For €19, the breakfast was nothing special. There wasn't even any fresh fruit! No parking at the hotel, disappointing for a 4-star establishment. Having stayed at Logis hotels before, I would rate this one more as a 3-star.
Great location with comfortable and well appointed rooms. Large shower which would be better if it had a monsoon shower head. Quiet in spite of being very central.
Nickel
A very nice hotel and a spacious room (deluxe family room). A major drawback was the lack of complimentary bottled water (we didn't see any glasses available either), so we had to buy some. There was also no minibar. I travel often, and I'm surprised; this is the first time I've encountered a situation without water. There was no local welcome tray either, unlike some other hotels which offer bottled water. The bathroom was very spacious but not very functional. The bathrobe hooks are placed directly in front of the shower door, making it extremely difficult to open. There were no additional hooks for towels or hand towels. Otherwise, the hotel's location is ideal.

Comfortable and very friendly in a very convenient location. If you're a light sleeper perhaps try somewhere else as it's very close to a busy pedestrian street but you could see that as one of its main strengths too.
Very professional
A very good starting point to explore Dijon. friendly staff, real nice rooms, spotlessly clean. We would return here any time when we are visiting Dijon. You can park your car easily and safely in the underground parking (the exit Rue dr Maret is almost opposite the entrance of the hotel).

The hotel is quite decent, but several amenities didn't work, including the air conditioning, the TV remote control, and the hairdryer... that's a lot... hence my fairly average rating.

No air conditioning and warned the day before my arrival; this was already the case, 1 year ago with the reason: work in progress. Apart from the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, there are no other mirrors, some of the staff do not say hello, or even goodbye. I had asked for a quiet room: I got the one near the elevator & the stairs and facing the main street
no air conditioning despite the heatwave, a very noisy fan was provided, therefore unusable.

The only negative point was the air conditioning failure that day when the temperatures were quite high. A member of staff suggested a third-party solution to overcome the summer heat in the room. Responsiveness, exceptional service.
Room with broken air conditioning, it was 29 degrees. A fan was installed. No bottled water in the rooms. Strong sewage odors in the bathroom (shower) which comes directly into the room. Roller shutter that does not close completely: always a brightness of the city lights. If you open the windows to look for freshness, you find yourself on a pedestrian street very busy at night: a lot of noise until late at night. And at 5:30 a.m. the sweeper arrives under your windows to clean the street. Very bad experience and no goodwill gesture (for a room at 145 euros)

Very well-located and newly renovated hotel. Small room but very pretty and practical. I would add a light facing the bathroom window to better see yourself when applying makeup, for example.
The hotel was very good, clean and welcoming. The room was a little small and cramped which is why we didn’t score it very good. The shower room was excellent as was the reception etc.

I chose this hotel because I have had very good experiences with Logis de France hotels so far. This was also confirmed here.
Room renovated, large very comfortable bed. Even if the window overlooks a busy street, very good soundproofing. Attentive, pleasant, smiling staff. The hotel is very well located, close to the pedestrian city center of Dijon. (small downside, no parking specific to the hotel. We found a space on the street, Sunday being free). The dinner was excellent. There is a cinema 2 steps away, very convenient. We recommend.
So seriously the price of breakfast is exorbitant for the little "buffet" in France baguette and disgusting pre-cooked croissant... no scrambled eggs or bacon... supermarket ham! At 15 euros... The tiny luxury room. The bathroom door is rubbish... the room was not even heated when we arrived, the partition was so thick that you could hear everything, even the water drains from the other rooms...

right in the center of Dijon, easily accessible by tram and parking nearby, the welcome is friendly. The hotel is under construction but the calm is present in our room which benefits from very efficient double glazing. bathroom a little small but the shower is large. Toilet in the bathroom unfortunately. restaurant in the hotel that we did not test but pleasant room where breakfast is also taken. Very good bread and croissants pastries and cheeses and a little cold meats. No hot dishes that morning. a good central address to review at the end of the work.

We had a fabulous stay. It was up to the high quality Logis standard. The meal in the restaurant and breakfast were both superb.
Hotel under renovation

The pictures on the website are renders of what it should become after the ongoing renovations. Only the location of the place is true and wonderfull. We first arrived to find a closed door and empty desk so we couldn't check in or get in at all. After we called we got in and were helped by a very friendly lady. We already received an email to say that we can not cancel the booking any more and in the same message that there is no air conditioning due to the renovation. As compensation for that they didn't adapt the price but offer you lemonwater upon entrance. They are working on the lower floors so we were put under the roof on the 4th floor (5th for american counting). They let us know the elevator was out of order. So in short, during 35 degrees we had to do 4 sets of stairs up and down. The room was very hot (a fan is not a solution!), too hot to sleep actually. Opening the window was no solution because there are no curtains, only blinds inside the glass. So when you open the window, the hole room is lit. Also there is very much noise on the square in front. Seeing that this is far from the cheapest hotel in that area but definitely the worst, I can only advice to go anywhere but here, honestly I would have slept better under a bridge than there.
A little complicated to get to the hotel, given the work in progress and the many prohibited directions. But, it is ideally placed for a walking tour of the beautiful city. Charming and very professional welcome.

The staff have done their best to minimize the lack of air conditioning due to renovations but this still reduces the value for money. In addition, we stayed in Logis largely for the quality of the food and without air conditioning even though it was very hot…

The hotel is located in front of the traffic-calmed shopping street; there is a public underground car park in the immediate vicinity. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but perfectly adequate for one night. The breakfast buffet offered a very good selection by French standards. I can highly recommend the restaurant. We would be happy to come back

Excellent stay in this warm hotel with a great location and top staff. Magnificent view from the room, impeccable cleanliness, no inconvenience despite the current work. Excellent breakfast, very good value for money, room upgrade. Very happy with my stay, we will come back without hesitation.
No offer of gluten-free bread because the delivery man would not have delivered. This request linked to celiac disease was however made 15 days before my arrival and the restaurateur told me ok by return email. I was still billed for a 15 euro breakfast without offering an egg-type alternative or else empathy linked to an unchosen illness is expensive. Bed fleas which required treatment when I returned home 48 hours after this trip.
Although under construction, the welcome and the service at the top, an ideal location for tourists like us, a loved Dijon experience and as promised, to be done again in 2025!!

It's a shame that unfortunately the facade was covered by scaffolding which even partially blocked the view from the windows. Access to the hotel would have been much simpler by publishing the complete street address on the site and not just a generic "Place Darcy" which is a pedestrian area
