Very good hotel and restaurant, easily accessible, not far from the motorway and hospitals, pleasant staff.
Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Welcoming staff, comfortable bedding.
The overall environment was pleasant, but the room was dated. The ventilation system kicked in regularly to maintain a comfortable temperature, but it was noisy. Soundproofing from the hallway wasn't very good, and the door lock didn't inspire confidence.

Hello, this is our third stay at this establishment. This time, we have a ground-floor room, and... what a disappointment! There's a tiny TV for watching France vs. Scotland! And also, how are we supposed to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor? Apart from that, everything is fine.
This hotel ist a good option for a break our Journey. The room was clean and fresh and it took all we need. The diner in the restaurant was great. We'll come Back
We stayed for three days. The staff were welcoming, smiling, and very kind. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the food was excellent. Kudos to the chef and thank you to the entire restaurant team! Everything was perfect; the only thing that needs fixing is the air conditioning in the room.

Located next to tram line T1, quiet and clean. Perfect for going to the university nearby (ENSAIA) and convenient for getting to Nancy city centre.
This is our second stay at this hotel, and as before, the offer met our expectations.
The hotel is fine but what makes the stay awesome is the restaurant. The hotel, I arrived after their vacation so in january the room was freezing cold. After 2 days it was fine and I was offered a portable heater to better the situation. The room could benefit from a USB C plug somewhere, it would be a nice upgrade. The breakfast is the best ever, the restaurant won a price for it. You will never find more choice in terms of food to eat in the morning, from fresh fruits, fresh juices, eggs, meat, cheeses, cornflakes, oatmeal, hot drinks, cold drinks, champagne (yes).....you name it.
I arrived in a ground-floor room where the temperature was no more than 15°C, and the access corridor was also very cold. I went to reception several times, where they explained that a heating engineer was working, but that it would take time to heat the building after a period of inactivity during the holiday season. The problem was therefore known; this temperature level could have triggered an alert, or even prompted action without me having to complain. Anyone could see how unacceptable the temperature was. The floor was frozen, indicating a very poorly insulated building (the outside temperature was -6°C). I was offered an electric space heater, which ran all night, but it didn't significantly change the overall temperature. Reception charged me as if the situation were normal, without a word of apology. Last November, a colleague had a similar experience, but it was much less cold outside. I had visited the establishment myself in the summer, and the experience was perfectly acceptable, hence my second reservation. But I won't be going back.

It's a shame that we were informed 2 days before our arrival that the restaurant was closed on weekends, having made our reservation. This is not indicated on the hotel's page, otherwise we would have chosen another location.

This establishment does not correspond at all to the image of LOGIS HOTEL. It is light years away from what I expected. I have already stayed at a number of establishments of the brand. Here, I found myself in an old low-end establishment, refurbished. But as usual, we find the great classics: nauseating smell upon arrival at the hotel, smell of cigarettes in the room (you don't mask the cigarette with a lick of paint, never), toilet/bathroom door that does not close, toilet seat not fixed properly, no place to put my toiletry bag in the bathroom, bread room as big as a handkerchief, ditto for the room, a sort of screen to "close" the shower and which obviously does not work since it is much too short (flooded bathroom), no place to really put my PC and work. I still have some, should I put it with you or is that enough for you? Only the staff are doing what they can to save the whole place. I thank the staff. The hotel's management needs to be reviewed. One of two things: either the management has never been to the hotel, or they have never visited their own hotel. There's work to be done. I don't understand why the Logis Hôtel brand would sabotage itself with establishments like this. To this day, I've always gone to Logis Hôtel with my eyes closed. This won't happen again.

Excellent welcome and very good service throughout the stay. Clean, the room is quite spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, with a nice work area. The bed, a good size, is very comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, but no problem for a single person. Good speed Wi-Fi, which makes it easy to work. Good quality food at the restaurant, for dinner (during an evening stopover) as well as for breakfast.
Very easy access on the holiday route; secure parking; Very welcoming and caring staff as I was traveling with my elderly mother and the hotel does not have an elevator; Small but very clean room and nothing was missing, not even the bottle of Evian water. Excellent breakfast including a glass of Champagne! And the discovery package is excellent value for money.

Good value for money, a few small details that could be improved: a pleasant, large room but with a TV that was too small, the stopover menu a little simple for my taste, the air conditioning set too high in the dining room. It lacks a bit of decor to "pimp" the setting. Overall, a satisfactory experience and I would gladly return on a future business trip.

Everything was as described, immaculate. The hotel is easily accessible by car, a short drive from Nancy. We didn't try breakfast or the restaurant. We would definitely go back.

Simple hotel. The standard rooms are very small, as is the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Good restaurant with French dishes. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of bread, toppings, yoghurt, bacon & eggs, etc.

What a pleasure, at breakfast, not to have a television broadcasting teleshopping, stupid games, sounds that are musical in name only, and biased propaganda news. Instead, soft, subdued music, in keeping with the necessary serenity for the meal.

Very clean room, very welcoming and friendly staff. No noise at night. Good quality bedding. Everything is refilled without having to ask (soap, toilet paper, etc.). We are delighted and will return during a future stay in Nancy. The only small problem is the slightly noisy air conditioning. A little extra: small (discreet) trash cans for sorting waste on each floor.
