Great hotel, such a good location. Perfect for the station. Very accommodating and welcoming.
A very pleasant stay, good value for money. Located very close to Thonon train station. The rooms aren't all brand new, but you can see that an effort has been made to modernize and decorate them. The beds were comfortable. Friendly staff, and a fairly varied breakfast.
Third stay and still just as good. Clean, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere... I recommend it, but don't all go or I won't have any more rooms!! Thanks again and see you soon
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect: the ideal location, the comfortable and spotless room, and the amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive from beginning to end, always smiling and available. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome, even with our baby—everything was done to make us feel at ease. A truly wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

The hotel is well located, allowing for quick access to Thonon town center on foot. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly. Free motorcycle parking was available in the underground garage. There was a very good restaurant nearby.

Very warm welcome, a very attentive team! Hotel close to the city center - spacious rooms - varied breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice very appreciated), the staff in the dining room very smiling and welcoming - very pleasant quiet terrace - the heated swimming pool and the facilities (pool, ping pong etc.) are a real plus!
Regarding safety, it would have been preferable for the toilet door to open from the outside, because if someone feels unwell, they could get trapped.
We were very satisfied with everything! A very friendly welcome and excellent service!

After a first impression of a rather unmodern hotel upon arrival, we were finally won over by this establishment: excellent welcome, very professional staff, large, bright and clean room, perfect bedding, huge shower room (with window!), very good and very complete breakfast, large swimming pool (but not heated), ping pong table…. Really very good. The location, mixed: if you want to enjoy Thonon above all, the location is not great because it is not in the center very close to the lake, but to visit the region it is ideal because it is right next to the train station and quick access by car to the roads leading to the various sites of interest.
We had a very good stay. The access was poorly indicated by the GPS but a passerby helped us find our way there. Very small parking lot but we were given a parking solution...thank you. The restaurant is apart from the hotel...not easy to find your way around but very good food and a warm welcome.

Excellent welcome, great kindness and availability of the managers. Very well located and very quiet hotel.
Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Room clean and functional but nicely styled. Walk to lake front is 30 mins or so and the walk back a bit of a challenge due to elevation but it's a nice walk and because we're reasonably fit we were very happy to walk both ways. Highly recommend.
