A very warm welcome (around 9 p.m.), and easy access to the parking lot. We felt expected. Hotel in an old building, full of charm, in the historic center of Loches. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again.

Friendly and pleasant staff, that's a fact. The parking in the hotel is a plus, the breakfast is quite correct and the bedding is good and clean BUT the dilapidation of the room and the hotel in general is obvious: outdated carpet, torn wallpaper, blistered wall in the shower and finally the drain pipe of the toilet above in the room: you can follow live what is happening there .... Too bad because the hotel has great potential as well as the staff.
The room was a bit old. The welcome was excellent, and the owners were quick to get up much earlier to serve me breakfast on Sunday morning. The restaurant was very fine and excellent.
We have service worthy of a grand hotel in a setting "in its original state." Special mention goes to the meal, to be booked without hesitation. It's excellent. A hotel, a meal and service that we remember.

Very beautiful building that needs to be restored and modernized. This establishment is in a great location, located at the gates of the royal city in the historic district. The managers are very welcoming, but have inherited a complicated situation with the owners, which is blocking improvement and modernization work, apparently... let's hope for them and for us that things quickly move in the right direction!

The hotel is very "old-fashioned".
We have stayed here many times over the last 15 years and have usually found it a good place to stop overnight. It done seem rather dated now and in need of work on decor etc. Very friendly people who we have got to know a bit over the years.
We stayed one night in this hotel, which is very well located in the city center. Everything there is to see in Loches is close to the hotel and within walking distance. The rooms could do with a good refresh, but everything you need is there. We forget this small disappointment thanks to a very pleasant welcome, impeccable service, and the professionalism of the staff, who take great care of their customers (it still exists and is very pleasant). We also recommend the restaurant, which is very good quality.
Very well-located hotel in the very center of Loches. Building with lots of charm. Hotel "in its original state." You either like it or you don't. We rather liked it. A warm welcome. Special mention for the breakfast, served at the table and very generous. The only downside: we hadn't realized that we had to specifically reserve dinner. So we weren't able to dine at the hotel.
Old hotel that needs to be refreshed.
We love this hotel, staying there often through the years. We always feel very welcomed, food is excellent and the location perfect. This is a charming remembrance of what provincial French hotels used to be and still should be.
One night stopover, perfect welcome, the managers are very attentive and attentive, the meal was exquisite, the breakfast plentiful. High quality service. I recommend.
