Very warm welcome, excellent quality meals. Large room. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere: restaurant, rooms, restrooms. Thank you for mentioning on the website that roadworks are still underway and for providing information about parking and access.
The staff were very welcoming, the room was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and very generous.

Perfect, cool, quiet and welcoming
Always a nice place to stay, spacious and well-soundproofed room, view of the valley somewhat spoiled from the restaurant by scaffolding around the building. Attractive prices. Well-stocked breakfast. Access to the hotel entrance was extremely difficult due to major roadworks underway in front of the building at the time of our arrival; mud and no sidewalk. (This inconvenience was, of course, beyond the control of the hotel management.)
Sixth stay and still just as satisfied. A kettle in the room for making coffee would be appreciated. The €15 per night charge for the dog is a bit excessive, especially since we stayed four nights.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and very well-maintained hotel. We treated ourselves to the "Nature Ritual" treatment for two and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would gladly return.

Overall, very satisfied. One suggestion for improvement: It would be nice to provide bathrobes free of charge so that guests getting out of the pool don't have to walk through the lounge in their swimsuits to get to their rooms. We were a little disappointed by the Christmas decorations, which we found somewhat sparse.
We had a great time at the hotel's pool and sauna. The welcome was warm. The rooms need some updating. One minor drawback: the canned peas served with the otherwise excellent beef fillet for €29.

Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, a beautiful, comfortable, and spacious room. The pool was fantastic. The bar/lounge area was great for relaxing with a drink. In the evening, we had a wonderful meal at the restaurant, with delicious dishes and desserts (I highly recommend the revisited chestnut tart – a real treat!). The breakfast was very varied. We will gladly return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aux Trois Roses. The welcome was very friendly and professional. Our room was very large with an excellent shower. Parking was easy right opposite the hotel. Our evening meal was delicious with a very good wine recommendation. Very good breakfast which lasted us all day. We had no complaints whatsover and would stay here again.

This hotel was in transit for us and we chose the area for its location and reported beauty. It is a very attractive environment. The hotel is what one expects from a nice French hotel, a little old fashioned in a pleasant way. The availability of a good in-door swimming pool is a plus.

The accessibility normally would be very good, but there are ongoing roadworks, the personnel was very helpful to overcome (minor) difficulties.
The rooms were fully adequate, not refurbished very recently, but very pleasant. We had all we needed for a very short stay. A great view on forest, valley and on the castle and the old Staedtel. Why not make a green roof on the modern extension, to make the view perfect and not on the less attractive roof of this part? The landscape is indeed extraordinary.
Unlike many French hotels and restaurants, the personnel was very friendly, very helpful and efficient. The personnel worked late and served late, which is also uncommon in French where 'la cuisine est fermée' is a more regular experience. The personnel was indeed very friendly and not indifferent and even on the limit of rude as one can often find in France, contrasting with Italy, Switzerland, Spain. It made a wonderful change, this hotel Aux trois Roses.

Second stay... and not the last! Excellent food and spotless room. A few suggestions: a refrigerator in the room would be welcome, and an additional shelf and/or cabinet in the bathroom. Breakfast: why not offer scrambled eggs?

The bed pillow was non-existent and we slept very badly. There was a lack of local products, such as kougelhoff, honey, and fresh orange juice at breakfast. The sauna would be better in a separate room so you can relax without being disturbed by the shouting coming from the pool. Otherwise, a great welcome with a magnificent view from the reception room.

The room is spacious, has a nice view, and is quiet. There is plenty of storage, which is nice, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. However, the decor is a bit dated, and there are no outlets. We didn't try the pool, but the restaurant is very good, the service is good, and it's nice to dine with a view.

Clean and friendly quiet (room in the garden site) hotel accomodation. Only thing i could suggest is an walk-in shower instead of one in the bath and more electricity connections (loading our mobiles, my Watch, computer and IPad).
