Very good hotel, room with very practical kitchenette. Spacious room and bathroom. I appreciated the included 30-minute access to the sauna and hammam. The bedding is very good. No air conditioning, personally that doesn't bother me. There is a fan. The only downside is the room on the ground floor where you can't open the blinds too much at night to cool down because it looks directly onto the street. Otherwise, everything was very good. The welcome, the bedding, the room. We were even able to leave our motorcycle helmets on the day of departure while we made a final visit.

Spacious and well-organized rooms, a little dated but well-priced, including a basic breakfast. Good parking in the courtyard. Unfortunately, Brest is only a passing destination; the town is run-down. The bed wasn't comfortable.

I had not been warned that there was work going on right in front of my room. Having no air conditioning, and it was very hot in the room, they had put an old fan that was broken (the head did not hold and blew down.) In addition it made a lot of noise, so I had to open the window. The surprise in the morning, woken up by the backhoe dumping the pieces of road into a truck! I think they could have found a room at the back of the building, I don't think the hotel was full
