Very friendly owner and staff; The only downside is the lack of air-conditioned rooms.

We provide fans at a rate of 1 per person, air conditioning in the corridors and ventilation every night to bring in freshness to guarantee your comfort.

A quiet stopover in a region that I know little about. My choice fell on this hotel after eliminating my initial choice (the AUBRAC host accommodation in Laguiole - full hotel - and the hotel accommodation in Laissac - on Saturday evening no physical reception or catering). Ultimately, the choice turns out to be a wise one with good value for money. Honorable catering (for an aperitif, I recommend the rosé "grate-cul"), a simple but comfortable room and an almost "sumptuary" breakfast with a wide range of foodstuffs (a small downside: hard and inedible croissants, but perhaps related to reheating the initially frozen product, even if it is homemade). In conclusion, hotel to recommend during a stopover.
There are 2 big problems with them: the 1st is deceiving customers about a room with a double bed, in reality it was simply 2 beds pushed together, it's really not serious and it's simply dishonest ! The 2nd PB an expensive breakfast by providing absolutely inedible croissants, they are hard and without any taste, it's a real shame, 3 stars, look for the mistake. Otherwise the staff is very correct.
Too cheap, lack of furniture in the room, bed of 140cm large too small, old style.
Well renovated hotel and very well located. Numerous parking lots nearby. The room is not big but the closet is large. The bathroom, also small, has a storage unit under the sink. The soundproofing is very good. The welcome was excellent. The only downside concerns the dinner service. We need to improve the training of servers so that they can better answer customers' questions.

Small but comfortable room with queen size bed. One suggestion: three menus is perhaps a lot, and too many à la carte dishes. The customer and the kitchen staff would be satisfied with less. This is the second weekend that we have spent. A week ago it was perfect, this week much less: very small bedroom and bathroom with a lot of noise until 3am from an apartment adjoining the bedroom. Arrival at breakfast at 9:40, no more fresh croissants as we had booked breakfast the day before. In view of the price (€12.50) I do not find this correct. We were entitled, after having claimed, to very small frozen and overcooked croissants and no commercial gesture.

Initially was planned, thanks to a box wonderbox, a stay for two people with two nights, two breakfasts and two dinners. It was indicated to us that we should pay the dinners of the second evening, or to go to see elsewhere if the manager of the hotel respected the conditions of the gift box. We find this way of doing things a bit cavalier!!

My wife and I are completely satisfied with our stay at this establishment. The management and staff (very professional) take great care of their customers and respond to all requests. The food is plentiful and excellent. The variety of dishes is very significant. I wish many establishments like this, there is really nothing to say. A small special suggestion, a handle in the shower would be appreciated by people with motor difficulties.
after a reservation by telephone, we were informed on our arrival at the room was not equipped with air conditioning but with 4 fans. if I had had this information before, I would not have booked this room in view of the high heat of this summer. the mattress must be changed because it is very dug by time

Perfect welcome as well as breakfast. The absence of air conditioning cannot be compensated by low performance fans. We had to open the windows with the noise from the road. The windows fold down in the bed or in front of the TV whose donation is capped at 40 cad inaudible.

it was very hot in the room then the road a little noisy at night ... Otherwise superb spacious room very comfortable and satisfied with the good breakfast with a lot of choice.
Do not sleep in the bedrooms, 35 degrees! On the other hand, you can sleep in the corridors which are air-conditioned. Reception "air-conditioned" also.
Welcome on arrival very cold, we are criticized for having gone through booking rather than having called the hotel and thus paid more. No air conditioning, very hot night so impossible to close your eyes. In one of the bedrooms, two single beds joined together to make a double bed, very uncomfortable. We dropped in on the evening of the village fete itself not the fault of the hotel but loud music and shouting all night long but also no parking space nearby.
I am very satisfied with my stay at your hotel and I intend to return soon thank you again.
