What a disappointment! First of all, meals are served in the room on a tray. The bed isn't comfortable, and neither is the in-room breakfast, but the coffee machine is broken. The evening meal tray is quite good, but breakfast is really disappointing. There's a space heater for the room, but nothing for the bathroom; the windows are from the 80s, so the air drafts through, which isn't pleasant at this time of year. Having stayed in hotels every week, I think this is one of the worst I've experienced in France.
A pleasant stay in a spacious room and bathroom. The restaurant was excellent, with a cozy and well-soundproofed setting, though a little pricey considering the portion sizes and the lack of vegetables with the dishes we chose (duck and trout). The carafe of wine was a nice touch. One area for improvement: the TV brightness.
Old-fashioned room, very poor quality pillows. Mold on the shower grout.
A perfectly decent hotel at reasonable prices. Two points for improvement, however: - Coming from the center of Nevers, access to the parking lot is really tricky if you haven't been warned (especially at night). - The teaspoons were nowhere to be found at breakfast.

A perfectly clean room reminiscent of childhood memories, a spacious and bright bathroom. The good adjoining restaurant is a plus. A highly recommended establishment, far from the standardization of chains. Reasonably priced and very good value for money.

The only downside to the room's equipment is the television: there are channels that are impossible to watch: the image and sound drop out very frequently. Is this due to the quality of the network in the area, or to a badly damaged antenna cable, or to an overloaded TV antenna line due to the number of rooms? In any case, some channels, particularly those of the public service, are impossible to watch; perhaps you simply have to do a channel search again.
As always, it is a real pleasure to stay and eat in this establishment which for me has become an essential stop during my visits to Nevers. A friendly, attentive, very accessible team. Plates always well filled, delicious, a bravo for the people in the kitchen!

Contrary to other reviews, the street in front of the hotel is indeed busy during rush hours but becomes quiet at night and sleep is therefore not disturbed by the noise of cars. 2 points to perhaps review: the air conditioning which, even if it is inactive, makes noise from time to time and can disturb sleep a little. Finally, it is a shame to put 2 single beds together when you have reserved a room with a double bed, sleeping comfort is not ideal.
