I booked a 4-hour coworking session. Upon arrival, I was simply shown to the room with a gesture—it was actually the breakfast room, so already not exactly conducive to working. No facilities, no assistance. The room was dark: no lights on, I had to find them myself. The tables were dirty, the chairs covered in crumbs, and the dishwashing area was running right next door. I was politely told I had “everything I needed,” but I struggled to find even a bottle of water. I had to ask at reception again, as there were no glasses or hand towels, and the machines were off. On top of that, it was raining that day, and drops were coming through the glass roof. After an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working. In short, the conditions were far from ideal for working, and the comfort level was minimal. The staff, for their part, remained focused on the Wi-Fi problem, showing little concern for the customers. The only positive point: the price — but one quickly understands why.

Hotel clean and welcoming, with friendly, helpful staff. We were not sure about the geography before we got there, but there were lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby and we could walk to the river or Montmartre, or get metro from St Lazare.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unfortunately. Room was too hot with window closed but the days we stayed you could hear the music and karaoke very loudly from the bar on the corner as we were in a room facing the street. Although the hotel was advertised to have air conditioning we were told by reception that it could not be put on a cold setting as for people in Paris this weather was already cold and there was nothing they could do. We asked for a fan or a change to a room which would be more quiet to enable us to open the window but this was refused also due to it being a different type of room. The comfort of the guest was not a priority. Additionally our shower leaked due to poor seal of the panel so the floor was sopping wet and needed several towels to mop it up every time. You have to give your key to reception every time you leave also which wasn’t too bad as reception is 24 hour but we still ended up waiting on a couple of occasions for our key if other people were at the desk. It was pretty clean and overall budget friendly but I still wouldn’t stay here again.

Friendly and pleasant staff. There's room for improvement in hygiene: hair on the bathtub and the shelf above the toilet. Dust on the coffee pod tray and on the coffee maker's water reservoir. The reservoir is full: how long has this water been there?

We stayed for our honeymoon. The welcome was efficient. The room was small but adequate, and the bathroom was comfortable with a large shower. A very important thing for us Italians was the Nespresso machine in the room, which made waking up fantastic. Everything was extremely clean. We only had breakfast at the hotel once: it was good, perhaps a bit pricey (14 euros). The hotel is close to a market, a small supermarket, and pastry shops and cafes. It's a 5-minute walk from the subway. We'll definitely be back.

Decent hotel but expensive for the quality of services. Super small, luckily I didn't have breakfast because 14€ for a space of 9m2, it's definitely not worth it. You can hear everything that's going on: if a guest in the next room dries their hair you can hear, if they shower you can hear... it's not quiet at all. The shower door isn't watertight; I spent more time cleaning and wiping the water than taking my shower.

Lovely little hotel in a quieter part of Paris, if there is such a thing! The streets around the hotel had great amenities - bakeries, brasseries and even a pharmacy! Super close to bus and metro stops. Perfect for a few days.

Had a room on the main floor looking out onto the street. Room very warm and stuffy, but thankfully the AC helped a lot. Bathroom was clean but the toilet was a bit small and positioned too close to the wall, making it a bit uncomfortable even for fairly small/average-sized people. The sauna was the absolute highlight of the hotel: we loved it. Breakfast was fine.

Very calm, convenient area. The staff is very welcoming. The room is a little dark but comfortable and quiet. The fitness room is basic, but OK. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the farmer's yogurt and the bread and marmelade. Disappointed with the croissants, though (could have been more crusty).

Unfortunately, the welcome is cold. Communication is basic, and there's absolutely no empathy. The only person who is friendly and welcoming is the Tunisian cleaning lady (the housekeeper): truly invaluable! I caught a serious cold from the air conditioning in my room, which I didn't know how to adjust. No one comes to your room to explain it, and if you ask at reception, it's just a few words thrown out with difficulty and no empathy. I don't want to cause problems for your staff, but I had to mention it. The rest of the staff is truly of a good standard, and the cleanliness is excellent. Thank you.

Room corresponding to the description. On the other hand, breakfast was a little limited with the best before date largely exceeded and the cold chain was not respected with yogurts that had gone bad. Too bad.

Main point of improvement: breakfast. For this price I expected higher quality and divwraity: freshness of petits pains (some were from day before), coffee machine (required cleaning + taste), fresh fruit (was from can) and more diversity of bread (now only white baguette).

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a lovely market and several restaurants. It's between two metro stops, 10 minutes from line 14, which also connects to Orly Airport, and 5 minutes from Villiers station on line 2. The rooms aren't very large, but they're comfortable and, most importantly, clean. The staff was professional and friendly. Marzia, in particular, always gave us good advice and was attentive to our needs. Check-in was quick and easy; having already sent our documents before arrival, there weren't many formalities to complete, except for paying the tourist tax. The only drawbacks are the lack of bathroom amenities and the lack of a refrigerator in our room, although there was one available for our belongings in the breakfast room. We're very satisfied, and we hope to see you again soon.

I was assigned a room off of the lobby, Room 6. The pipe noise through the walls and other unidentifiable ambient noises from above awakened me throughout the night. The hotel is cute and the staff was nice but if you cannot sleep restfully with ear plugs, in my opinion, a hotel fails to provide its most basic function.

Very kind and welcoming staff, a downside for the rather basic breakfast which is not up to the rest, I benefited from a Wonderbox gift and I would have appreciated not being put on the ground floor even if the situation was not noisy especially since unless I am mistaken the hotel did not seem full

Well located hotel on a quiet street. Pleasant and clean room. Perfect bedding. Bathroom not functional, impossible to put your things next to the sink. The breakfast is not at all up to the standard of a 3 star hotel and the price, pastries not fresh, pancakes from supermarkets, industrial sandwich bread, while breads of different varieties from a baker would have been better. Baguette where everyone takes with their hands to cut a piece (a clean cloth would have been good to avoid touching the bread). This is a shame especially since in the comments of customers have already complained (this is not taken into account as said in response), and I had taken the trouble to ask you by phone if this was indeed the case, I was told that everything was fresh. Otherwise the room and the small garden are very pleasant. This is the only negative point which is really a shame. The staff is very pleasant, nothing to say.

When the night porter gave us the key, he went back to the couch in the lobby, put his feet up on the table, and continued his private conversation on his smartphone. That's very rude. At breakfast, all the cheese and ham were dried out. Only when I complained to the receptionist was the dried stuff thrown away and fresh ham and new cheese put out. The coffee machine also took a long time to refill; it was left open, and the coffee beans needed to be refilled. But the employee first had a long private conversation with the receptionist. As a result, we guests had to wait.

As a first impact, then confirmed with the stay, the professionalism and availability of all the staff. Clean, welcoming and quiet at night. Abundant and varied breakfast for all tastes, in addition to a coffee machine with pods in the room. The location is ideal for the metro, trains and buses, within walking distance and for all the necessary services, such as restaurants, supermarkets.

Although their website stated they spoke Spanish, the truth is, they didn't. Breakfast was the worst part of the stay. It was sparse, lacking quality and variety. The rooms were noisy and poorly lit. The best things were the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Very good location. Very friendly, especially at breakfast. The price was affordable compared to similar hotels in Paris. The only negative was that at night in our room there was a noise that made you sleep hard if you listened to it, but it was faint. The rooms are small.

Excellent option. The reason of my trip was the Paris Marathon and that day the Hotel has a special time for the Breakfast, they begin at 5 am. That’s was great I didn’t expect that, and around the hotel are really good restaurants. Well located on a quiet area, you are close to tourist attractions but at the same time you are away from the touristic atmosphere, for that reason you don’t have to wait or pay overprices on the great restaurants around the hotel.

High-quality reception both in the evening and during the day. Pleasant and quiet room. An 11 a.m. checkout is restrictive. Noon is more comfortable for a business trip.

This is a hotel I regularly stay at when I'm in meetings in Paris. It's centrally located, with easy access to the metro and RER, and a very pleasant neighborhood with restaurants and a lively community.

Very warm welcome and very good stay in this hotel that I recommend. The only remark concerns the location of the room on the ground floor and which overlooked the street, therefore very subject to different noises, especially in the morning.

If I had to do it again, I would do it without hesitation!

Position it only for 5 minutes on foot from the Villiers station, pass through line 2 and 3. The camera is available, and there is a little one, it is very heavy and with all the necessary comfort. The transaction is of an international type, it is possible to store it and it favors the possibility of losing the baggage first of the check-in and also of the check-out.

The hotel is well located in a quiet area but close to shops and the metro. You pay for your stay upon arrival, I was not used to this in the hotel logis where I stayed for several days, I was surprised. On the other hand, the questionnaires sent are useless since there is no response or the requests made are not taken into account. But I am delighted with my stay, there are pleasant staff at reception and at breakfast ready to help. It was a little too hot in the room. I will gladly come back. Géraldine L

The hotel is quiet, very clean. Recent and pleasant decoration. I lower the comfort rating because it was too hot throughout the hotel and especially in the room, without the possibility of regulating. I find it ridiculous to program the heating at around 23-25 ° C in winter and the air conditioning at 21 ° C in summer. Problem with the sink in the bathroom: designer sink but the tap is too short, impossible to use it without soaking the support board and therefore your toiletries.

We have been visiting this Logis hotel for several years at the same time. This Logis hotel is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, smiling and professional (the night porter has not yet done her "customer reception" and "how to smile" training). The breakfast is complete and varied, the products are fresh and tasty. The person in charge of its preparation is helpful and does everything to ensure our day starts as well as possible.

The room is dusty and vintage. The sauna is cold when we arrive downstairs. It takes 35 minutes to heat up and our slot is 45 minutes. The night reception is more than limited. The man who welcomes us is in the middle of a personal discussion on loudspeaker and does not even notice us. Breakfast is only served until 10am. We will not even take it. Only the location is a plus in this hotel.

The staff lacks professionalism in customer reception, consideration and polite gestures, etc. New generation, let's say Geek geek instead of taking customers into consideration.

Welcoming good bedding problem with mixer difficult to open

We arrived mid-afternoon & we’re greeted warmly & given all the information we could need. The room was small (it is central Paris!) but worked for us. Rather odd the fridge had been removed - it would have been useful to store milk for making tea & coffee.
Breakfast was good with really good baguettes & pastries. We were able to leave cases for a few hours after vacating our room on the last day which was helpful. I’d certainly return.

Room was good.
Breakfast was poor. High quality local ingredients would have been welcome. Reception was messy and the first thing you see on arrival.

The hotel was close to Villiers Metro, and a lovely area for drinks and dining without the crazy busyness of central Paris. Although it is down a long, semi dark road and so an alternate route was needed one evening.
We would recommened asking for a "quieter" room away from the stairs if possible. The walls are quite thin and the stairs are wooden!
Overall, very pleased.

The boy at night does not care about the customers, he was on the phone with his friends when we left and when we returned several hours later the same, not a problem in itself if he had the decency to interrupt himself to welcome the customers decently.. lack of manners. Big disappointment because of the poor sound insulation of the room doors: while everything else was satisfactory, cleanliness, courtesy tray, comfort of the bedding, facilities, careful decoration, good location in a quiet street... In short everything would be perfect if the doors were truly insulated, which would avoid being woken up each time another customer passes through the corridor...

Our stay went well. it is a shame that the breakfast at 14€ offers ordinary pastries, tasteless ham, few cheeses even though we are in France, little bacon, few scrambled eggs. The assortment is not renewed even early in the morning.

Easy access by metro, several lines are nearby. quiet and friendly neighborhood. Several restaurants and bistros nearby with a very good quality/price ratio.

Very nice little hotel with comfortable and nicely decorated room. Please note, no parking, no garage. Parking on public roads and ...... paying. The only downside is the shower or the top sprinkler was all covered in scale even though it is so easy to regularly give it a little tap to remove scale. I had to do it myself in order to restore the sprinkler's function.

The place is good and pleasant, but it has some better points: the homes are a little bit smaller and there's a lot of noise, the sabanas are covered in blood. Like points of view: the desayuno, the sauna and the belt with the metro.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are nicely decorated, and the location is quiet so we slept well. The staff are polite and helpful, you get a warm welcome on arrival. The only issue we had was breakfast, we arrived at 9.30am and there wasn't much left! However, reception sorted this out very quickly and returned from a local bakery with a top-up for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Quite small room and under a staircase which makes it a little noisy. For the rest, good bedding, coffee or tea available and a very decent breakfast.

The hotel is really very nice and the rooms are spacious enough. My only inconvenience, and you are not responsible for it, is that the first night I was bitten numerous times all over my body (I can't tell if it was a spider or a mosquito). It should also be ensured that for a double occupancy room there are two coffee capsules. But I find that the hotel offers all the necessary qualities.

This establishment has been my base for many years each time I come to Paris, I have always been very well received, the rooms are always so comfortable. I have often recommended it to my friends who have been very satisfied.

Hotel very well located in relation to various shops in the area. Easy access from Metro line 14 (Pont Cardinet) from Gare de Lyon and close to metro and bus stations. Very quiet street. Comfortable bedding. Well heated space. Sufficiently varied buffet breakfast. Although having a superior bedroom, the storage space is however insufficient for a long stay. Note that the bathroom linen (towels) was used and not of a welcoming whiteness: it would benefit from being replaced. Courteous and considerate welcome.

I haven't been here since 2019, I'm not disappointed, the hotel and the welcome are still very good.

You stay comfortably and without breaking the bank in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from the metro. In Paris, what more could you ask for?
