Disappointing restaurant, average room, but warm welcome
Nice hotel, nice staff
The proximity of the City is very appreciable
Minimalist room equipment, no courtesy tray, double non-blackout curtains letting in the lighting from the front of the hotel; Courteous and attentive welcome from the receptionist. The hotel service provided is not worth more than the promotional price we received and certainly not the nominal price of the room.
Really well located for visiting Carcassonne. Excellent welcome. Room not very large but comfortable. Well protected parking.
Ventilation in the room was very poor making it smell unclean even though it looked very clean.
Wifi did not work during are while stay.

We had a very good stay in this hotel ideally located a few steps from the city of Carcassonne. The welcome was perfect, by friendly, attentive staff with good advice. The room and its bathroom were very practical even if a few small touch-ups of paint would be welcome to perfect a tasteful decoration with vitamin colors! Upon our arrival, the swimming pool, small but very pleasant, was very appreciated after the road and its traffic jams. The parking is convenient and its access is easy even with a large car. If necessary, we will return to this hotel without hesitation.

Well situated for visit to Carcassonne
Very nice welcome and location
A relaxing and comfortable place, located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Carcassonne. You can do everything on foot from the hotel, including going to the city center. So put down your bags, leave your car in the hotel parking lot and set off for a carefree visit to Carcassonne.
It wouldn't be bad to clean the room a little more thoroughly, it's obvious that it's only done superficially and in a hurry.
We loved your hotel and the staff were very pleasant and efficient. Particularly liked that we could have some soup at lunch time in our room and it was extremely tasty.

Its proximity to the city of Carcassonne is its main asset. The room is relatively cramped but we slept well. The pool area is nice and allows you to relax at the end of the afternoon! However, we arrived early in the morning, the receptionist told us that the room would only be ready at 3 p.m. and when we returned we had to wait until 3:30 p.m.

I was apparently upgraded at this hotel even though I hadn't requested it. Upon arrival, there was a problem with my room door not closing. The internal phone to call reception was out of order. The central heating was blasting, impossible to bear… The evening meal was a bit of a tourist trap; I was sent to the partner restaurant deep inside the citadel, but it was CLOSED. Despite my calls, they couldn't send me anywhere else! So I had to grab a quick bite at the hotel… This is far from a 4-star experience.
