Surprised to have been charged €104 when the room was listed at €80. After asking for an explanation at the start, I was told that it was because I booked through booking.com and that there was a commission!!! I asked if it was the customer who had to pay the intermediary commission and I was told yes!!!!! Surprising, this is the first time this has happened to me.
Great hotel, exceptional staff. Needs improvement: wifi and TV reception, both are not working properly.

lovely hotel. staff were great and the bar was lovely - the only facility i used as I was out from dawn to dusk most days....
Just that you charged me the lake view rate when I had to lean out of the window to see it. Yet, I asked you, if there was no lake view, charge me the lower rate. Not very nice!!!!
The reception is very simple, the room too, be careful, no air conditioning. The meals are good even if limited in quantity. On the other hand, very disappointing because having reserved a room at 120.00€ for a stopover, I was given a standard room at 99.00€ for an evening stopover. The receptionist explained to me that I should have booked by phone and not via the website! Hence the disappointment: I thought I would find a nice little hotel but in the end it was disappointing. The franchises are more anonymous but offer a more secure standard!

Warm welcome .fantastic area for dog walking, i wish we could have stayed longer ,hopefully we'll return .breakfast was ok but the evening meal was exceptional.
- From the entrance hall to the corridors leading to the rooms, there is a strong smell of cooking (fish). The carpet on the floors certainly accentuates the phenomenon. This smell is permanent and very unpleasant. - Very small bathroom, impossible to turn around without hitting either the wall or the shower stall. - No coat hook in the bathroom - Only one toothbrush holder for 2 people, and not even protected from dust by plastic or any other means. - Only one small shelf in the room used to put a blanket and a cushion: where to put our things? Very unpleasant experience even though we were looking forward to staying in this hotel. I didn't see anywhere on the website the fact that breakfast was not provided on Mondays, and I wasn't warned when booking; a surprise when I arrived at the hotel. We will not return to this hotel whose rating is completely overrated.
Very attentive team
We don't rent rooms without mentioning that there's no heating. The VMC in the toilets never turns off, causing hearing problems. The room equipment is aging and/or broken, and needs to be replaced. There's a clear lack of maintenance. Otherwise, reception is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is decent.
I've been hosting parties for about twenty years, stopping off in the Logis de France network and elsewhere. And I find that this establishment is expensive for the expected service. I have nothing to say about the location of the hotel, its surroundings and the room itself, although the bathroom was really small. I would say, however, that the quality of the service offered is not in line with having the Maitre Restaurateur brand, I can really regularly compare this status with other restaurants in the network, and it's not the same thing. I had a starter that was just okay, but very simple, namely lamb's lettuce from Nantes, just seasoned with two slices of savory cake on top, really very thin. Nothing special in this starter, see quantity, just sufficient. Regarding the main course, it was a bourguignon and its coral lentils, the dish was okay, the plate was piping hot, but the food inside was barely warm. I didn't make any comments, didn't want to get into a fight after a long, tiring day. I didn't have dessert and I can't say anything. The waitress kindly offered me a free glass of red wine since I hadn't had dessert. That's pretty commercial. I don't appreciate being asked to pay in the evening when I didn't spend the night, it always bothers me, unless I'm in a hurry to leave the next morning. I can ask her. In this case, for technical reasons, I was strongly asked to pay that same evening. No hot water in the evening. No hot water either the next morning due to a technical problem on their part. No particular excuse about this when I left the hotel in the morning. For a stopover at €122, between a slightly disappointing meal and the fact of not having hot water. I find that a little weak. I will not return to this establishment.

Excellent welcome by a team of efficient and professional young women. The dinner was very qualitative, we enjoyed ourselves, as was the breakfast presented in the form of a buffet where nothing is missing.
