A very disappointing 2 night stay. There were over 12 things at fault with our bedroom from the kettle not working to the shower temperature control jammed. We were not alerted to our stay overlapping with a large tour party so the evening menu was restricted and on the 2nd night we were overcharged! The Manager seemed disinterested.

Il y a quelques années (3 ans au plus), cet établissement était une référence dans le Finistère sud, la gastronomie, l’accueil et le service étaient au rdv. Aujourd’hui, cet établissement est triste, l’accueil n’est pas du tout chaleureux, la restauration est plus que limitée dans une salle très triste. La jolie salle du restaurant n’existe plus et la cuisine non plus…

Hôtel qui a connu une belle côte il y a quelques années mais qui a très mal vieilli sans travaux et qui vaut maintenant un hôtel deux étoiles la troisième étoile doit être pour son emplacement . Plus de clim depuis des années des fourmis dans la chambre la douche cassée etc .. heureusement le personnel est sympathique

Aucune information à l'arrivée sur le menu unique servi le soir au restaurant, information donnée à table.
Pas d'eau chaude le matin à la douche, seule solution proposée la douche à l'espace bien-être qui n'est pas une salle de bains adaptée à la toilette, le souhait de changer de chambre est "apparemment" impossible (bien que des chambres soient disponibles sur le site de réservation), et aucun dédommagement n'est proposé ni appliqué au moment du règlement.
Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées et la ventilation inexistante ou très bruyante.
Très déçus par ce séjour.

Journée très chaude 30 degrés .Arrivé dans une chambre de 10m2 ou le soleil avait tapé toute la journée au travers la baie vitrée..40 degré...la climatisation inopérantes 30 degrés dans la
chambre à 21h ... Nous avons failli partir..le personnel du restaurant est bien mais nous sommes déçu de l'attitude de la réception .
Fermer le store.de.la.chambre pour éviter au clients qui ont peut être fait de la route de dormir dans une fournaise est préférable.
Réponse: c'est étonnant car c'est la plus au nord,
Ça n'arrive jamais..c'est rare

Meine Frau musste vier Tage vor Reisebeginn notfallmässig operiert werden. Obwohl wir a) dies dem Hotel umgehend mitteilten und b) den Aufenthalt zu verschieben versuchten, wurde uns der volle Preis (rd. EUR 850) belastet. Finger weg von diesem Hotel, das wohl mit "Gastfreundschaft" aber auch gar nichts am Hut hat!
