Unfortunately our room was on the same level as the passing road and there was a traffic light. People would stare into our room as they were waiting for the treffic light to turn green. Also there are currently road works in progress. It is quite noisy.

The roadworks you mentioned are unfortunately beyond our control but are temporary and part of a city improvement project that will soon be completed.

I booked a room with a large bed and ended up with a small bed. I'm 1m83 tall and my feet were dangling all night. A very difficult and uncomfortable night. However, the room was clean. The reception was simple with no explanation of the location and times of breakfast, yet I was asked if I was having it. No explanation for night access to the parking lot. I've experienced much better with this hotel.

Check in was good with very helpful staff. Access to the hotel was difficult - not easy to find the car park. Evening meal was very good but breakfast was poor with no gluten free bread or alternatives as requested.
