room. This is a very minor issue and did not detract from our lovely stay.

Very helpful staff, good quality food, nice hotel, good location. Only fault was our room was very hot during the night. I'd recommend asking for a room on the back of the hotel - not such a nice view, but being out of the sun during the day may help keep it a bit cooler. Other than that, this is an excellent hotel. Restaurant is very good and they even made me an excellent vegetarian meal despite there being nothing on the menu.

I loved this hotel - stunning location, big car park, friendly staff and lovely rooms. The restaurant was very good, with regional specialities. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms.
I couldn’t sleep, it was so hot. I had to open the big doors to the balcony to cool down the room and then was woken by early morning local traffic. With extreme heat events becoming more common, a lot of hotels need to invest in air conditioning units to keep their customers comfortable.
Very pleasant welcome. Excellent quality of food, very decent comfort, however some rooms are a bit cramped.
