Having been upgraded, we appreciated the gesture, the welcome, the service and the meal.

Excellent value for money for an overnight stay. Other establishments are €20 more expensive for the same service.

A wonderful 3-day stay in a mini family suite. Thank you for the warm welcome; all the staff were incredibly attentive. The restaurant was excellent, and the relaxation area was exceptional.

A very nice stopover in Chatel Guyon; a perfect welcome and a very well-equipped relaxation area. Dinner and breakfast were very well-suited to our needs. Clean, friendly, discreet, helpful and courteous.

We had a great time. The atmosphere is warm, the team is welcoming, available and attentive. The premises are clean, the furniture is comfortable. The restaurant is very good, local products and refined cuisine. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi accessible until 10 p.m., the icing on the cake. I highly recommend.

Perfect welcome and service, however, the pool and spa hours are 10:30 a.m., making it impossible to use them on the morning of departure. Very good breakfast, but 7 a.m./9:30 a.m. when you want to sleep in…it's a bit tight.

Upon arrival, a very warm welcome, a very comfortable room with a small terrace on the courtyard side. The swimming pool is great, the jacuzzi is also very helpful, the owner is very available for service around the pool, very cold beer, good value for money evening meal. All good for our evening stopover 🙂

Kindness from the whole team, all in simplicity, without flashiness. Personally, I felt real listening, a desire to advise, real empathy. The current flows well and very quickly. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem despite a high temperature (>30) during the day. The swimming pool and bubble area are very welcoming. A very nice discovery.
