A wonderful experience in a welcoming setting with comfort that met all our expectations. We were delighted by the fantastic breakfast!

The location, comfort, spacious family room and good breakfast were appreciated.

The hotel is outdated; the air conditioning/heating doesn't work. It desperately needs a renovation. It's a clean, 1980s-era hotel, but it's showing its age. The mold in the shower is unpleasant. The restaurant is expensive and noisy, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable.

A very nice discovery. A bit noisy (unfortunately for us, it was school holidays).

The room and bathroom were large and clean. The room was cleaned daily. If I had any minor suggestions, they would be: a toilet paper holder would have been a welcome addition. The TV was small. The bathroom door seal could use replacing. The bedding was very comfortable.

I've been coming to this hotel for several years now; the welcome is always so warm and attentive, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are very good, and the restaurant is delicious. The staff is very pleasant.

Value for money very well, quiet, rooms good, included a balcony. About 1-2 miles for shopping and petrol station.

The hostess was very welcoming. Breakfast was a little light as we arrived 45 minutes before the end of service.

Friendly welcome. Clean room, but the furniture is a bit dated. The evening meal was very good. For breakfast, avoid the pre-packaged scrambled eggs… they're simply awful and unacceptable.

We forgot a makeup bag on Xmas eve. They found it a few days later and we were able to pick it up.

The hotel is classic, but our room was renovated and was pretty good! The bathroom was amazing, and having the French concept off separated toilet and bathroom is great when you are in a room for groups!
Regarding the breakfast, it was ok, but the staff wasn’t nice or helpful at all. I have food alergies and asked if they could make me some eggs without milk. It was a drama, and the lady was really rude saying that they would not do it. She eventually brought me the eggs, after we argued with her, but she didn’t said nothing more. They don’t even have different kinds of milk options. Not good for people with gluten ou lactose intolerance.

First time we went there and we'll be back... the only downside is that after so many hours of driving, there isn't a single bar to stop for a drink; I find that very disappointing.

Bike-friendly hotel. - Charging facilities for e-bikes at the outdoor bike shed. But we could charge the batteries in the rooms.

Non-existent wifi connection in the room where we were. Varied breakfast, spacious room. Day of departure: 10:40 a.m. (rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.). Knowing that I had put the do not disturb sign on the door!!! to prevent the cleaning lady from entering. And despite that a man enters the room with a pass, fortunately within a few minutes, I had finished my shower and got dressed. He says something in another language and closes the door!!! As I leave I see him in the room reserved for the cleaning ladies so probably maintenance staff too. I go down to the reception but the lady is talking to a customer I think. She doesn't even give me a glance, after 5 minutes I end up leaving leaving the key on the counter. Not even a response to my goodbye. Ok she was busy but still. In short, I was in a hurry and she wasn't available for me to report this incident, but I find that the intrusion of this man into the room when it says do not disturb and I can stay in the room for another 20 minutes is unacceptable!!!! He would have just had to check if the room key had been returned!!! Very, very limited...

Clean and serviceable hotel as part of a local theme park. But water flow in the shower was very weak. In the restaurant the choices were very limited, Because of only a few guests, breakfast choices were limited with many empty serving areas.

We spent 6 nights in room 38 in April 2025 on a half-board basis for a price of more than €150 per night. The housekeeper left the room open for us all day. When I went to see the manager, his response was "Well, sorry, but it can happen" (Burglars welcome). Bed sheets with holes. Out of the 5 evening meals we had on a half-board basis, twice we were given boiled beef with coarse salt and twice we were given "bouchonée à la reine". As for breakfast, I'll let you look at the state of the cheese. After complaining about the cheese to the kitchen manager, to prevent me from posting my review, he offered me a kouglof worth €8 from the bakery, which I refused and left on the counter when I left the hotel. As for the hotel, for me it's a guesthouse, 80% of families with children under 10, very noisy. The room, as soon as you start the kitchen you have the smell of the kitchen coming through the air conditioning, the TV for me is too small, the only positive point is a good mattress and a small fridge.

Bathroom VMC not very clean, meal taken at the restaurant right next to a radiator where there was quite a bit of dust

A wall light bulb not working, I notified reception who told me it would be done the next day, it didn't work when we returned the next evening. At breakfast a different person from the day before almost jumped on us asking for our room number, I don't think we would have come to lunch without being a customer!!! On Thursday evening, music and singing despite the TV being on, we thought it was coming from outside but after checking it was indeed in the hotel, the next day we got up early. This morning 45 minutes before our departure, a person in charge of cleaning came into the room without knocking on the door, luckily we weren't undressed or in the toilet!!! The carpet was stained, the French window creaked enormously every time it was opened. What's missing in these rooms is a small microwave. This room was offered to us because the usual hotel was undergoing renovations, we were informed that we were being upgraded but with all due respect to this hotel, I am sorry but the hotel I was supposed to stay in and which I am used to is better than the one I was offered. Thank you.

A very good overnight stay, spacious and well-equipped room, nice meal and welcoming staff.

Another hotel initially booked but it was under construction when we arrived, so we were accommodated in the hotel next door, upgraded so rather good news. While the hotel was not yet open, the manager welcomed us and showed us the room. I thank her, a smiling and pleasant welcome. The room was good and corresponded to our expectations but a small downside the teapot was dirty and the hair dryer did not work. But once reported, everything was put back in order.

We ate at the hotel restaurant, a real treat from starter to dessert, value for money nothing to complain about. A very kind waitress very attentive to ensure that we lack nothing.

Great location for visiting the surroundings. We took a room for 4 with two double beds, very comfortable. We had an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Free parking very convenient. The elevator was not working, unfortunately.

For salespeople and workers on the move, if you think you'll have a comforting meal (Alsatian), this is not the right place. For the only starter you have the choice between 5 slices of sausage with 3 pickles or 5 slices of sausage!!!!!!!!. For your main course it will be an overcooked escalope with a tasteless sauce (maybe there is a shortage of salt, pepper and other spices???,). Fortunately the breakfast was good and the room is ok.

Completely satisfied with this hotel

This hotel is quite ok but is not designed for a long stay of 7 nights. The breakfast is sufficiently copious but not at all varied. The dinner is good without claiming to be high class; the fact that there is a restaurant on site is a good solution when you don't feel like moving in the evening.

Beautiful hotel located in the immediate vicinity of the Parc des Cigognes, unfortunately closed during our stay. The hotel itself and the very typical restaurant are of good quality. Very good for a one-night stay, and close to many sites to visit.

Disappointing restaurant! half board price overpriced (80€/2 people) for a meal that wouldn't even be served during a stop of a cheap tourist coach! At breakfast, the coaches having left, I found myself in front of a ravaged buffet! I booked this hotel because it is listed as having a "gourmet restaurant". I won't be a sucker 2x.

The hotel has a large free car park which is convenient for finding a place to park. It is well located outside the city centre next to the Cigoland amusement park and easy to access. The hotel also has a restaurant. We slept well. No noise. The room is air-conditioned which is very good during a heatwave. The room is comfortable, and oh surprise I even discovered that there was a mini fridge available. Nothing to complain about... except that the elevator was broken because of a storm that had happened the day before and going up the 4 floors with our stuff is not a pleasure. I had already been there once and that time there was neither elevator nor television because lightning had struck in the wrong place. Maybe a lightning rod should be installed to avoid that. Apart from that everything was perfect. The elevator breakdown allowed us to do a bit of sport. You always have to look at the positive side of things. This is my philosophy of life. We will surely come back on occasion... to test the elevator. Ah ah ah 😄

Great hotel. Very easy to find. Very clean, big room. Very well presented. Breakfast was okay, bar stayed opened late and really nice outside area to sit and relax outside with a drink. Spacious and affordable. Only downside, if we have to be picky, was the water pressure on the shower, other than that it was a great one night stay as we passed through France.

És una construcció poc reformada i està ben aïllada per fora i no sents sorolls de la carretera però si se senten molt els hostes del pis de d'alt. La dutxa perfecte. Tenen nevera a l'habitació. El restaurant molt bo preu qualitat. Si arribes més tard de les 9h ja no hi ha res calent a l'esmorzar.

A quality of the whole which deserves an additional star compared to many others which deserve one less. well done we spent a very pleasant evening and dishes of nice personal quality with a few storks which were placed on the roof as a bonus . Thanks again.

We were very satisfied during a stay at this hotel last year. Returning to the region this year, we automatically chose this hotel again. We wanted to add an extra night late, the staff did everything possible to accommodate us. Really very nice.

Actually everything was perfect, from the reception to the rooms to dinner and breakfast. It was a bit loud and noisy in the evening after 10pm, but after midnight it was quiet.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The only problem is that street and trafficnoise is quite a nuisance and keeps the guest out of his sleep

Nous avons séjourné un samedi soir et malheureusement nous n'avons pas du tout pu nous reposer comme nous l'aurions aimé. Notre chambre était au dessus de la cuisine et il y avait un mariage dans une salle au dessus de notre fenêtre. Nous avons entendu les bruits de vaisselle comme si nous étions au milieu de la cuisine et jusqu'à 1h du matin... de plus il faisait très chaud et si nous ouvrions la fenêtre, la musique de la soirée était beaucoup trop forte.

De plus, l'alarme incendie s'est enclenchée vers 21h30 et nous étions déjà au lit à ce moment.

En résumé, nous n'avons presque pas dormi malgré notre grosse fatigue.

Je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommanderais pas cet endroit.
