The hotel is very well located , the check-in process easy and the staff member that checked my wife and I in was extremely helpful and friendly.
On the minus side, the car park was very difficult to find.
A simpel hotel in the center of Thionville. Clean rooms, Ratchet good bed, nice people.
Value for money.
The hostess was incredibly welcoming, with helpful explanations and a smile. For our overnight stay, the restaurant is a five-minute walk away and it's fantastic. Breakfast was superb, and the gentleman was so kind as well.

The hotel is very well located in a quiet area, in a pleasant town perfect for strolling, with shops nearby and secure parking close by. The welcome was impeccable; all the staff were very friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. Our room was clean and a good size! It was very quiet; we didn't hear a thing during our stay. Breakfast was good, with the option of freshly squeezed orange juice—yum! 😀 The location on a pedestrian street and close to a parking lot is ideal. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Nett war, dass man den Kühlschrank des Hauses für seine eigenen Getränke nutzen konnte und dieses auch auf der Terrasse verzehren durfte.
Statt ganzes Frühstück konnte man auch gegen kleines Entgelt nur Kaffee oder Tee bekommen.
Très bon accueil mais rue bruyante. Impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, en tout cas pas le samedi soir. Même avec les fenêtres fermées, on entend les gens au mieux discuter, au pire crier dans la rue. Sinon, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable, la salle de bains aussi et le petit déjeuner copieux. Une jeune fille très aimable nous a accueillis et un monsieur très gentil également était à l’accueil au moment du départ.
After leaving England at 0500 we arrived at Hotel des Oliviers just before 2100 hours only to be told we did not have a booking. The fact that you sent an email asking how we enjoyed our stay on the day we should have left suggests there is something majorly wrong with your booking system. Apart from the stress of being turned away after 17 hours of travel and very late in the eveining, we were left seriously out of pocket in our attempts to find an alternative at very short notice. We also had to forgo an evening meal!
They created a parkingspace for our motorbikes!!!
One smal thing the litterbox in the bathroom wasn't empty..and the toiletroll was on backwards.

The bedspread was stained and the TV was very dark. All functions were blocked, making it impossible to adjust anything.
Nice room, the mattress seemed different from the one we had during our first stay, in fact it bounced when we turned over. A small suggestion is to install a socket above the table because if you want to work with a computer it is better that the battery is full. The seals around the bathtub need to be reviewed, which are very black in this room, number 18. That's why I rated the quality of the accommodation and the cleanliness as "good".
The welcome was perfect, and our request was listened to, and we were given free 24/7 parking a 5-minute walk away. The first small downside was the TV, which needed a little adjustment; the picture was very dark. The second downside was that the bathroom has a bathtub, and when you shower, it's slippery. In short, everything is perfect.

Simple and welcoming hotel with excellent value for money and a great breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable, so I was able to sleep peacefully. A booking problem caused by the software was promptly resolved. I would certainly recommend the hotel, although perhaps not in the summer, due to the lack of air conditioning, especially for the rooms overlooking the pedestrian street, which could be excessively hot and perhaps noisy.

Well-located hotel, warm and attentive welcome. We really enjoyed the breakfast atmosphere. Our only wish is (if work is planned) to replace the bathtubs with shower trays. But this in no way detracts from our very good rating, which we highly recommend.

A great hotel. Friendly service, and the bike storage is top-notch. The location is also great. Unfortunately, we only had one large and one small towel, and a few hairs in the bathroom. That was a shame, and the carpet didn't smell very nice.

We received a very warm welcome. The room was very clean and well located at the back of the building.
