Quiet hotel with very warm welcome.
Excellent welcome and very pleasant stay in this charming, human-sized hotel in a very good location. The owners take great care of their guests, the rooms are pretty, the bedding is very comfortable and the breakfast in the veranda in the morning is very nice. The parking in the hotel and the electric bike rental on site are also very practical. When we return to Mimizan, we know where to stay!

A discreet and quiet hotel because it's small. A family atmosphere, with a feeling of being at home. The bedding is very good, we slept well. The insulation isn't perfect but not terrible either. We could hear our neighbors snoring. The earplugs weren't too much. The breakfast is very good, with the option of being outside.
Disappointing, no intimidation in this room since the curtain of the entrance door does not completely cover the window and the shutter behind does not close, no fan, no mosquito net at least on one of the windows next to the bed to have fresh air at night without being bitten, extremely thin partitions which let in all the noise from a room on the side and the one behind with guests who thought they were alone, shouts, laughter, noises of furniture being moved, loud discussions until late at night. Mold in the bathroom. And all this for €455 for 3 nights. Never again.
We are truly sorry that your stay went so badly. It is a real shame that you waited until the end of your stay because you could have come to reception to share your complaints and we would have done our best to satisfy you, which is what I told you when you left. In addition, for this room, there is no opposite because the glass door and the terrace overlook the bamboo fence of the garden. Regarding the noise from your room, unfortunately it depends greatly on the attitude of certain guests. Finally, you told me that you had to arrive around 12 p.m., so we had done what was necessary to have your room ready and we waited for you for nothing because you arrived around 6:30 p.m.

Perhaps room 15, supposedly with a terrace, is the worst room in the hotel. The terrace overlooks the night entrance door (from 7 p.m.) on the ground floor, with a noisy VMC in the bathroom. Sleeping on the ground floor prevents you from sleeping with the window open. The reception is open 3 hours a day, which does not correspond to a hotel service in my experience. On the other hand, special mention should be made of the housekeeping, which is perfect.

Værelset var godt, men badeværelset var svært at manøvrere i medmindre man er meget slank når man skal forbi håndvasken for at komme til badet, da man havde bygget en væg mellem toilettet og håndvasken der efterlod et meget smalt stykke mellem mur og håndvask.

This hotel is well located with direct access to the bike path and quiet. Very nice room, very clean, consistent with the photo on the website. We enjoyed the breakfast, all the products are quality, the bread, the pastries, the cold meats, the cheese and for my part, especially the pancakes!!! The hosts are very welcoming and very good advice. Very good stay, we will come back, that's for sure!!!
A quiet weekend, welcoming but discreet hosts, the establishment is comfortable and clean, without fuss. For pedestrians and cyclists, everything is accessible within 15 minutes maximum: the city center, the beach, the current, the forest.

Super nette Gastgeber, tolles Baumhaus mit einem Komfort eines Hotelzimmers, kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden, für uns erfreulich. Die Rutsche für die Kinder vom Zimmer sowie das Frühstück mittels Seilzug ein Highlight. Das Baumhaus war sehr sauber und modern gestaltet. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Wichtig aber zu erwähnen, dass die Treppe ins Kinderzimmer sehr steil ist und wir wirklich erst ab ca. 4 Jahren empfehlen. An der Hauptstrasse gelegen und daher kann es etwas lärmig sein, war aber total unterschiedlich. WLAN vorhanden aber da im Nebenhaus nicht top, für uns aber total ausreichend.
