Très bel hôtel
Excellent petit déjeuner

Je recommande vivement cet établissement
Points négatifs :
Nous avons passé 3 nuits et l'entretien n'a pas été fait hormis le changement de serviettes et le lit refait. Les toilettes, la salle de bains n'ont pas été nettoyées et les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées dans ces 2 lieux. L'aspirateur n' a pas été passé dans la chambre. Nous avons dû le 2ème soir réclamer du papier toilette à la Réception. De plus, alors que nous faisions attention à conserver certaines de nos serviettes, elles étaient systématiquement changées.
Points positifs :
L'accueil, l'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel à la Réception, de jour comme de nuit. La possibilité d'utiliser la salle de fitness alors qu'elle devait être fermée. La literie très confortable, la facilité d'accès au Wifi, les toilettes séparées de la salle de bains.
La description de l hôtel ne correspond pas aux attentes
Animaux admis , alors qu en fait non … pour finir ils s aperçoivent , que personne n aurait pu savoir qu il y avait un animal , après vérification de la chambre, tout est parfait , aucunes excuses …

Même pas une bouteille d eau mis à disposition
Petit déjeuner , aucuns produits régionales , ni maison , ni frais …
Tout ceci doit normalement correspondre à un 4 étoiles ( comme indiqué et le prix )
Sans parler qu il n’y a ni piscine ni spa
Ce n est absolument pas un hôtel 4 étoiles , 2 étoiles serait tout juste approprié ( meme gamme que BB hôtel )

Une belle décoration mais une mauvaise isolation phonique. Une télé mal positionnée et un son de mauvaise qualite. Salle de bain neuve mais petite faute de goût sur la couleur qui ne va pas avec le reste de la chambre.

La façade est moche même très moche, mais ne présage en rien la qualité de l'hôtel de ses chambres et de l'accueil.
Il manque quelques portes serviettes dans la salle de bain c'est le seul reproche que l'on peut trouver ... en cherchant (avec le bouton push de la baignoire qui s'ouvre dès qu'on bouge un pied !)

For our 4th visit, still no complaints
Only disappointment was no air conditioning making the room very hot, 30 degrees outside and only a fan in the room moving already very warm air around.
However, bed, super comfy, great sized room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean and warm welcome, loads of free on street parking right next to hotel.

No air conditioning in the room. In room 1 you can stir your coffee, tea only with Camille flavour. Breakfast poor. Fruit not freshly floated in juice. No boiled egg. Scrambled eggs seemed like week soup. Poor choice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We spent 2 nights at Logis Borel in Dunkirk. We were very well received. The hotel is well located. It is easy to park for free near the hotel. The standard room we got was very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is very quiet. No noise from elevators, machinery or other air conditioning column. We recommend this hotel.
Erg luidruchtig m'n 's nachts door autoverkeer. Warme kamer met beperkte ruimte wat niet als hinderlijk werd ervaren.

Very nice staff both at reception and at breakfast. It offered everything you need for a nice breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit. The hotel is very centrally located (less than 5 minutes walk into town) and there is also plenty of free parking. Rooms excellent and extremely clean. We would always like to book again.
We stayed in this hotel last weekend. The room was fine with a wonderful shower and beds. The breakfast was meager and the breakfast room was very small with little space between the tables and chairs. The scrambled eggs were always gone and the freshly squeezed orange juice was not added either. A pitcher of diluted syrup was present. The breakfast was therefore not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. The photos of the hotel show a minibar full of various beers and other drinks. When I wanted to order something for the evening in the room, they only had Heinikken beer. there was nothing else. I didn't think I could at a 4 star hotel.
