Arrivés à l’hôtel à 16h30 le mardi 16 avril 2024, il n’y avait pas d’accueil (c’est un artisan qui travaillait sur place qui est allé chercher le patron).
L’hôtelier nous a reçu en tenue débraillée, visiblement occupé à faire autre chose que l’accueil des clients alors que nous étions attendus.
A l’arrivée, l’établissement donne l’impression générale d’être mal tenu. Le désordre est omniprésent partout : matériels et mobilier cassé, outils, paniers de linge qui traîne.
Le patron semble un peu dépassé par la tâche.
Hôtel. La chambre n°8 est correcte (décoration voiture 2CV) mais la douchette de la douche ne fonctionnait pas (pas pratique pour les clientes…) et la cuvette du WC était mal fixée et bougeait.
Pas de WiFi dans la chambre. Il faut aller sur la terrasse extérieure pour bénéficier de la connexion !
La chambre est facturée à 104.00 € alors que l’affichage à l’intérieur de la chambre mentionne 95.00 € pour cette période de l’année.
Restaurant. La salle était mal tenue malgré un cadre qui pourrait en faire un lieu chaleureux (voûte en pierres). Des papiers et emballage de beurre traînent au sol….
La cuisine était de bonne qualité, faite maison mais aucun menu ni prix ne sont affichés.
Le petit-déjeuner correspond aux critères de l’hôtellerie (pain, viennoiseries confiture, jambon, œuf, … l’établissement propose les œufs de ses poules)
Le deuxième soir, le restaurant était fermé sans explications (aucune présence des patrons) et nous avons du nous débrouiller.
Le lendemain, ils nous ont dit qu’ils avaient tondu la pelouse jusqu’à 20h00 et qu’ils s’excusaient pour le désagrément….
Logis-hôtel doit inspecter avec plus de rigueur les établissements qu’il recommande.
Cet hôtel « Cosy » et restaurant « Terroir » ne remplit manifestement pas les prestations attendues.
Malgré sa bonne volonté, le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur de la tâche qui lui incombe.

Chambre spacieuse et pratique, calme et tranquillité, cuisine généreuse et de qualité, accueil très sympathique.
Une adresse à chaudement recommander !

Nous avons passé quelques jour dans la suite familiale. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un hôtel qui semblait être en cours de réveil après la saison hivernale. Tout n'était pas encore bien prêt dans toutes les salles ou la cour, la carte du restaurant n'était pas encore disponible, mais l'essentiel était là. Et la gentillesse, la serviabilité et l'authenticité des gérants ont fait le reste. Le menu était unique mais on s'est régalé à chaque fois.
