Freundlich und sauber, vielseitiges und feines Frühstück. Lage top, gute Zufahrt ab Autobahn und Altstadt zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Hoteleigener Parkplatz ist sehr eng, wir fanden aber in der Nähe im Quartier PP gefunden. Wir empfehlen das Beauséjour und würden wieder dort buchen :-)

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable family suite for a family of 5. There would just be one small detail that would not be insignificant, a small blackout curtain on the upper sleeping area. In the middle of summer the sun rises early :-)

The hotel is small but perfectly formed. We were looked after with great care. The evening, with its delicious snacks and accompanying wine tasting, was a particularly special experience. We learned a lot about the food and wine of Alsace. Next time, we would prefer a larger bed. And unfortunately, we had to shower in a very high bathtub, a challenge for those less athletic.

Second stay at this establishment on the way to Germany or back to France. Close to the historic center of Mulhouse. Secure overhead parking. Very helpful staff. Very popular on-site restaurant.

Despite the street, we had a very quiet room. Parking is free on the street (in summer). Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast, but quite expensive. The hotel is located just outside the old town, which is a 10-15 minute walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Noted for its location and electric car charging stations, we were impressed by the setting and the welcome we received. The staff takes great care of guests, whether at reception or during breakfast. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing from the hallway. Despite this detail, we will return without hesitation.

For years I have been visiting this establishment and I have noticed constant improvements and I always return with pleasure and the guarantee of a quality reception.

A perfectly adequate hotel, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The road is a bit noisy, but at night, traffic is almost non-existent. Despite the bike-friendly label, there is no enclosed area for bikes, but a bike shelter in the hotel's enclosed parking lot.

It started out pretty well, with an amazing welcome by a young enthusiastic guy, who really took his time explaining about the hotel and also the city!

The room was ok , good for a family of 5, beds were to hard and the toilet was running, because if bad buttons !

The breakfast was not impressive , actually quite boring, it needs some attention!

Then it ended with we were overcharged for the breakfast, even though we were asked about our kids ages they did not put it in and a charged them as grown ups… when we saw it and went back in and got it corrected we were not met with understanding or a sorry more that we were the issue. - that leaves us with a bad impression !

Family atmosphere

Nice hotel with a nice, very clean room. The only problem is that room 110 is extremely noisy (from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.). It's impossible to open the windows, which overlook a busy road. The price paid does not reflect the inconvenience caused...

Nothing to say, clean, quiet hotel not far from the city center, friendly staff, very good breakfast.

Lots of extras, a full size bathtub, real glasses for water, complimentary water, excellent breakfast with high quality food products, organic yogurt, local cheeses, very good charcuterie, and very good coffee, plus more! Personal touches and welcoming staff.

I’d rate the stay as good because I thought we would have more time to explore the old town. However we arrived late in the afternoon so I totally understand. Breakfast was good also. But disappointed that the bar was not open We came to Colmar to explore the wineries and the trip was outstanding.

I chose the hotel based on the price and location, and we were not disappointed! A small but beautiful hotel with character and extremely friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was varied and of the highest quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will choose it again if we return to Colmar.

A consistently enjoyable experience at the Beau Séjour We stayed at the Beau Séjour hotel for the second time, for the Colmar Christmas markets, and were once again absolutely delighted with our stay. Located just a five-minute walk from the city centre, this hotel offers excellent value for money, much more accessible than other options in the centre while still being close to the main attractions. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that little touches had been prepared for our two assistance dogs. This is a testament to the attention the hotel pays to its guests and their four-legged companions, which is really appreciated. The room was impeccable: clean, comfortable and functional, with a housekeeping service that deserves a special mention. Each day, the room was returned in impeccable condition, which adds an extra touch of comfort to the experience. The breakfast is a real treat! The buffet is varied and plentiful, with fresh and local products that allow you to start the day in a very pleasant way. We particularly appreciated the quality of the products offered. As for the parking, the availability of an indoor space with an automatic barrier is a real plus, making access to the hotel very convenient and secure. The only small detail to improve, and it is really a minor point, concerns the coffee service at breakfast. While the fresh juices are self-service, it is necessary to wait for the manager to be available to get a coffee. Given that the hotel offers quality service in all areas, we suggest the idea of installing a self-service coffee machine or offering thermoses for faster access to coffee, which would avoid any unnecessary waiting after the meal. Finally, let us also mention the bar, where you can have a drink in a pleasant atmosphere after a busy day. In summary, the Beau Séjour hotel remains an essential choice for us every time we come to Colmar. We have also recommended this hotel to friends, who were also delighted. We will definitely return for our next stay and we can only recommend it to those looking for a comfortable, well-located place, offering excellent value for money.

A prime hotel. Goed op orde, onderhouden en netjes. Parkeermogelijkheid (betalend). Opt 10 minutes to reach the Colmar center. Please note that there are some medewerkers in contact. It's just a matter of time later. Terraces in tuin. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Hotel bestaat al sinds 1913, due to the hoteliers zullen wel ten hoe het moet (en niet moet)!

However, you will be able to find out more about your experience and personal experience. Alsace wine loop and culinary tradition.

Missing the traditional kettle found in many hotels

Very welcoming hotel and very well located, 10 minutes walk from the historic center. I also recommend the restaurant. !

The hotel was in a very run-down area in the middle of a main road. The hotel itself was dirty and stank. There was carpet everywhere that was stained and full of dirt. Dust everywhere, all in all very unkempt. The elevator smelled of dog and sweaty feet. The room also had a dirty, smelly carpet, curtains that hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and overall it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and renovated for a very long time. The view from the room window was of a dilapidated/neglected house. There was air conditioning in the room, but it blew directly onto the bed and therefore couldn't be used at night. It also smelled. In the bathroom there was a ventilation (?) that gave off warm, smelly air (in midsummer at 35 degrees!) and that couldn't be turned off. The bathroom was filthy. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed by every question.

The hotel overall is good. Suggest to offer facilities to make coffee or tea. And fridge to cool water.

Very good, no it was comfortable and the setting is pretty. Just one downside, the mattresses were too soft. I think they are reaching the end of their life. And in the high heat a sheet would have been enough, no need for a duvet. Missing a mosquito net and a fridge in the room.

Sehr herzliches Personal, das Haus ist aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Zentrale Lage, das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wenige Gehminuten von der wunderschönen Altstadt. Einziges Manko: wir hatten nur eine Badewanne and keine Dusche auf dem Zimmer

Overall I much prefer this individual experience, typical Logis, to the chain hotels with similar prices in Colmar. Comfortable bed, good aircon, good breakfast, and very pleasant staff always with a smile.

We were located in room 002 which is „almost“ a basement. Small and with almost no light and view. It is intended that this room is somehow prepared for disabled persons, but the size and space surrounding the bed does not fullfill this capacity at all. Maybe only the bathroom (partially). The equipment and comfort is very poor and not worth the money. The car parking as requested was not considered. Thanks to the reception gentleman, we found a car parking on the road. That was the best experience at the hotel, everything else… well. For the Hotel Wi-Fi it is still requested an e-mail address to register. Do you really think I will share my e-mail in such a website. Today, this is the easiest way to get spam and your email address spread all over. Means, I have just ignored the hotels Wi-Fi and used my private Internet account, secured by a strong VPN access. We surely will not recommend and stay here (or in any other hotel of the group) again. Eg Ibis Styles has surely more worth for the money. Im sorry but we were very disappointed.

A nice little Hotel with nice people. Very good location. The only thing that was not good for us was the bathtub. It was not easy for us to get in and out :-) Only a shower would have been better to us.

My room was okay, nothing more, I've already had much better in this hotel. On the other hand, the welcome is always very good, and the breakfast is really copious and of good quality: scrambled eggs cooked on site which are excellent, smoked ham from the Black Forest, Munster cheese - and cumin for those who want it. -, homemade kougelhopf, red label flour baguette, etc. We don't expect less for the price (€17), and that's why I come back to this hotel regularly.

Everything was perfect, the staff very welcoming and cordial. We had 3 rooms for our group, all were suitable and clean.

Unpleasant room on the ground floor with a strangely placed window which gives the effect of a rabbit cage. In addition, this window which overlooks the street does not have a curtain. This means that everyone passing by can see inside the room. Unless of course you lower the roller blind. But in this case we are in darkness in the middle of the day. Furthermore, the sink faucet system is quite strange (I've never seen anything like it in all the hotels I've been to) and awkward. Finally, it is impossible to decide to have breakfast in the morning since you must notify us before 9 p.m. in the evening. Breakfast which is much too expensive (€17) compared to the standard of the hotel. The last two Logis De France that I did offered breakfast for €12 for an equivalent standard, or even better.

Prettig family hotel, vriendelijke benadering, vast personnel, dus elke dag dezelfde gezichten. Kamers zijn prettig, badkamers functional. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum (10 minen). You can take the (betaalde) parking lot at the hotel. Ideale plek om van daruit Colmar te verkennen!

The hotel is located in the center of Comar. Iedere keer dat je binnenkomt word je vriendelijk verwelkomd. I have some practical tips for you in Colmar. Ruime in net kamers; Neither is hyper modern but it is the standard of a 3-star hotel. Heel goede matrassen. Heel should be kept in place with streek products. First bediening en heel goede wijnkennis. Soms heel interesting arrangementen. Parking beschikbaar. Conclusion: heel interesting hotel prices/kwaliteit!

Warm welcome, helpful staff, clean room. Small downside: the slamming of doors which can startle you from your sleep. A truly magnificent region to visit. I had a very good stay, many thanks and especially for the box of chocolate.

17€ breakfast is an Aberration. we travel a lot in more luxurious hotels, the breakfasts are amazing (hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs). Salmon, tomato sausages etc. Even sparkling wine (we are in Alsace a bottle of crémant costs €12!!!!). You have to ask for your coffee, your bread...we have never seen that.

If all 3 stars were like yours it would be ideal

The bathtub is high and not wide enough. The buffet breakfast is not really a buffet because there is no hot food available, bread and pastries are the same, you have to wait for the service that offers them to pass. Limited jam and not sweet enough

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist etwas mangelhaft, überall unter den Betten war Staub, Calkflecken im Bad unter den Zahnputzgläsern, die Treppe im Zimmer war auch nicht sauber. Obviously in a transition phase. The lobby and dining area is nicely decorated and the food, be it breakfast and dinner, were wonderful. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would have been nice to be able to make a hot drink in the room, as there were no facilities for this and the rooms are comfortable but a little tired.

The rooms were comfortable and comfy. Good beds and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly reception. Sparkling clean. Great location. Unfortunately, the lady in the restaurant was unfriendly and always made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A couple of examples: She wouldn't let us in for breakfast because she couldn't find a reservation. This was resolved after the front desk got involved. Another day, we had ordered breakfast for 10 people and were told we couldn't arrive until 10:45. The same lady refused to serve it when we arrived. She started removing the food and wouldn't even make coffee. She looked annoyed and responded negatively to all requests. It was a disappointing experience. Fortunately reception helped again. I hope the administration will improve this part to maintain a good experience for everyone.

Hi this is by no means a negative criticism but hopefully a helpful feedback. Starting with the good, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, easily 5/5. Well done! Unfortunately, we were less excited about our room though. We accidentally booked the family room, which was our fault. I think the room descriptions on boooking.com were in French which might be better in English. A few things for the room. The shampoo that comes with the vanity set had been used before and had a hair in it. The paint on the wall was chipped and there were holes in the toilet seat. The mattress of the bed was also quite hard and could be more comfortable. We ended up bringing two of the pillows down from the upper floor to be comfortable. All in all it, we got the impression that the rooms were a bit run down and could do with a bit of an upgrade, especially for more than 100.- EUR per person per night.

Personal attention, it is very correct and the property is very pleasant and clean.

It was very good, a big help, fortunately being in a daze I had lost my train tickets. The staff found them for me, thank you very much. The only remark is that the catering is a little limited but I think it's a choice of those in charge.

Overall excellent stay Hotel a little out of the center and poorly served by public transport for an arrival on Sunday Room too cramped for 2 beds there can only be a bedside table and the light point is not well suited.

The home was warm, comfortable and pleasant. The camera will be super comfortable and you can watch Netflix on TV, it's definitely a plus. Personal very amable and impeccable relationship quality-precio.

Charming hotel, located 10 minutes' walk from the city center, in a quiet area (which is pleasant at this time, it's a good day to live, many people live).
