Hotel in the very center, with quiet and peaceful rooms. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I had dinner at the restaurant. The portions were generous and the food was excellent! Go for it!
We regularly return to this hotel. The services are very good, the restaurant is delicious, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are very friendly and smiling.

The room was okay, a small downside was the car light, not practical when you get up in the middle of the night for others, you should be able to turn it off and the glass door of the bathroom which once inside with the light offers a not very appetizing spectacle for those present in the room, for our part we had a 14 year old teenager, otherwise very happy with the hotel.

Well-located hotel (with a restaurant on the ground floor whose dishes looked as generous as they were appetizing). We were perfectly received and were even allowed to check in at 1:30 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. Which, for tourists with two large bags, was very useful! The air-conditioned room also helped us get a very good night's sleep.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, our room was perfect for our needs. My only criticism is the cost of using the Spa and the fact is the same price for children as adults, €40 for a family of 4 for an hour is excessive.
The stay was great, the hotel employees are friendly, helpful and very welcoming, and the same goes for the restaurant. We will definitely be back soon.
The room was really small with a narrow entrance. The shower head falling off the bracket is typical of a two-star hotel. But the most disappointing thing is the €25 per night charge for the dog, with no indication of such a high fee at the time of booking, and no specific service.

It is a nice hotel at a more quiet area outside of the very city center. I was slightly disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening.

It's a shame that the kouglof, which was inedible (dry, yeasty, inedible), was not removed from the buffet and replaced with a quality kouglof after reporting this problem to the staff!
Nettes Stadthotel mit toller Lage bei der Altstadt. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem historischen Gebäude. Es ist etwas verwinkelt und die Zimmer sind relativ klein. Aber alles ist sehr sauber. Gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Great location and friendly helpful staff
Everything is good with an ideal location. Welcoming and attentive staff. To achieve excellence, a little smile would undoubtedly be a top, but even without that, it was very good and we will be back! Special mention to the breakfast which offers excellent value for money, which is becoming increasingly rare in the hotel industry. The range of products offered is very varied and delicious. Really very good homemade products.

The only issue for me (not very problematic though) was that with my 1,85m height thethe room was bit small, especially the bathroom. But we managed to get along with each other. :)

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel! The shower is broken—the shower head can't be fixed. Breakfast isn't worth the €15 price, as egg dishes have to be paid for separately. A nearby parking garage costs €24/day.
Staff is polite and service is good, but feels less personalized than other Logis Hotels. Breakfast very good with lots of choices with medium to high quality products. Always something off about the service though, like water for eggs not turned on, cups and saucers not on table, and coffee machine needed more attentive servicing, full tray, out of water, etc. Tea and coffee with hot water pot in room but Ibis hotel type quality teas and instant coffee. Shower drain clogged and drained slowly. Soap in shower not kept full.
We had dinner which was very good with decent service. Check-in was ok but I had to go back because the staff forgot a charge. Checkout was easy and the lady was very helpful printing out my boarding pass. The hotel is almost very good but needs more attention to details.

Hotel very close to the historic center of Strasbourg, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The hotel's restaurant is remarkable, and the gourmet coffee is exceptional.
The room was very small, the bed even smaller. At 1.40 cm, it would probably only be suitable for one person, but it would be very tight for two people with only one blanket. If you wanted to sit on the toilet, the sink was right in front of your face, about 20 cm wide. Totally unsuitable for overweight people.
Very good, just the same day we arrived there, no one who cleaned the rooms wanted to come in without knocking, luckily we had locked the room, but apart from that everything was fine 👍

The staff were professional and friendly and fixed an error I had made when reserving the room with absolutely no problem at all. The room was clean, with a nice view, and excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the hot water kettle and selection of instant coffee and tea that was provided. The room itself appeared to be specially arranged to accommodate wheel chair users, with a raised toilet and barrier-free access to the bathroom and shower. While not a wheel-chair user myself it looked to be very well thought out. All-in-all, the combination of price, location, and service will be hard to beat for anyone looking to vacation in Strasbourg.

das personal ist sehr freundlich. das zimmer war gross und ruhig die sauberkeit war nicht optimal. die dusche ist kein genuss (zu geringer wasserdruck).
das frühstück war mässig oft fehlte etwas und man musste dafür fragen. das personal war allerdings sehr hilfsbereit. für das spa muss extra bezahlt werden und es is mässig gut im jacuzzi hat es nur kaltes wasser. die duschen funktionieren mehrheitlich nicht oder mangelhaft. das dampfbad ist sehr gut.
Disappointing room because the carpet was very dirty. Insufficient customer follow-up because no intervention was made during our 3 days to repair the safe.

Our room was so lovely and cool during some very hot weather. The staff are outstanding. They stored our bikes for us while we were there and stored our baggage until check-in time leaving us free to get something to eat. They were always friendly and helpful!

The room includes the bare minimum. No fridge. For the bathroom only towel and shampoo. On arrival, the young girl at reception made a mistake on the billing despite the fact that I insisted that I had to pay double (!!). She tells me she double checked and everything is good. We ended up having to pay the other half of 2nd day. The room is very dark. These are not windows but portholes in the rooms. That said, the beds (although small) are very comfortable. The SDB is basic. You have to be careful because water came into the room.

I came to live in a half-timbered hotel. I found myself in an annex. The wifi was so bad that I had to squat in the lobby of the Sofitel to do my videos there two evenings in a row. In the morning when I left at 6: 15 there was no one there for check out.. yet I had warned at breakfast the day before that I was leaving at 6:15 and no one told me that there would be no one there. The only consolation was the breakfast which was quite good but which I wasn't able to really enjoy because I had to leave every morning at 7:15. And now I'll have to chase my bill which I couldn't get back, leaving very, very disappointed...
Comfortable and well located hotel
The location of the hotel is the best thing about it. Rooms could use a bit of refreshing. Breakfast was missing main things like cooked eggs (they were server raw and guests had to boil them),bacon or pancakes.
Perfect hotel, nothing to complain about, good bedding, very good hearty breakfast, restaurant waitress, attentive, friendly, efficient, smooth service, the same for the breakfast person with a small downside, the capricious coffee machine and finally the spa, swimming pool, hammam, its access to the hotel. Very good stay. Very good welcome, smiling, with direct information on transport, a map of the city, etc. Very nice hotel in a typical old Alsatian house. Nice room. Bathroom a little "small" but nothing negative, it's the old person who wants that. Very good restaurant, perfect service. Local choice which is very good. Very good quality/price ratio. The only real downside would be for 2 products offered at breakfast: yogurt from a major brand instead of one from the "Alsatian dairy" for example, and foreign honey even though there are local honeys. A beautiful address, a stone's throw from the Cathedral, the Alsatian museum, a stone's throw from Petite France...! A 100% walking weekend feels good!

Excellent value for money, perfect location, making this hotel an unbeatable choice in an otherwise pricey city. We are repeat guests who enjoyed the cheerful hospitality of the reception and breakfast staff. Our room was recently renovated and refreshed. Very comfortable and quiet at night. Our only gripe is the weak internet connection and lack of signal in the breakfast room. We nevertheless recommend it without hesitation.
The hotel is well located. It is very close to the cathedral in an old building so great for the location. Some things could have been better. The hallway in which our room was located smelled of cigarettes all the time, and we had to personally mention it to reception to get them to notice, but this was mainly due to the fact that our room was located in another building just on the other hand, which offers a private side, we admit, but, consequently, limits the person's intervention when it is required. We went to the spa, which was really nice, except that there is no phone or call reception with questions or problems, since the reception is in another building...The jacuzzi was cold , even after waiting for a while so we didn't take advantage of it. The hammam was very, very hot, hotter than the required temperature, I found, so we couldn't stay there long. The most disappointing point remains our bathroom. It was very small but that in itself wasn't the problem as the hotel can't do much about it. But there were just a lot of things missing...We didn't have glasses for the toothbrushes, the shower gel/shampoo was located OUTSIDE the shower, which is very unusual. The mirror did not stand up at all so no use, the hair dryer really needs to be changed, the shower door did not close properly but strangely, it was not the most serious because the water was leaking from the outside the shower was in a completely different place...There was also some sort of bottle on the floor in the shower, we assumed it was the soap that was supposed to be hung but they had forgotten but no: even after cleaning was done the next day, the staff left this bottle on the floor...The temperature kept changing from hot to cold and finally we only had one hook for our towels... Of course there were only two of us but still, we couldn't leave anything in the bathroom. The staff was very nice except for one of the receptionists who didn't crack a smile every time we met her or helped us.

Charming boutique hotel in the center of Strasbourg. The room had all the comforts (air conditioning, TV, hot drinks, etc.) The adjacent Spa is a pure marvel.
enge und kleine Zimmer mit grosse Spinnennetz, vor lange Zeit renoviert. der Wasserhahn war ganz locker und dreht sich um mit jedem Gebrauch. Die Dichtungen brauchen auch eine Kontrolle und für die Schimmel weg machen wahrscheinlich mehr Zeit pro Zimmer für den Reinigungskraft zu haben. Die Storen sind auch nicht in seiner beste Punkt und würde ich sagen auch nicht notwendig, weil es gibt dicke dunkelnvorhänge. Die Matratze sind super und haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Service auch sehr höflich, nur dass wollten uns fast zwei mal die taxen berechnen. Spa war gut aber die Jakuzzi braucht auch eine Wartung und reparieren alle Knöpfe und Düsen, weil halb von denen funktionieren nicht. viel Potenzial aber nicht gut mit Ihre Präsentation und Preise angepasst.
The heater in the room gurgles so loudly that you can only sleep with earplugs. We were almost not allowed in for breakfast at 9:45 because the waitress didn't realize that it was open until 10:30 - the receptionist had to correct this. The breakfast buffet was very empty. We had also reserved the spa (20€/hour) for a specific time, only to find out that it was massively overbooked. They didn't even want to guarantee that it would be different for another time.

Pour le prix 219 e je m attendait a mieux chambre tres moyen . Femme de chambre tres brusque de bon bon matin. La directrice ou patrones (femme a lunnette violet) parle super mal a ses clients la personne qui était devant nous a était mes tres tres mal reçu et tres mal parler . Niveau du personnelles a l aceuile sympa mes encore une fois la dame parle tres mal a ses employer et apprentie/debutant . Et c est tres domage le faire a l était serait le mieux . Ou de mieux leur montre !!! Bravo au reste des receptionnistes pour le reste et courage a vous . ⁹

Very pleasant hotel. Clean. Welcoming staff. Spa available. However, it would be nice if the spa were warmer. My partner and I were cold in the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room.
