Easy access, good food, quality accommodation.

Well located for a stopover before Bordeaux, beautiful room, charming staff, only slight drawback is that the price in summer is a bit high compared to winter.

The overnight stay was great, the restaurant was excellent, the food was really good and plentiful. The room was very basic, lacking a few "extras" like body lotion (with this hard water), tea and herbal tea bags, no kettle, and the water from the coffee machine wasn't clear.
We came to celebrate Valentine's Day at Au Comté d'Ornon, and the quality of our stay far exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The room was quiet and practical, with a very good quality mattress (Simmons) and a perfect bathroom. We had breakfast the next morning. It was pure bliss: sweet treats (crepes, pastries, dried fruit, sourdough bread, wholemeal bread, cakes), and savory options (scrambled eggs, charcuterie, and cheese platters with Comté, Emmental, and goat cheese). Everything was delicious. A special mention goes to the Valentine's Day decorations, which delighted us. Thank you for everything; we will be back!

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and I'm never disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, the bedding is perfect, and the breakfast is excellent. Frankly, I prefer supporting hotels and paying for their services to staying in an Airbnb-type rental with questionable hygiene and poor value for money. I also recommend it for the quality of the staff.

Location is fine when you're here for business. The hotel and restaurant are of high quality at a reasonable price, which is becoming increasingly rare, even in Logis hotels.

For more than 10 years, when I travel to Gradignan, I have booked at the Comté d'Ornon and found the same quality of welcome, comfort with an acceptable quality/price ratio (taking into account my Booking discount)

Excellent welcome from the entire team where there is an exceptionally good-humored atmosphere. Delicious meal, very complete and tasty breakfast. Bright and clean room as well as the bathroom. The SPA, even if it is a little small, is also very pleasant. For me, it's 10/10. See you next time.
We've been coming here for several years; it's a very well-maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Close to the motorway entrance and exit, ideal for a stopover.

Very warm welcome, spotless room, good bedding, very well-equipped bathroom, just one small downside: we prefer it when the toilets are separate from the bathroom, very good breakfast and a little extra for travelers with an electric car there is a charger in the parking lot independent of the hotel at an attractive charging cost
Excellent overnight hotel: clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, private parking, and cameras. There's a gate, but unfortunately, it doesn't close at night, and I have no idea if the cameras are being monitored. Dinner at the hotel is not available on weekends, but we did get a good tip for a nearby Italian restaurant, which was fantastic—cozy and good, with a nice interior and a large terrace.
When you're unhappy, you know how to let people know... But when you're satisfied, it's less often the case. Today I can tell you that I fully enjoyed my stay at your establishment. I would happily return and will let those around me know. I just had a little trouble finding the entrance... maybe I didn't know how to look at the signage.

Clean hotel, well located. We didn't try the spa or breakfast. But it was definitely very good.
We wanted a hotel with all conveniences close to the motorway. There were 3 options around the same price and location and we chose the right one!! The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing and the staff were exceptional.

Welcome, services, everything is top notch
We received a very warm welcome at this establishment, which served as our base for our Vélodyssée 2025 by bike. With their agreement, we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking lot for a week. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive to customers, which is a plus. Very comfortable room, top-notch breakfasts and dinners. And don't forget the unforgettable Manon cocktail, named after its creator! Cheers and thank you!! We recommend.
The rooms are beautiful and modern, but the bathroom doesn't have a glass wall, so it's practically completely wet. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and choices, and the gin and tonic was delicious.

Near the highway, but quiet. Very friendly staff. Our dog was welcome as well. Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Would return for sure.
Disappointing for a loyal customer. Arrived at 1 a.m. → room reeked of cigarettes. Reception acknowledged the problem but waited 45 minutes before accepting the allocation of a new room. No action, no apologies during the stay. Inadequate customer service in resolving problems. Good for collecting hotel fees, nothing more. I will not return and do not recommend for these reasons.

Note the lack of elevator and personal linen (e.g., washcloths) etc...and the absence of food service on Sunday evening, despite the presence of a group of customers in the restaurant.
The rooms are very nice. We were able to work for hours in the restaurant. The breakfast is great, as is the quality of the restaurant's food. I will definitely come back.

The staff were very attentive and customer-focused, with a simple and warm welcome.
One minor drawback: an electrical problem in the room; the lights would switch off after a few minutes, and we had to push the switch back in each time. (The problem was probably with the card reader.) This didn't affect our good night's rest before continuing our journey back to Belgium.

Only problem the Restaurant is closed at the weekends, but the alternative list of restaurants close by recommended by the staff was excellent and less that na 5 min drive from the Hotel
I am generally satisfied, the service was very good and the spa very pleasant, the location perfect because very close to my client. Unfortunately I found the room average, already it was on the ground floor next to the entrance so I could hear people passing by but nothing serious, the pillows are too squashed for me, the mattress was good as well as the duvet, it is also a shame that the TV is not android to watch youtube for example. I would have liked a small fridge also to keep certain things cool. For the bathroom, I would have liked a larger wall to avoid putting water everywhere and to be able to put the shower head up high even if I understand that these two things are done to make this bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility.
I really enjoyed this stay, especially thanks to the kindness of the staff at all levels: reception, restaurant, breakfast.

Our overnight stop at this hotel was excellent. The commitment from all staff towards their customers is outstanding; they obviously very much enjoy their work. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and very good value. Breakfast offered an amazing choice to suit all appetites. Everything about this hotel is of a very high standard.

Very pleasant team today, 04/28/2025. Despite the crowd and absent colleagues (apparently) the service was great. Not much waiting, and excellent meal! Small downside in the room, the button of the "small" flush is broken and there is no hair dryer, then the TV image was jumping.
Zeer goed, niks op aan te merken: propere kamer, goed bed, parking vlak bij de kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, lekker eten, behoorlijke porties en zeer vlotte bediening. Hotel ligt kort bij de autoweg zonder dat je er last van hebt.
