A beautiful 'old' hotel, a little like stepping back in time, but with all the excellence you expect from a bygone age. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, everywhere was beautifully clean and well presented, an excellent, large breakfast every morning. The staff couldn't do enough to both welcome you and make your stay a memorable one. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed, and very comfortable. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend this hotel to anyone else. My only criticism was that because of its situation in the heart of Argeles, finding a car parking space was sometimes a challenge, but not an impossibility to overcome.
The welcome, the atmosphere, the view, the breakfast. A traditional hotel in the best sense. Remarkable and unforgettable!
We were absolutely enchanted by this hotel. The reception, the furnishings of the house, the garden, the interior, we almost felt like we were in a fairy tale. The old lady who greeted us and said goodbye to us in several languages. The fine porcelain at breakfast and then the handwritten bill - all of this left a lasting impression. It's a shame we could only stay one night.

A real charming hotel. Our room with balcony offered us an incredible view which I never tired of during our entire stay...The hotel is located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the restaurants, the baths and a 20-minute walk from the park animal. Thank you for your welcome and impeccable service, I will come back!

A hotel with incredible charm, and a very endearing manager
The owner of the hotel and her entire team warmly contributed to the success of our family reunion. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. This old hotel, typical of the Pyrenees, with passageways facing the rising sun over its flowered garden terrace, the valley and the snow-capped peaks, is absolutely beautiful. The interior is comfortable, very clean and carefully furnished. Breakfast is hearty. It is an ideal quiet place well located in the center of the spa town of Argeles Gazost, at the crossroads of the Pyrenean valleys: Luz Saint-Sauveur, Barèges, Gavarnie, Cauterets, and Val d'Azun.
A charming old hotel in the canter of town close to everything by foot. Great views of mountains and a relaxing patio with a view also. Would recommend for sure

A very nice family run hotel. Super friendly. Bathrooms are modern. Bedrooms are very traditional. Just a few steps from the center square.
We loved the balcony and view of the mountains. The hotel is well appointed and has bags of old world charm. Breakfast was good and plentiful. It would have been 5 stars but the room didn't have air con and it was very warm

A very warm welcome in a charming hotel. As before. Excellent breakfast with local products and a beautiful garden with mountain views. To recommend without hesitation.
we were in a room on the 2nd floor without a lift but for that we should have inquired before .. the room is under the roof .. without air conditioning .. it was very hot .. too hot despite a fan provided by the hotel. The bedding is very good. . if not for the positive points a hearty breakfast served by a very nice and pleasant person. a very beautiful garden and a beautiful terrace. Conclusion, when you book, avoid the rooms under the roof!!!
Disappointing Breakfast worthy of a bad canteen
I had reserved a room for my sister and her partner. Both were delighted with their stay, appreciating the kindness of their hosts, the warm comfort of the whole house and the beauty of the garden. They will keep an excellent memory of their stay here.
