A very nice little hotel, charming staff, very good restaurant, and a generous and delicious breakfast.
The hotel was very clean but in dire need of renovation (blistering paint, uneven floor tiles).
Perfect stay, warm welcome and excellent restaurant
We had a wonderful stay. We greatly appreciated the staff (reception, advice, etc.). The room was comfortable and very well-equipped. The restaurant offered excellent quality food (dinner and breakfast were superb 👌), which definitely makes us want to return.
My go-to place for business trips. A cozy, simple, and welcoming hotel. A restaurant that delights us with beautifully prepared local produce. The staff reflects the hotel itself: discreet, efficient, and so very endearing.
I stayed overnight on a Tuesday evening, a day when the kitchen is closed. No problem at all, I assure you, the welcome, the dishes prepared and served were excellent… foie gras as a starter, filet mignon with mustard sauce as a main course, a perfect dessert, and for those who enjoy a digestif, an incredible collection of whiskies and Armagnacs. The lady who was the only one at reception and serving dinner was very helpful, available, and smiling. Everything was perfect: the overnight stay, dinner, and the next morning, the same lady was there at 7:00 am for breakfast 👌🏻. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, keep up the good work 👍🏻.

I've been going there for 6 years, it's still just as good.
Very good restaurant. Pleasant terrace (unfortunately, infested with mosquitoes at this time of year and no repellent system in place...) Room OK but nothing more... Kettle and capsule coffee machine in the room. The air conditioning makes noise. The shower faucet is wobbly (loose parts, etc.) Disappointing breakfast: no buffet, pastries and industrial breads baked on site. No choice, only sweet. At least ask guests in advance if they want a sweet or savory breakfast; failing that, there is a buffet. That would be appreciated. In 12 years of business travel, this is probably the only time a buffet is not offered in a 3* hotel. No Wi-Fi in the room.
No doors to the bathroom or toilet. Very noisy, as it is located directly on a busy street.
Very welcoming. Clean, comfortable but constant ventilation noise at night and curtains not very blackout.
From the welcome to the departure, we have nothing but praise for the hotel staff: professional, attentive, present, yet discreet all at once, a joy. A must-see stop in Samatan!
