100% satisfaction is missed because of the offer present on the available television channel package.
I've always enjoyed the Logis Hotel Le Burnichon, but this time I was disappointed. I feel the menu has declined in quality over the past few months. As for the breakfast buffet, it was half empty at 8:20 am with no refills from the staff. I'll think twice before my next trip; it's a real shame!
Excellent cuisine, comfortable room, welcoming staff. What's not to like?!
Upon arrival, the parking lot was spacious. The receptionist indicated that my room was at the end of the corridor, on the ground floor. This room suffered from two shortcomings: - the room was supposed to be heated by an electric radiator, but this radiator remained off despite my efforts to turn the tiny dial on the back of the device. That night, the outside temperature was below freezing (-2°C). - there were no electrical outlets at the head of the bed. Only one outlet was available near the desk. I plugged my computer into it. The other two outlets were at floor level near the entrance door, so I had to leave my smartphone and hearing aids on the floor while they charged. On the other hand, I appreciated the efficient Wi-Fi and the large piece of furniture for my suitcase. I was consoled for these imperfections by the excellence of the restaurant. The "signature" menu was delicious, both the pumpkin soup and the pike quenelles. The candied fruit for dessert was also superb. There was no shortage of sweet or savory options at breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the cheese from a local farm, the Earl Grey tea, and the stop button on the hot drinks machine, which prevents waste.
The hotel is decent, only the bathrooms are in poor condition (bathtubs). I stayed in two different rooms. And the electrical outlets are very poorly placed and you have to search for them... (none next to the bed).

I arrived late Sunday afternoon and everything was dark at the entrance, everything was closed. We should have been told that all keys were presented at the counter. There was a lack of personal touch. Luckily, at 7 a.m. on Monday, a woman was busy at the counter, even if she didn't see us: at least it brought some life to the place! Thankfully, the breakfast was hearty: it allowed me to start the day with energy! Nevertheless, the bedding and the room were quite satisfactory.

Liked · I really liked the kindness of all the staff who were smiling and always attentive. So, while the restaurant was closed, I asked for a meal tray which was immediately brought to me. The staff bends over backwards for you and always with a smile. I also appreciated the pretty spaces and the decor, and the cleanliness. The breakfast is a strong point: I have never seen, in hotels of this range, such a rich breakfast, with such a diverse selection of dishes, and of such high quality. Everything was fresh, good, and of quality, for a price lower than those of other hotels. The restaurant is similar, good cuisine, typical of the region, abundant and high quality. Really, I look forward to coming back.

Very good hotel, well-kept, with free parking, restaurant closed on weekends and public holidays... It's a shame... Room on the garden side, no air conditioning, no elevator; it's not a three-star hotel!

Attentive staff who know how to do what it takes to make people happy. The hotel could do with a bit of a refresh. Be aware that a customer requests a room with a bathtub online and ends up with a small shower. Good air conditioning wouldn't have gone amiss.

Very warm welcome, comfortable room. It's a good stopover. However, there was no restaurant available on Sundays, even though we had chosen this hotel because there was a restaurant advertised. We had to resort to a fast food restaurant within walking distance.
