A refaire! Tres accieillant a tous les points de vue
PLEASE, BETTER MONITORING OF THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS: ONLY ONE SHOWER TOWEL. 1 CROISSANT AND 1 CHOCOLATE ROLL. IT MUST BE RECOGNIZED THAT ONLY THE HOTEL WAS ACCESSIBLE AND NOT THE RESTAURANT (OPEN WEEKENDS, SO NO STAFF ON SITE EXCEPT FOR MONDAY BREAKFAST AND DEPARTURE)

Impeccable hotel, large room with garden view, very good bedding, beautiful bathroom, small room with 2 extra beds. Very beautiful setting inside and out, restaurant with large terrace, we had a good evening with a very good dinner. Young team brings good humor. Very beautiful Town Hall abundantly flowered in Eschau. I mentioned it on my return to L'Aigle in Normandy, my neighbors will surely pass in this Hotel.

A very nice hotel with a great welcome!
I spent the week there for work, it's a very beautiful establishment, the welcome is perfect, simple but warm! The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. I took the evening stopover, the dishes offered at the restaurant were all very good, the service perfect! In short, I can only recommend it! It's a magnificent place 🤩 and I will come back the next time I stay in Strasbourg!

I just regretted that the restaurant was closed the night I was there.
In my opinion the hotel is overpriced, considering the condition of the room (dated), and the service (absolutely not the fault of the staff). Upon arrival there is no staff. In the room only 1 large and 1 small towel, 1 cup in the bathroom, while we were with 2 people. In itself not bad, but I find the price high.
Quaint, different from a chain hotel, everything was perfect
Great welcome.
Evening stopover commercial trip for 120€ + 1 ricard for 6€!!! No receptionist, impossible to communicate, rooms with bathroom and toilet upstairs, atypical but impractical. Comfortable mattress, no air conditioning or fan in the room. Canteen type daily menu of poor quality, tasteless sauce, overcooked fish and ratatouille. Breakfast was very good. Disappointed with this discovery, however, the potential is great but we should avoid counting our money too much and please our customers in order to build their loyalty.
Expensive for quality and condition of rooms. No secure parking for bikes (outside in rain). No a/c and not possible to open windows due to mosquitoes out back.
The room was a bit plain; there was only one chair for two people and little space to put clothes. There was only a thick blackout curtain at the window. If you pulled it back, you could see into the room. So you only had two options: either to allow full visibility or to be in the dark during the day. Despite several attempts, the authentication for the WiFi didn't work; but we didn't need it. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful and helped with advice on how to get to Strasbourg using public transport.

Good location
Arrival at 6:30 p.m. and no one to welcome, just the keys with a note placed on the counter. Large and comfortable room but problems with a lamp. The staff came to resolve the problem. In the restaurant (as in the rooms) it's extremely cold. After questioning the people in the room, the boiler is broken but will be repaired within the hour. It's not your fault but it would have been correct to inform the customers when they arrived... In the room the staff seems overwhelmed and lacks professionalism for a hotel *** Very quiet and comfortable night nothing to complain about say again. At 119€ per evening stopover in a 3 star hotel, I thought I would be received with more professionalism (even received at all given the absence behind the counter)
