Good for an overnight stop. A bit run down but clean and comfortable.

Disappointed with the restaurant menu selection - the hotel is clean and the staff very friendly but the overall feel is a bit dated.

The establishment is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom ceiling and joints are moldy, and the paint on the bedroom doors and walls is damaged. The decor is dreary.

Very disappointing hotel, the room we had needs a major renovation, peeling paint in the wardrobe, no decoration, sad and not very clean room. The bathroom is from another era, tiny, very narrow shower cubicle door, mold in the shower, traces of excrement on the wall facing the toilet. After discussion with the managers, a small gesture was made, breakfast offered. The photos of the rooms and the bathroom on Booking do not resemble in any way the room and the bathroom that we had! I do not recommend at all because I think the owners lack professionalism. The lack of staff is felt. only 3 people for a hotel of this size! The wooden garden furniture is so old and not maintained that it is dangerous to use it. Despite an arrival time in the indicated slot, we were not able to dine at the restaurant due to lack of space so first come, first served. In short, to be avoided!

Very warm welcome, very good meal. Decent bedding, nothing more. Clean sheets. That said, the hotel could really do with a renovation, and even without updating the decor or furniture, maintaining an impeccable state of cleanliness is essential, which is not always the case. Nothing prohibitive, but it tarnishes the overall service. We expect a little more from a Logis de France establishment.

When arriving the hotel operator didn't accept my redtrant reservation because she had accepted a group of about 16 persons and three other persons and me, being alone, which would be too much for her to serve. I had chosen this hotel because of its restaurant. Several km away from paray-le-monial it would have been quite uncomfortable to get out and find another restaurant. I had to struggle hard to get something to eat. It's an old-fashioned hotel. My room had very old and used furniture. Bed linen and cleanness were ok, but due to the noise I had a bed break-down several times. I paid 85 € without breakfadt which does not fit at all to a correct price performance ratio. This price only can be realized due to the high price level ar Paray-le-Monial.

l'accueil est formidable : simple et agréable. C'est un personnel de qualité et qui est prêt à donner des infos sur la région ou vous aider à trouver les bons plans ... ainsi grâce à eux j'ai laissé ma voiture dans la rue car on ne doit rien payer ... alors qu'au centre de Reims c'est bien plus cher ... et le centre ville n'est qu'à une 15 aine de minutes de l'hôtel ... et en marchant vous avez la délicieuse expérience de passer devant la Veuve Cliquot ou Mumm et autres grands noms du Champagne ... passer devant la splendide petite chapelle construite à l'initiative d'un peintre japonais qui en a réalisé à l'occasion de son baptême dans la cathédrale ND de Reims, toutes les fresques et les cartons des vitraux ...

les repas sur place sont de grande qualité pour les aliments ... pas de faux jus de fruits, c'est du pur jus !
On se sent en famille alors que les hoteliers n'ont pas eu facile les derniers temps. C'est une équipe fameuse avec des repas agréables, un petit déjeuner parfait, varié dans sa composition avec les boissons froides et chaudes qu'on désire et même des oeufs si vous le souhaitez ...
Je n'attends qu'une chose de pouvoir retourner à Reims et y loger .... :-)

Our apartments are all very satisfying in this area of Hautefond, Hôtel Delfotel complete with our children's rooms. The room at 15 is suitable for a night. Pas de possibilite de déposer une valise. The surface is effectively unusable. See photos! Nous avons réclamé the matin and the personne á l'accueil nous a dit "mon mari est dans le platre". Vu l'état de la fameuse planche ce n'est pas new. Well located and very practical. And with a swimming pool

Very warm welcome - good value for money - reasonable price for dinner and good varied breakfast - good for a stopover. On the other hand I found my room and the bathroom very dark (grey or khaki walls not great) I I saw on the hotel website that there were brighter rooms, I will ask for them next time.

Very nice home. Pleasant and available staff. I found the room poorly arranged, narrow corridor, opening the door, you have to enter the bathroom to carry the luggage. The room is a bit dated, but that's the only complaint. The bedding is new and comfortable, the room is very clean and the bathroom practical. The setting is magnificent, very well maintained with a swimming pool. The welcome is very cordial, the breakfast plentiful and varied. I highly recommend this hotel, I will happily return, thank you again for your welcome.

Lovely staff, food and a pool. Great to be able to park the bike so close.

We were traveling by bike again and were very glad that an accommodation for storing these was available. Room was somewhat difficultly accessible, because of its shape. Room was rather noisy

Very outdated and expensive for the quality of service

Were disappointed to be told that the restaurant was full and we would need to go into town to eat. This is the first time in all our times staying at Logis Hotels (probably 3-4 times per year over the past 15 years) that we couldn't eat at hotel due to not having booked a table. We weren't made aware that we should reserve a table when we booked the room.
