Nobody there! Rang bell repeatedly. No answer. Looking in window of door I noticed nobody was at the front desk. Door was locked. After a half hour I left.

Our stay at the Logis Hôtel Castel de Mirambel was an absolute dream, largely thanks to the host's exceptional hospitality. He truly went above and beyond, graciously staying up late to welcome us personally when our train from Paris arrived late, which made us feel cared for from the very first moment. The location is simply perfect, nestled right next to the impressive Château Fort and just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Grotto. Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast, which was a delicious and generous spread of fresh croissants, cheeses, ham, fruits, and yoghurt. Our room was spotlessly clean, wonderfully spacious, and very comfortable; we especially loved opening the windows on a sunny and breezy day, which made the atmosphere incredibly pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Lourdes.

Very boutique hotel. Very nice owners and the rooms are comfortable. Close to the cathedral (12 minutes walk). The hotel DOES have an elevator. It’s a small one but they do have it although Expedia says they don’t . If I ever go back to Lourdes I’d stay there again !

The hotel's central location is fantastic! We felt comfortable. The hotel is showing its age (like so many things in this city), but everything was clean and the bed very comfortable, so it was perfect for us.

The hotel decor could do with updating but overall everything was good value for money. Thrre was a steep incline to the hotel which may be difficult for some.

Very disappointed by the dinner part of the evening stopover. A poor plate of garlic spaghetti, a lemon sorbet and a glass of sparkling water... All in a canteen-type setting and excessively noisy. It is unfortunately not worthy of a hotel.

I was well received, a very small elevator is too abrupt upon arrival at the floors. A room with a slightly soft mattress and well decorated with a small balcony, a very small toilet with difficulty closing the door, a decent shower, the biggest negative point is the welcome at breakfast, really not good, no quality product, we did not like it.

The TV didn't work and the carpet was saturated by the door? However, this is a little gem, crisp white sheets and fresh white soft towels. A fantastic breakfast with lots of choice, it was great value. Topped of with friendly staff. A great find even if a little dated. There was a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a fan. Everything you needed even a little lift

The area is like uptown, so it is suburb-ish. That is to say, it’s a fair walk to restaurants, boulangerie and patisserie. Although the hotel does have a resto so that is an option. However, when out in town wf the grotto or attending the processions and masses, one would end up eating at or closer to the town proper.

Maybe a room for improvement is to have more than 1 plug near the table as when I had to use the coffee maker, I had to unplug the cooler and bec it was warm, i had to use the fam ans plug this all the way to the bathroom. Also, the shower had the hot and cold the other way around. Overall, a lovely experience and would stay again.

A surprising little hotel. We had a wonderful night here. Located at the foot of the castle and just steps from the sanctuary. A comfortable room and a great breakfast. Thanks to the team for the warm welcome.

The floors were dirty in the bedroom and bathroom. I was also under the impression it was close to the Sanctuary which it was not. Also, selected this stay for the great reviews on the breakfast but was not served until late so it was missed. Would be helpful to post the late time.

The triple room we had was a fairly good size. Location is great. About 10 mins walk to the Grotto. The owners & their son were lovely people and so accommodating to our requests. We would not hesitate to come back!

A very friendly and helpful welcome. The receptionist gave us valuable tips for our visit to Lourdes. Clean, practically furnished rooms and a very central location. Therefore, an ideal starting point for sightseeing.

Nice hotel in the heart of Lourdes, ideally located a stone's throw from the city center and the Grotto, in a very quiet area at the foot of the Château de Lourdes. The welcome is friendly, the room spacious and very clean with quality bedding located at the top of a staircase full of maze but there is also an elevator. It is very warm there thanks to a brand new electric heater, like the rest of the room and its accessories. In the room you will find a mini fridge, a kettle, a small coffee machine with courtesy pods. Small downside for the shower curtain which is light and lets water pass on the floor. The breakfast is really great and very varied served in a bright room: breads, croissant, mini raisin bread, butter, jam, fromage blanc with homemade muesli, fresh fruit salad, ham and cheese, orange juice, hot drink! In short, a pleasant address that I recommend which offers an interesting quality/price ratio on Lourdes.

A superb, quiet and warm hotel 10 minutes walk from the sanctuary and 15 minutes walk from the train station. Very generous and excellent breakfast with fresh produce.

The hotel manager is thoughtful, helpful and very kind. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There was a celiac among us and he worked hard to make sure she found gluten free food, without being asked. Adorable! Very nice rooms, everything very clean.

Our stay at Logis Hotel de Mirambel was excellent. The owner Anis and his parents have made the hotel very welcoming and warm .
The rooms were spacious with a good amount of light coming in through the windows, there were always clean sheets and towels ready for us. It was very hot in Lourdes during our visit and Anis quickly came to the rescue by adding fans to the room which helped greatly. Anis has truly paid attention to the fine details , right down to the number of chairs in each room - we had triple occupancy and there were 3 chairs for each of us to have a comfortable seat after our long day of tours.
The day we had to check out on was a very hot day and after returning from our morning walk, Anis offered us cold bottles of water which was so welcoming and refreshing. We also had an evening train to Paris and Anis and his family were kind enough to let us rest at the hotel until we were ready to head to the station.
The fact that Anis and his parents treated us as family and not just hotel guests made our experience at Logis Hotel Castel de Mirambel truly memorable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lourdes ! If you are lucky, you will get to meet Marius , their adorable dog :)

We received an excellent welcome and the family who owned the hotel took great care of us. They welcomed us by helping us unload our luggage and keeping us in the hotel during my mountain bike stay. Also, initially the owner helped us by carrying our luggage to the car. The hotel is located in the part of Lourdes close to the city center and therefore a little away from the Sanctuary area and is therefore very quiet.

La habitación limpísima. No tomamos el desayuno. En temporada baja decir que prácticamente está todo cerrado. Aparcamiento de pago, zona azul, cerca del hotel, barato.

Of all the hotels in France in which I have stayed, this was by far the best: quiet, peaceful area, everything you need is very close by, very clean (cleanliness of the rooms, furnishings and excellent linen), equipped with every comfort , the breakfast was very good, varied and rich, in short, everything was impeccable; but what I really want to express myself on are the welcome, kindness and helpfulness of the staff: the lady who welcomed us literally took care of us in every way. Apart from tourist suggestions, whatever kind of problem may arise, she is always willing to do what she can to make the person feel good. Kind, sweet, loving, smiling, he made us feel more in a family context than a tourist one (and we know that France does not stand out for its hospitality, alas). During breakfast, other guests highlighted the same aspect, and it was a greater pleasure to have confirmation of what we had perceived; at the airport, comparing ourselves with other tourists, we were able to understand how lucky we were, given that they, on the other hand, had had bad experiences. Frédérique is a very welcoming host who runs her establishment to the nines. Clean room, decorated with taste and simplicity, comfortable bedding, coffee machine in the room and above all a view of the castle! The breakfast is made with great attention. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
