business trip for an evening stopover; I was very well received

Very decent overnight stay, quiet hotel, clean room, comfortable bedding and decent restaurant meal

I could not access the room because at the checkout of the site my room reserved with my children was not registered after 10 hours of driving if the manager of the hotel with his father had not offered me hospitality I would have stayed on the street. The stars are only for them otherwise I would have put zero everywhere. I recommend this family hotel only for them

Reservation made on July 28th via the Logis Hotels central office, for one night on August 8th. Before that, I had tried to contact the hotel directly: phone number disused, website inoperative. No other choice but to go through the central platform. When I arrived on August 8th at 8 p.m., I was told that no room had been assigned to me. After presenting my confirmation email, the hotelier acknowledged having received the reservation… but had not assigned a room. As a result, I was redirected to another hotel in the city center, in the middle of a village festival with loud music for a good part of the night. Unacceptable reservation management, non-existent communication, and a catastrophic customer experience. I seriously question the professionalism of the Logis Hotels network.

Fantastic value for money, this family-run hotel offers a great room with a luxurious bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking a lush, enclosed garden. Peace and quiet are guaranteed.

Friendliness and simplicity in the heart of a magnificent medieval village

Very warm welcome, parking 35m from the hotel. Spacious room, air conditioning, hair dryer. Excellent breakfast, extra fresh bread, top croissant, quality orange juice. Ask in advance about the restaurant's closing days, which are not specified on the website. Magnificent little medieval village, don't hesitate to take a walk there, a great discovery. Superb panorama of the Lot seen from the restaurant at the top of the village. Great experience

Room reserved in advance through Logis de France. The hotel staff calls me to confirm the reservation and when I come to check in, there are no more. It was given to someone else. No excuses, the person at reception tells you "deal with it, there are other hotels in the area". So at 7:45 p.m., you no longer have a hotel, no more evening meals, ...nice hotel Henry to leave you in the.... And no free hotel of course...

Very welcoming staff, it's a shame that the reservation made on your site was not transmitted to the owner of the hotel, in the end everything was back to normal

Hotel restaurant open at 3 p.m. and closed at 5 p.m. you have to call a "permanent" who arrives saying "but Friday evening it's closed". Very surprising because I was able to book on the site!!! Gloomy hotel, not friendly at all. No restaurant, no breakfast! Neither. Loud alarm at 10:37 a.m. because I hadn't paid for my room 🤔 -but that's how the site works- and I had to go down immediately to make the payment. At 11 a.m. I had to "leave the camp" Mr. had an appointment 😕 11:10 a.m. he knocked on the door with all his might and as soon as I opened the door he handed me the Bank Card terminal.😤 I put the Mr in his place my luggage is ready, I go downstairs and there Mr goes into a "spin" for a quarter of an hour, it's the Drama Queen of Puy l'évêque - who I thought was in a 4 🌟 (there's no danger) , that I made all my luggage complain / but I didn't ask for anything it was you who proposed to the taxi driver / yes because I feel sorry for women (well, let's go with the macho speech and patriarchal! < >) since that's how it is, I'm going to go get some reinforcement / and do what you have to do (and indeed the Mr. comes back with an acolyte more petrified than anything else). And so the tone only increased on both sides 🙀. I paid - something I never disputed - but which didn't seem at all obvious to him! He literally threw the credit card ticket in my face and he "ran off" immediately "with his sidekick under his arm" and jumped into his car. I remained silent all alone in this hotel lobby with my room key still in my pocket🙄🤬. I did the 17th and the gendarmerie ended up telling me that all this was not very serious, that there was nothing criminal so there was nothing to move about and that I just had to leave the key on the desk which I did and left, slamming the door behind me and with no one inside!👽
