Well, rooms a bit rustic!!!
Everything in the rooms was „destroyed“ and out of function
I came for an event in Hyères, I already had trouble finding the hotel as I wasn't from here. I found the welcome friendly but at the slightest information they didn't help me. I was accompanied by a friend with serious health problems when I asked for something it was refused, apart from telling me to download an application, the condition of the room wasn't great, many things were faulty, I took photos, without forgetting the recurring noise of the toilet flushing at night... not enough sockets for phones, 3 sockets for 3 people is still short, I make a point of honor on the person in charge of catering and the person cleaning the place who was very professional and great with us! Beach access was easy for us. Today all hotels have card access, there was a simple key, with the lock that was blocked, a blade of the window was unstuck, cotton buds were left on the window, a small TV, no shower curtain, in the bathtub it slipped, no blind to close the window, I find that the price was not up to the place very excessive although the beach was 2 steps away. I am super disappointed I will not come back. unfortunately.
Super warm and friendly welcome, shame the bathroom is small
Completely dilapidated room, not at all in keeping with the spirit of the place, and for a night at €230 it's unacceptable. Blocked toilet, mold in the shower. Wallpaper and carpet peeling off.
Very well located hotel overlooking the sea, comfortable rooms and some with terrace overlooking the sea. Very good food, special mention to the octopus and mussel salad 😃 Original dishes and very good quality. In addition
On the positive side: well located, very friendly and helpfull staff, private parking. Nice terrasse overlooking the bay if you select the superior room. On the other hand: accomodation is very basic with cheap furniture some being broken, no chair in the room, cheap bathroom with full plastic sink and tub, lack of watter pressure for the shower and broken haidryer. Breadkfast choice is very limited. Overall quite expensive for the value proposed.
Changed rooms twice because of ants in the bed and unpleasant smell. So the room upstairs was not great, the bed sheets were on the mattress, same for the pillows. Reputed to be too noisy despite their window and noise-reducing shutters, we expected everything...no heating in the bathroom, but the restaurant was great
