Great establishment where everything is beautiful and good

Château in parfaites d'accueil conditions, autant en hiver qu'en été. Magnificent experience

Perfect, beautifully renovated castle, peaceful, perfect dinner, good food, smiling staff, very attentive.

Dinner was excellent, cleanliness and functionality of the bathroom were passable, I was unable to have breakfast as it was only served from 7:30 am.

Upon arrival and requesting a room for a disabled person, they had prepared a room for us in an annex building. Upon entering, it was extremely damp and dusty. The carpet was covered in dust, making it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the bathroom didn't have a grab bar over the toilet so the disabled person could sit unassisted. After speaking with the hotel staff, they moved me to a room on the first floor of the main building, which was a bit inconvenient for the person using crutches, as I had to climb stairs. But the room was definitely much better. They should consider adding an elevator in the main building, since even though we are disabled, we booked to stay in the main building, not an annex. They should also install ramps on the entrance stairs to access the building.

I was especially disappointed on 2 points: - no blackout of the bedroom window (no shutter or blackout curtain) - A real problem, there was daylight very early in the room, so I woke up well before the alarm went off - bad bedding: 2 mattresses stuck together and which form a real hole in the middle of the junction. It was not possible to stay on one of the 2 mattresses because I was caught in the middle, really a shame I would have liked to tell reception this morning but having left early (around 7:50 a.m.), it was closed

Superb address, the food is fantastic, only seasonal products, the chef offers several menus during the week, it was a treat.

A beautiful home where the welcome is always warm, even if you arrive late. A new chef in the kitchen. Allows you to eat local produce. I recommend it.

Wonderful stopover on the road to Brittany. Huge pool, tennis, clean room and very good breakfast. Possibility of dining in a very nice guinguette by the water 5 minutes away. We spent a quiet night with family with very comfortable bedding. Note a fast charging station for electric vehicles 10 minutes away, very practical.

Unfortunately, the restaurant only served cold food.

It was just stunning, a beautiful place and everyone was just so good and so kind, it was a superb experience

So what can I say!!! I booked via hotel.com and I did get a duplex room in the castle tower. When I arrived, we were in a very small 12m2 room, not even in the building next to the castle. Back at reception, they explained to me that the room allocation is done automatically and that in my reservation there is no indication of a duplex room and that there is only one, whereas on hotel.com there are 3... the platform bug... they changed our room... But what a disappointment for the children and us... we were offered breakfast, we paid €140 on top of the night, €13 per adult and €9 per child. And the surprise in the morning was that we were not scheduled for breakfast! So the lady, somehow, brought out 2 croissants and 1 pain au chocolat, and some hotel guests who were still at the table kindly offered us their basket... in short. Otherwise, a nice place with friendly and smiling staff, swimming pool until 10 p.m. but good problem with the room + breakfast not planned given the price I am very disappointed....

The best hotel in the entire South West!!

Beautiful setting in a very well-maintained wooded park. A more than Olympic-sized swimming pool! Beautiful brick buildings specific to this region of Occitania, which give it a very special charm.

This place is magical

A wonderful discovery. A more than pleasant stay in this perfectly maintained place. A warm welcome and attentive staff. The only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room, but the staff were able to keep our belongings cold in their kitchen refrigerator without any problems.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, we had hoped for the room and the chateau to be decorated, well...more like a chateau. But the service was good, and we were certainly comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious room and the lovely grounds.

I did not receive a receipt with detailed invoice for my stay. I have no clue what I paid for. I asked on checking out for an invoice and waited no no one could help. I have emailed the property several days ago but no reply and I may query this with my credit card provider if I do not get a satisfactory response soon.

I do not intent to put a bad re view on Tripadvisor as I would rather this be sorted out.

Room 3. Everything went very well, thank you. We just couldn't get the TV to work.

A truly beautiful surprise, from the entrance with its driveway and the castle high up overlooking a large park with a very large swimming pool, the rooms are not detracting from the environment and have all the necessary comfort, the welcome is warm and caring, the service is remarkable. A beautiful setting even in winter. Beautiful volumes. Lounges to relax by the fire or play, billiards, table football. A very good quality breakfast with local and artisanal products. Fresh bread and pastries. Possibility of squeezing orange juice.

Here when you arrive it's wow!!! The setting and the building are so impressive. The welcome by Madame is pleasant and full of courtesy and Philippe the boss ready to help you out with a mechanical problem with my motorcycle. Really too nice. The setting is magnificent, the room very good, very clean, the owner and the young woman at the reception are very professional, kind, welcoming and good advice. We will return with pleasure to this enchanting place. The breakfast was perfect too.

I had booked to surprise my boyfriend, we were not disappointed, the person who welcomed us is very kind and pleasant, available if we have a question. We were able to enjoy the lounge as well as the billiards and table football. The bed was super comfortable, the room clean and the bathroom also with everything necessary. The breakfast had a wide choice. We will come back.

Very nice chateau-hotel in a quiet village only 10 minutes from Montauban. Very friendly employees and quiet room in charming environment.
The pool is superb on a hot day and the terras for dining and eventual working with view on the garden/pool is also nice. Correct breakfast.

Excellent stay.

Hotel called 1 hour before we where due to arrive & stated the hotel was closed .
We had driven for 8 hours and we where just dismissed over the phone , no please come try us again nothing .
