We've been coming to Aix-les-Bains for a long time, but never outside the town center! We discovered a superb place, with a perfect welcome: well done! Excellent value for money. As for the star rating system, I don't know how it works, but I give it the maximum every time.
A truly wonderful stay. The welcome was fantastic, the restaurant was excellent, and the food was very good quality. The room was also very nice and clean. I have absolutely no complaints; I will definitely return. Thank you to the staff for their warm welcome; they were truly very friendly and attentive to their guests.
Nice room, it's a shame the heating was so noisy
Professional, friendly, and attentive staff. The room has been renovated in modern colors, including the bathroom, which has a very nice walk-in shower and well-designed bathroom lighting. There's an outside entrance to the room, leading to a small terrace with a table and chairs. The bed was a little soft for my taste, but the two beds pushed together make it a very large bed – great! Breakfast features local products, and the hotel doesn't waste anything by offering a buffet that's oversized for the number of guests – excellent. I would gladly return in another season.

Enorme kamer op begane grond, invaliden badkamer, terrasje. Mooie tuin met zwembad maar enorm veel insecten. 15 minuten van centrum en 30 minuten van meer, via wandelpad. Simpel Japans restaurant.

Good location, large, clean room
This was the second time we stayed overnight on our way south. We were warmly welcomed and had a lovely swim. There was a Japanese restaurant there this time, which was a surprise; we hadn't known about it. But it was delicious.
Room and bedding are adequate. Carpets on the landings and upstairs need replacing. Some door frames need repainting. Breakfast room needs a makeover. Very beautiful garden but lots of leaves on the ground and around the pool that haven't been picked up. The new owners are more busy being with their children than with guests. Access to the rooms is not easy for people with reduced mobility. Help is needed to carry luggage upstairs. Breakfast below 2025 standards. No service offered before 8 a.m. and the owners are having lunch at the same time as us... The restaurant (Asian) does not match the description on the web pages on the hotel website and on booking. Closed on Sundays without telling us. No bar/drink service. Holiday vouchers accepted according to the Booking website but ultimately refused on site (excluding breakfast)
Pleasant stay: 32 degrees: ideal for enjoying the pool. A strong point in my opinion. In addition, you have lounge chairs in the shade of many trees and full sun.
Charming location run by friendly people. Well-maintained pool and garden. Two drawbacks = lack of storage in the room and the rather high price of the generous breakfasts, certainly, but it would be wise to apply a child and adult price.

Disappointing: Very small room, no air conditioning, no mini-fridge, two tea bags, no sugar or teaspoons, formal and unprofessional welcome. Breakfast is offered for €16 per person in addition to the room rate. A 1-liter bottle of water is sold for €6. A very noisy fan on the coffee table in the room. A broken coat hanger in the bathroom and the shower are clearly dirty.
We had booked a "deluxe" room for 2 nights. We had chosen the establishment because it had the "logis hotel" label and it had a "gourmet and traditional cuisine" table. What a surprise to discover a Japanese sushi restaurant! Our room (very expensive) overlooked the hotel parking lot and was located between the railway line (1st TGV at 6:30 a.m.), the road (continuous traffic) and the church whose bells started ringing at 7 a.m. We informed the receptionist of our desire not to stay a second night. She didn't ask us any questions and just asked us if we had paid for both nights... we were free to leave without anyone being upset.

We do not recommend and regret not having known in advance that the hotel had changed direction. The presentation on the website has not been modified. Our room and bathroom were not clean and that is not all. The establishment lacks hotel training. €173 including breakfast is much, much too expensive. For €70 more, we are in a 5* in Milan.
Very warm welcome and pleasant hotel. Spacious room, very clean bathroom. Surprised not to find the restaurant with local cuisine as advertised in the Logis Hotel description even though the Japanese restaurant was very good. It seems to me that the comments on your restaurant need to be updated.
The hotel is ordinary, I honestly thought I was going to be accommodated a little better. The staff is perfect, very friendly and helpful, but the value for money is excessively expensive, we paid €230 per night for a three-star hotel, or I would say for a hostel, and here we are in a four-star hotel. With a spa, indoor outdoor pool, breakfast included, a large suite for €184, I am still a little disappointed with the hostel, a breakfast at €16 for a 10-year-old child who only ate a small slice of toast with Nutella, so €16 as a general rule for a 10-year-old child, breakfast should be free,

Very friendly welcome. Lots of tourist advice. Very attentive and helpful staff. The non-renovated rooms deserve to be equipped with some amenities like hooks or towel racks in the shower area.

A very nice place for a relaxing stay. Good food. It's a shame that for 5 nights we stayed, they didn't offer us a full board menu to diversify our meals. However, the products were quality and the service was fast. I recommend this place. Rooms at the back, near the pool, are recommended because there are traffic jams at certain times. There are no EV outlets or charging stations in the private parking lot, which the managers say will be installed soon, which would be an added bonus.
A very pleasant stay at this establishment. The welcome was very friendly, the room very clean, quiet with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant: lunch on the terrace. The real plus: the wooded park and the swimming pool! A haven of greenery and peace!
