This is our 3rd stay at the Bellevue. It is very good and is convenientfor the Ferry Port.There is lsome parking available on sire and more opposite the Hotel
We will stay here again

We received a warm welcome.
Room was clean and comfortable, but on the small side.

Pleasant welcome. Hotel well located near the old port, and facing the sea Very clean room and bathroom Breakfast room facing the sea If we have to stay again in the area, without hesitation, we will come back to this hotel.

Stayed a few times before and it is just as good as the first time we stayed. Clean, good value, made to feel welcome. It is easy access to ferry port and within walking distance of Roscoff and lovely sea view

For this price I expect crockery cups for the tea, more than one teabag/coffee per person, milk in room, the kettle had what looked like a small amount of Milk in it! The sink was almost blocked, and the shower ran cold after a short while. View was good over the harbour but with the service not worth the price. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was very noisy until 2am in the morning!

Really well located hotel, close to port and town centre; lovely sea views from room. Staff very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay, and all areas very clean. Accommodation simple but well presented and very good mattresses. Good value and will definitely return.

Basic but clean and a great location.

We have stayed at Bellevue on many occasions on our trips to France. Comfortable rooms, very close to the ferry port, and good value. On this occasion we travelled from the UK on the night ferry, we called at Bellevue for breakfast and asked when our room would be available and was told in 1 hour.
Excellent service.

Hotel staff very helpful. Location and parking excellent. View from room stunning and bed very comfortable. Being able to buy breakfast was a bonus as Booking.com did not mention this was available. Easy level walk to main areas for shops and restaurants and 5 minutes drive to ferry! What more could you want. Thank you for a lovely stay at the end of our holiday

Magnificent sea view location. Small room with the minimum and very small bathroom, everything is very narrow, the toilets are grinder sany and make a noise. The breakfast is very simple. It's fine for one night.

Ok decent hotel

Excellent for an overnight stop from the ferry. Well situated and good value for money. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Ideally located, clean room, but shower with very little pressure, disappointing breakfast (very little choice, supermarket baguette) and unwelcoming staff...

A super hotel in a great location with a fabulous view. Service was excellent. The decor is probably due for a bit of a refresh and the food was OK but nothing special (but loads of good restaurants nearby in Concarneau). We really enjoyed staying at l'ocean hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

Superb, comfortable, and roomy hotel at a very reasonable price. Also amazing sea views. Friendly, helpful staff.

idael for staying the night before early ferry departure

This is a long-time favourite - an older-style 2 star Logis, in a great location (still love the sea views), that works for ferry access and for the town and beyond. It's nothing flash but it's clean, comfortable and a good price. I like the staff (particularly the older lady on reception) - no idea if anyone speaks English but they are happy to chat in French.

a little expensive for a small hotel without a lift, no shower, no hair dryer, a bit dated but pleasant all the same with a beautiful view

Great for a 1 night stop. However walls are extremely thin, could hear everything next door. Also we had tea/coffee facilities but no milk.
Restaurant downstairs not child friendly, they wouldn’t accept us 2 adults and a 3 year old. Told us they were full but we looked back in there after finally finding somewhere to eat and they weren’t. Rude of them to not be honest.

An inexpensive hotel, close to the Brittany Ferries terminal, with great views from the bedroom & dining room windows. Friendly & professional service. But no hot water in the room mid afternoon, and when it came on in the evening, the shower didn’t work. Anyone very overweight won’t fit on the toilet.

Very clean, within walking distance from the ferry port, shops and restaurants.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Accommodation modest but comfortable. The room with two single beds was more comfortable than the one with a double bed where the en suite bathroom was rather small and cramped. Lovely to have the sea rooms in both rooms.

Certainly lives up to its name with a 'tres belle vue'. Very convenient for the ferry, nice welcome on arrival and a very comfortable room. Would certailny use this hotel again if crossing to Roscoff, probably for a longer stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

This was just an overnight stay before catching a ferry. It fulfilled our needs for this purpose and was adequate.

Cet hôtel est un peu éloigné des autres hôtels plus centraux; ce qui en fait un avantage; la distance est minime; en quelques minutes vous êtes au centre ville. Et vous vous garez facilement; le soir, c'est plus calme, vous ouvrez votre fenêtre et vous êtes à quelques mètres de la mer et des bateaux qui se balancent dans le port. C'est le meilleur endroit pour moi et j'y retourne dès que je peux! L'accueil est parfait et très agréable; le petit déjeuner copieux. Je ne peux qu'en dire du bien.

The room was very small and not particularly well-equipped. For the price paid, I would have expected tea/coffee-making facilities in the room and also there should be a mirror in the bedroom.
The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working.
With attention to the above points, we would have given the hotel a much higher rating as its position was excellent.

The only small point us that Breakfast start time could have been earlier than 8.00 do that those catching the Ferry could eat before leaving.

Chambre très mal insonorisée. Forte odeur d'égouts dans la douche. Personnel pas très sympathique. Petit-déjeuner très cher pour l'offre. Salle de bain minuscule.
Propre et bien situé mais cela ne suffit pas.

Une adresse agréable, bon accueil, très bien placé. Chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Pas d'ascenseur.

Insgesamt ein angenehmes Hotel, allerdings war der gemietete Meerblick ein kleiner Hafenbeckenausschnitt. Das war enttäuschend.
