Friendly welcome. Very comfortable room. Well-located hotel. The only downside is the toilet, separate from the bathroom, which is far too narrow. Access is difficult.

Nothing to complain about this hotel: ideal location for reaching the old town and the shores of Lake Annecy. From the accommodation to the staff, everything was perfect, whether it was for the hotel or the restaurant side. It's a shame that the restaurant isn't open Friday and Saturday evenings and all day Sunday because the food is of high quality. Unlike some banners displayed on some building balconies, the place is calm and quiet. Worth a visit for one or more nights.

The room was probably often used as a smoking room. A cloud of fragrance was supposed to mask this. That's simply not possible.

The hotel facades are very uninviting and there is no air conditioning in the south-facing rooms, which kept the temperature over 30 degrees all night! Other than the reasonable price and the fact that it was clean, I would not recommend this hotel.

The people who work there are very friendly, the hotel is clean, only the fan is a little small for the hot weather, but otherwise I think it's good value for money.

Nothing to report

Everything is fine, especially the very friendly welcome. For me, the disappointment was breakfast, where I didn't find any eggs or any fruit. There's only fruit juice, but in a bottle, which is like drinking sugary water! Honestly, providing even a few oranges, apples, or kiwis is really "out of budget"! Too bad. Good point: good croissants.

Seule petite remarque: il manque des rideaux occultants si l'on fait un sejour plus long et si on souhaite dormir un peu plus longtemps le matin.

Well received, good room, fault 4th floor without elevator and no stopover evening at the weekend... Afraid to take the van down to the garage and small parking spaces... The water in the shower drains badly...

The room was very good and well maintained, slight negative point there was a little thumb on the ceiling of the toilet but nothing too disturbing. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel as a stopover, and I am still just as satisfied! The bedding is really high quality, which guarantees a restful sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was a pleasure, with tasty and well-prepared dishes. Special mention for the manager who is charming, always smiling and ready to go out of her way to make each customer feel good. A place where I will return with pleasure!

The reception was very nice. Everything was explained to us. We were able to book a garage parking space for 5.50 euros. However, our Zafira with trailer hitch just about fit in. That was very practical for us. We walked to the lake for about 25 minutes and took the bus back (2 euros per person), which stops right next to the hotel.

Spacious room, bed, very comfortable, bathroom, large clean and a large shower summary, a very nice room breakfast, spotless and the people who work are very professional and very friendly. If I return to Annecy for a vacation with my wife We will stay in this establishment

Good value for money. A bit far from the tourist area, 30 minutes walk, but connected by a bus with a stop nearby. By the way, free in July and August. The hotel is noticeably old, but the cleanliness is impeccable. For the price it is very good.

The single bed was not comfortable and the room too cramped for three. Olfactory nuisance problem with a lot of cigarette smell.

Excellent location for our concert

Very nice welcoming staff, available and smiling.... We had a very good weekend at the nearby Arcadium to go see our concert. We were able to go there on foot. Very convenient.
