The welcome was very pleasant. The half-board option was a very enjoyable experience given the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The large car park was a real plus, as was the hotel's location, close to many renowned and interesting sites to visit.

The hotel is very well-maintained and comfortable... although we were surprised by a 140cm bed for a couple; nowadays we're used to wider beds. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open, even though the website offers the option to book a table.
Despite being advertised as open, the restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening and the room was cold. The room heater/Aircon did not work.
The hotel is really well-placed for the various local chateaux. This was our third visit, having particularly enjoyed the restaurant in previous years, but this one was well below par. The room hadn't been adequately prepared: for instance no tissues, no capsules for the coffee machine, only two teabags, no milk. The restaurant was particularly disappointing: our aperitif drinks were forgotten, despite a reminder, and though we did eventually get them after a second reminder, our first courses had been sitting on our table for ages and then my main course was dry. In previous years, there had been evident care about the presentation of the food, but this was also lacking this time. As we'd complained about the restaurant, we didn't bother mentioning the room. La patronne did apologise for the restaurant problems, and later deducted the cost of those drinks from our bill, but it spoilt the visit for us.
I enjoyed my overnight stay. I will return for my next visits to Tours.

Unfortunately, I'm used to something completely different from hotels in the Logis association. Very impersonal and not the slightest bit attentive to the guests.
Havinfg stsyed several times previously, we were disappointed with the evening meal and in particular the wine 'pairings'. My wife and I chose very different menus but received the same wines for each course which was poor for the price being charged. Service was also quite slow at the start of the meal.
Very average meal for the sum of €35! Baby potatoes cooked for two days, tasteless dessert: defrosted? Breakfast for €13 consisting only of industrial products probably found at Lidl… In the room: inaudible sound from the television. Very mediocre stopover stay for €152. It hurts!!!

Easily accessible from the motorway
Excellent hotel restaurant, clean room with a large bed, well soundproofed given the distance between the hotel and the main road TOUR / CHINON, excellent bedding, very courteous and professional welcome, full breakfast with an excellent buffet. The restaurant is friendly with large bay windows, the menu is short but made with good products, the Touraine wine list is impressive. An excellent hotel restaurant to explore the region to visit the Loire châteaux. I will remember this address for a future stop in Touraine.
Bed problem in the twin room. The bed creaked: very unpleasant. Impossible to close the shutters in the room. The hotel environment is quite disappointing.
We paid for a better room than the last time we stayed and it was worth it.
We have stayed at this hotel previously and find it a comfortable stopover, with good food & nice rooms. This year, arriving during a heatwave, we were delighted with the air conditioning in the room! One slight issue is that the space around the toilet was very constrained (with the wall mounted paper dispenser) which was slightly difficult for us with some restricted mobility. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and will certainly use this hotel again if we are travelling to South West France.
Good value toe the month. Beds were alright. Not great, but they were alright. Bathroom had issues. Shower needs a serious re-caulking. The tiles in the shower had decent size gaps in many places. Water is getting back behind the time and is rotting out the wall. Overall it was clean. Just needs some maintenance done. AC was very cold. We were very happy to have that. Wifi never worked. Refrigerator didn't work.

Very pleasant hotel, well located outside Azay-le-Rideau with a large parking lot that is closed in the evening. Spacious, clean room, comfortable bedding. Very good restaurant at reasonable prices, open every evening.
Beautiful hotel, with spacious room, big screen TV and air conditioning. Really ridiculous to charge for Wi-Fi. Too bad the hotel is right next to the shopping area; Nice restaurant with an interesting menu. You absolutely have to learn how to prepare pike-perch fillet, it's not possible to have so many bones.
