Hello, this was our second weekend stay at this hotel. It's very well located in the heart of the village; the welcome, service, comfort, soundproofing, and cleanliness were all excellent. We will definitely return and highly recommend it!
We love to stay here: friendly and professional welcome, room, breakfasts, and even a nice dinner comfortably seated in the lounge armchairs :-) !
Very pleasant stay at the O'Lodges "Le Boudoir" aparthotel, located in a quiet alley a few steps from the hotel. Functional and clean, well located for visiting the old town of Dinan on foot. The kitchenette is very practical. We only heard a few footsteps in the apartment above in the evening and morning, but nothing bothersome, it didn't last very long. To reach the parking lot adjacent to the hotel, you have to drive along Waldeck Rousseau Street and you will come across it directly.

To access the parking lot by car, you can take the one-way street (for 10m) it's more direct than going around the house Otherwise, 😄👍
Beautiful hotel ideally located in the historic center of Dinan, the rooms and the entire establishment are very cozy and very clean! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel, including on the port, for the more courageous (it is very steep). Appreciable, the hotel has a parking lot, which avoids possible difficulties in parking and walking through some cobbled streets with your suitcase. Our stay was very pleasant, and we thank our hosts very much for their welcome and courtesy. We will return with pleasure as soon as the opportunity arises again.

Wonderful hotel. We were very happy to return following our stay last year. For a hotel of this quality there should be a covered place for bicycles. It does rain in Dinan. Bicycles don’t need clean bedding or sheets. They are happy to share with other equipment and tools. They really like to stay dry at night.

A gimmicky room with no charm. Not worthy of a 3-star hotel. Nothing like the qualities of a hotel. The apartment is almost a basic gîte. A deception in terms of comfort.
Beautiful hotel associated with a nice partner restaurant in the center of Dinan. I was unable to use the hotel parking lot due to the pedestrianization of the city center in season, but paid parking is available nearby. A slight downside is the breakfast buffet, which, although well stocked, is not practical.

Well-located hotel with friendly staff. There was a problem booking parking, but the team and manager found a solution. Problems happen, and it's only in the search for solutions that we can judge the team's efficiency.
We were a bit surprised when the attic room on top of the web site was upon arrival revealed to be called apartment, because there was a mini kitchen in the corner, but the overall room and price was as announced. More surprising, the room wa in another house down the road. The mini kitchen was incompletely equipped, no coffee mugs, not 2 of all cutlery, no washing-up brush.

We really liked the hotel, however we recommend booking a comfort room because the standard rooms are on the ground floor and the French window of our room opened directly onto the road. We were given an upgrade of 15 euros per day for a room on the 1st floor... Not really appreciated
Stayed in an annex "Old Lodge Grenier" 300m from the Hotel Mère. The room on the 4th floor is barely acceptable for a 3-star hotel! No shampoo or shower soap, not even a bottle of water. The room is dirty and has not been swept. The sink contains a dirty and nauseating sponge! The sink faucet is miraculously held. The toilet lid is not holding. The "Kitchenette" furniture is old and damaged. Unacceptable. At 76 years old, I may be difficult. But I did not expect to have to carry my suitcases without help for 300 meters to the 4th floor.
We were so delighted with our stay and the welcome that we have already booked for June. A team with a smile and advice is rare, you have to take advantage of it!!
The apartment was in the center of Dinan, very well located and quiet for our dog. Very pleasant secure private parking (a plus for the summer). I highly recommend it, everything is nearby.
We stayed in the Grocery Store apartment, 200 meters from the hotel. Everything was perfect. Special mention goes to the breakfast and the housekeeping staff. We will definitely return to this hotel in Dinan.

Very familiar atmosphere and friendly treatment, ideal location in the heart of Dinan. They do not have their own restaurant but they work in collaboration with highly recommended nearby establishments for dinner. I never hesitate to repeat when I am in the area.

Excellent hotel with great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, charming. I would not hesitate to stay again. Ask for hotel parking directions beforehand.
Very nice home. Very good quality of service from hotel staff. Almost nothing to complain about except one detail for breakfast: poor quality croissants, no bread other than white baguette (no bread or wholemeal or seeded bread). Explain to future customers that they must access the hotel by passing through rue Waldeck Rousseau and crossing 2 WAY PROHIBITED bearing the words "except local service" equivalent to the words "except local residents" in use in other regions . Because the GPS is faulty to access the hotel and orders anything like a journey in the old town with its many pedestrian streets and formal prohibited directions.

Overall nothing to complain about. The negative: in the logia ''the attic'', very bothered by the persistent smell of tobacco from a tenant of the building. I would have liked to have been warned of this in advance.
