2eme fois que je viens, cette fois-ci entre amies. Elles ont été séduites par l'ensemble ! Accueil : parfait - chambre : parfaite - Restaurant : parfait - Espace SPA : parfait ! Bon on s'accorde juste à dire que la piscine pourrait être un poil plus chaude, mais on adore quand même !!! Je reviens bientôt en famille :)

We had an excellent welcome from the staff as well as the hotel management. The restaurant is perfect, the meals are very generous, cooked with fresh produce. The breakfast is also very generous with homemade brioches. We recommend this establishment.

Due to construction in front of the hotel, accessibility was limited but the elevator was working nicely.
Parking was easy accessible.
A small fridge in the room would be nice.

Very warm welcome. Very comfortable room, very clean and perfect bedding. We also appreciated the setting with an interior courtyard, the swimming pool for which bathrobes, towels and slippers are provided. We stayed several days and the meals are varied and excellent, very generous with pleasant service and good advice on wines. The breakfasts are also very good with varied homemade products. Brioches, Kouglof, jams, fromage blanc, seasonal fruits everything was perfect. Thank you to the owners for their great kindness. A great place where you feel good and where we will return with great pleasure.

After a 12km hike under a blazing sun, it was nice to be offered access to the indoor pool upon our arrival at the hotel! The owner and staff were attentive to our needs.

Very good experience overall however lack of communication at the catering level, it was not specified that there was a children's menu on the restaurant menu, so I did not take advantage of the catering service to my great regret. When I left I suggested that they make a children's menu, it was then that I was informed that there was a shame that will be for the next one. Otherwise everything was perfect, the staff very friendly, responsive, TOP 👍 Exceptional bedding!!

A beautiful establishment that takes care of its customers from the moment they arrive. Warm welcome, very pleasant room, charming pool and spa area. Bathrobes and towels are offered upon arrival. The restaurant is pleasant, the menu is very well stocked and the dishes delicious, wines by the glass are offered and the staff takes great care of us. The breakfast is excellent and offers a large selection of savory, sweet and regional products and above all homemade. Thank you to the whole team.

We enjoyed our night in this establishment, very good value for money Breakfast with delicious homemade cake and brioche, we were able to enjoy the relaxation area (swimming pool and jacuzzi) included in the price of the room, (a supplement of 6E is requested for the SAUNA), we also appreciated the bathrobes, towels and skates made available to us free of charge. Evening stopover with a very good quality ratio, excellent restaurant, the room was perfect. The environment is very calm. The gym is also very pleasant.

Beyond the good quality of the service, we were really disturbed throughout the meals by the incessant noise and exclamations of the groups of customers in the restaurant room to the point of not being able to hear each other. The seating arrangements for the customers should be reviewed to avoid this inconvenience. For the rest, everything was perfect.

Really my favorite stop when I'm passing through Colmar. The value for money for an evening stopover is particularly competitive. But the professionalism and kindness of the owners and employees are proverbial. Clean room, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes, generous meal, I enjoy it every time. Good table. The only slight disappointment was that the evening stopover did not include any local products that evening.

This hotel ! We were surprised by the quality, equipment and cleanliness of the 3 rooms we had. The very friendly welcome and service and the breakfast worthy of the greatest. Only one downside, they are missing a star. In fact, we visit around fifteen hotels per year and this one deserves to obtain 4 stars. Finally, access to the center of Colmar is very quick, which doesn't spoil anything. Free parking, it's perfect.
