Charming house with unobstructed views of the landscape and the sea.
The setting and view are superb. This establishment has a soul, with an exterior and interior style reminiscent of traditional hotels, like a family-run guesthouse. The management and staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, attentive to guests' needs. The comfortable rooms combine modern amenities with antique-style furnishings. The bedding is very comfortable, and a special mention goes to the quality and freshness of the breakfasts.
Overnight stay booked for a business trip. After the long and difficult journey due to traffic conditions, the warm welcome and arrival at this cozy house were very comforting.
A little piece of heaven- the view from the terrace can not be surpassed

Restaurant was closed for dinner. Nearest was a 15 minute walk on a busy road with limited footways
Our booking was for a twin-bedded room but we were initially put in double-bedded oom and hotel denied that we had bookeda twin. They eventually found the relevant email and resolved the issue by giving us a second double room.
Lovely people, very chatty, room was small, bed uncomfortable, decor is in need of renovation. Views spectacular but overpriced for the level of accommodation.
Älteres Hotel mit viel Charme, gepflegte Räumlichkeiten, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, es gibt ein Abendmenü, Parkplatz verborgen hinter dem Hotel, mit dem öffentlichen Bus in 10 Minuten in Stadtmitte, Bushaltestelle 200 Meter entfernt. Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen mit Abendessen und waren sehr zufrieden!

The meal and the welcome were just excellent!
Hotel located 2 steps from a road, but windows are well soundproofed, most of the noise comes from the hotel itself (door, lock, flushing toilet...) The common room and the dining room are well decorated with antique furniture, with a large fireplace. The shaded terrace reveals a nice view of the valley. The room is small, which means a small bed and a tiny shower. The parking lot is small and narrow, but it is possible to park at the side of the road. Savory or sweet breakfast at an additional cost. I was not able to try the restaurant which is closed on Fridays
Charming house and good starting point to visit Grasse.
Very good possibility for dining and breakfast in the hotel. The meal was delicious.
Taxi does not come on time, water and breakfast are not included, commuting is a bit difficult, shower room is a bit small with no air conditioning in the room, and not laundry service. Other than that stay was very nice and all staffs where very nice and friendly.
A charming hotel. The owners are very welcoming and attentive. We were able to enjoy the terrace for dinner and breakfast (perfect with fruit juice and fresh fruit salad). We recommend it.
Unfortunately our flight was delayed so we arrived over 2 hrs late and in the dark so no parking within hotel grounds . Had to struggle with 2 golf bags and 3 other cases across road, down and up steps.
Our room was at the side but the hotel is located on a very busy road so it was v noisy. Our room was v small but luckily only there for a night.
Hotel would be ok if not much luggage and only need as a stop over and u get a room right at the back overlooking the valley.
Looks v pretty from the patio side and overbooking the valley. Manager was very friendly and helpful and breakfast (called Salty but it wasn’t!) was very good . These last 2 items are the redeeming factors!

A wonderful stay at the Hotel Bellaudière in Grasse. This is our second visit, and it hasn't disappointed us. Far from the luxuries of the coast, this hotel is like a breath of fresh air, maintaining the bohemian and decadent atmosphere of the 1960s French Riviera. Having breakfast in the mountains with a view of the coast in the distance is especially recommended.
The hotel is perfect because it's close to the center and offers parking. The building could use a little more maintenance. The staff isn't rude, but rather cold. The breakfast is standard hotel fare.
Very pleasant welcome and place to stay.
We were welcomed by a charming couple, but that was not enough to compensate for the fact that when it was hot, without air conditioning and with rooms overlooking the road, it was impossible to sleep.

Good stay, superb view, slept well, just a misunderstanding about the breakfast which was included on booking.com. I had to pay for 2 breakfasts. No action was taken.
Isabelle and François take great care of their guests; they make you feel right at home. Homemade food, breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly squeezed oranges. It was perfect, thank you again for your welcome and kindness.
This place was so bad we did not stay. We arrived early and were told angrily to go away. I needed to use the toilet and was very reluctantly allowed to do so. This gave me the chance to look inside at what was a dilapidated interior. We could not have stayed there. I'm disappointed and surprised this place is part of Logis de France. I wish for reimbursement of what I paid.

Vos propos sont bien eloignés des différents autres commmentaires clients - Sachez que si notre hôtel était délabré, le groupe logis en aurait déjà fait le constat lors de leurs visites - bonne continuation ..
Charming, characterful old logis set in the wonderful hills close to Grasse run by welcoming couple. Beautiful views from terrace and rooms at the back of the hotel, continental breakfast of rolls, croissant, coffee, fruit and yogurt served on the terrace each morning, with option for evening meal onthe terrace in the evening. Well placed for exploration of local sites by car. Delux room with balcony was light and airy with views over the hills.

Francois and his wife are very welcoming and attentive hosts. The young man who serves dinner is very pleasant and friendly.
Very good impression and the couple who run it have been very kind.
The kindness and helpfulness are excellent.
Total discrepancy between the photos and the place. Dark, small room with no air conditioning. Dark, old bathroom. Second floor with no elevator for large luggage, horrible, especially with the old staircase. Parking unthinkable for supposedly 7 spaces (not to mention the rock and roll entrance for a large car). The worst part of all this is the price paid!! We left after 15 minutes.

Good hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. It would be a plus if there was a choice of two dishes for the evening menu (simple cold cuts, for example).
Superb establishment, perfect welcome. The setting is beautiful and calm. The rooms are spotless. The pool is perfect. The breakfast is delicious and served around the pool.
Charming old building, ideal location with panoramic views. The room, bathroom, and common areas are very clean. The room is very different from the photos seen on the website (similar price).
No parking, forced to leave the car on the side of a very busy, even dangerous, road. Road noise. Room furniture, low-end and above all broken and unrepaired. Obvious lack of maintenance, even though the building has charm. Having long been accustomed to booking hotel accommodation, I realize that this is no longer a guarantee of quality.

Simple, clean, efficient, friendly and well located. Exactly what we were looking for.
Very beautiful structure, with a decadent charm that brings to life the atmosphere of an ancient French villa, truly beautiful; antique furnishings and perfectly in style with the environment; beautiful surrounding garden and unique view. The fact that there is a parking space is truly a must. Excellent availability, discretion and courtesy of the staff. Excellent breakfast too, delicious croissants. Esteban's toiletries are much appreciated.
The main public rooms were very nice and reflected the old fashioned style of the hotel which was once a private home. The bedrooms however were only adequate and quite cramped for space to move around the bed to get to the window. Fantastic views of Grasse and beautiful gardens.

2* hotel certainly but a historic house (Renoir lived there for a while) and a guesthouse atmosphere. Immediately adopted ... simple cuisine, breakfast in the sun, landscape ... peaceful.
A beautiful, comfortable hotel where you can eat very well. The only negative point is the soundproofing. But in an old building with character, it is always complicated to do major work.

Beautiful charming residence. Perfectly renovated rooms with breathtaking views of the region and magnificent terrace for dinner or very generous breakfast!
Hotel outside Grasse. Close to a street, but did not make much noise. We had two rooms, one double and one triple. The rooms varied a lot and especially the bigger one was not renovated since way back, specially the bathroom. The shower was extremely small. The double room did not have a good smell and the triple room smelled much of cigarette smoke coming from another place in the hotel. We were a bit disappointed because the pictures before booking seemed a lot better than the rooms we got.
The view was spectacular though, so the hotel has potential. We got the impression that some rooms in the hotel were better than others.
The beds were small and quite uncomfortable.
We stayed two nights and they forgot to clean our rooms. That was compensated by 3 free breakfast the next morning (we were 5). The breakfast was really “petit” some croissants, bred, marmalade, juice and coffee. No cheese or ham unfortunately.

The structure is very beautiful, the camera is elegant, comfortable and with a beautiful view, it is very personal and the collaboration on the terrace is definitely a plus.
It is a 2 star hotel which is worth 3 for the care of the furnishings, the good breakfast and the type of building, a beautiful ancient villa with a garden. I understand 2 stars due to the proximity to a busy road whose noise can be heard a lot from the room and the cramped parking. Some parts of the house should be restored. The hospitality of the managers remains delightful.

Passing through Grasse for a night to go to the theater, we chose La Bellaudière for its proximity. Small family establishment, a magnificent location with a panoramic view. Warm welcome, small but very clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace in the sun.

A great warm and family hotel, well located for visiting the area. A building with charm. The owners were very kind, smiling, welcoming and proactive in helping us discover the region. A small downside about the room on the side of the road, which was a little noisy, but no one can do anything about it! I highly recommend this hotel!
On the site tt seems a lot, in the end it is not at all true. The bedding needs to be changed I think. The room doors are not wide.... Very disappointed
