Passing through Douarnenez and chosen somewhat at random, a very pleasant surprise, a very high-quality overnight stay. The overnight stay was remarkable value for money. A very special mention goes to the very high-quality dinner.

Perfect except the bedroom door which didn't close properly and let the light in.
The only problem is vehicle parking, there is no parking at the hotel; the hotel is located in a "blue zone", you must already have a disc in your vehicle, and the maximum duration is 1h30, including Sundays.

Very well located hotel. Professional and pleasant staff (restaurant and hotel). Lack of hair dryer and conditioner (bathroom). In the restaurant, the lighting is too cold due to the white light. Warmer lighting and some indirect sources would bring more intimacy and a cozier atmosphere to this beautiful restaurant and its large, friendly round tables.
Overall very good, even if for the price of a prestige room you expect to have a shower a little more luxurious than a shower tray and curtain. The soundproofing (and probably thermal) of the openings would need to be reviewed because it is impossible to properly seal the doors and seals.

This hotel is ideally located for a tourist stay in Douarnenez. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is excellent! Please note: there is no elevator. The staff will take your suitcase up to your arrival.

A very pleasant stage
Disastrous for the price of the room: 125 EUR/night. We had booked two nights and left after the first. I don't understand how this hotel can have 3 stars on booking.com: it's false advertising. The woman at the reception told me that she would check with Booking.com if it was possible to get a refund for the second night: obviously no news from either the hotel or Booking.com. I didn't expect anything but a goodwill gesture would have been appreciated.
