Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff!
I had room 10. The bathroom seems a bit outdated and the shower tray doesn't look clean, especially the way it's attached to the walls.

Noisy hotel, disappointing bedding
We took the half-board option. Very good value for money. Our dinner was very good. On the other hand, the room is simple, but the bathroom is not up to standard! Very small, no area to put our toiletries. The toilet is on one side with our knees "under" the sink. Too bad, we still had a good time.
Een week verbleven en 1x als overnachtingshotel. Na de 1e overnachting en ik een week nadien terug zou komen, heb ik pas na 3x voor elkaar gekregen dat ik een kamer aan de voorkant kreeg. 1x geweigerd, want hotel zat vol, 2x door engels sprekende receptioniste door wat te switchen gelukt, maar de 3x toen ik voor de week aan kwam, zou het weer niet kunnen. Standaardkamer nr.9 (zijstraat) en nr 5 (voor) zijn klein, zeer gehorig, slecht bed, hoorde een keer zelfs het snurken ernaast. Als buren in de douche gaan, hoor je dat in de waterleidingen in je kamer en ook de fohn bij de buren.
Eten is te zwaar en doordat er maar 1 persoon goed engels spreekt, was dat ook een probleem bij het bestellen. Ontbijt is sober, maar verse en goede producten, die goed bijgevuld werden. Ook heel jammer dat je op warme dagen om 16:00 uur niet eens ijs kan bestellen. Hotel ligt aan een drukke levendige straat, maar dat was gezellig. Ik werd door personeel regelmatig begroet, maar voelde wel een afstand. De engels- en een frans sprekend meisje (hardwerkend) hebben mij vriendelijk en servicegericht goed geholpen bij vertrek. Helaas voelde ik me over het algemeen niet gezien of gehoord.

Very good stay at the hotel, the welcome is perfect, very pleasant, we had a very good dinner with dishes that are different from the everyday. Just a small downside, no access to the parking, I think it is necessary to mention it on the website.

I usually stay at this hotel when I'm traveling in this area. I like the quality of the food, the welcome and the location. Areas for improvement: in the bathroom: put a ladder towel rack instead of a free-standing one under the toilet paper dispenser: not practical at all! And put a shower shelf for our own products. The environment is a little noisy due to the parquet flooring in the hallway and rooms as well as the key locks.

Very good value for money
The hotel is recommended in its category: Very good bed, neat room and super friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was super fresh and more than enough. We stayed half board and always had a very nice meal, just great! 1 downside: because the restaurant was fully booked for a party we had to eat in a side room where it was unfortunately quite cold.

A hotel in the hyper center ideally located in the Normandy countryside. Despite its location in the center, the environment is very calm. A magnificent dining room is available for those who wish to dine.
If I have to go to Aulnay sur Odon again, I will return to this hotel without hesitation, but this time I will think about the boules caisses because it is the only negative point, poorly insulated room. In terms of catering it is great and the staff is pleasant.

Perfect place to break your journey or stay for a while to explore the incredible local Military history and beautiful Normandy countryside.
I cannot fault this hotel. My room was basic but clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a safe and dry place for my bike. I ate in the restaurant and the food was exceptional and well priced. The Normandy tart was by far the best I have ever tasted. The breakfast buffet was very good value for money and very varied. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return.

A perfect hotel to use as a base for exploring Normandy if you are after a quiet small town location that is close to many of the key sites. Very good value stay with an excellent restaurant. Hotel staff were great. Off road parking useful.
A crazy culinary journey, too bad it doesn't follow room level. Let me explain: - poorly insulated, you really hear everything - the cleanliness of the bathroom average (outside the sink with toothpaste) - no air conditioning. - the bedding not to my taste, a firm mattress would have done the trick. But my god, I had a great time at the restaurant, fresh, well-made products, a real treat!!!!!! And congratulations to the whole team for their sympathy and kindness!!!
Staff went their extra mile to help us and they have a very helpful lady who speaks fluent English and the others were supporting with a big smile.

Good location. Parking outside - imagine that can get busy. Was initially put off on arrival as group of people smoking outside right by the door but once inside it was ok. The rooms were basic but clean. Our bathroom was in need of renovation - no shower just a bath with shower attachment. What really made stay worthwhile was the restaurant - excellent. Staff were lovely throughout the hotel and were very helpful.
Sorry to be unhappy with the quality of service in our room number 1. Indeed, as soon as we arrived at the establishment around 5:00 p.m., we reported to the hotel reception the presence in our room of around ten mosquitoes and numerous flies. The receptionist told us that he did not have any insecticide at his disposal. On the other hand, no one came to verify our claim. Therefore, we bought a spray of insecticide to solve the problem and get a good night's sleep. In the early morning, I collected around fifteen flies in a cup which I returned to reception. No commercial gesture was offered to me for these nuisances when paying for our room. As a result, I unfortunately cannot have a positive opinion on this hotel.
Beautiful presentation of well-cooked dishes
Lovely welcome & goodbye from the English girl at reception. Restaurant food was fantastic, I highly recommend it. Room needs a bit of a upgrade especially the shower area (Mucky shower tray/base, silicone has gone black. The shower head is extremely violent and it went everywhere) There was a kettle for coffee but no milk & that area was a bit dirty. Regarding breakfast we arrived at 9am, Breakfast room very hot and lots of fly's one of which was in the ham container. All the food had gone when we got there, they knew we were having breakfast. young lady had to go to a boulangerie to buy croissant for us

Very good overall, great restaurant with beautiful plates of quality food. Small point to see however concerning the bathroom, bathtub and not shower it is not a Problem but absence of curtain or walls for splashing water on the floor. The shower hose is short, I'm a good meter and eighty, I had to bend down to reach my head.

I was disappointed by the service at the restaurant, false information on the accompaniment and lack of organization. The room is very good, but no heating in the bathroom, when it snows, it's more difficult.
